I went there with a nail hanging off and in need of a fill!! They got me right, very quick. Be careful, its next to a liquor store and hair store.... lots of loitering outside! This location has been here for many, many years. I wonder if they reinvest any percentage of their profits back into the community where they operate??

I got a pedicure and the tech failed to properly remove ingrown toe nail and i was charged 50 for a fill worth 25.

My nails look like a rush job. Im very disappointed.

Terrible customer service! Rushed on my young daughters and I! Cindy & lady(second chair on left next by door) was very rude & disrespectful! Nothing was cleaned or sanitized when we left at closing time! Added extra design on one of my daughters hand without my permission! We will never go back again! Prices not worth it!

My nails was so jacked up color wasnt right the nails were shaped crazy I never go back to Kim nails.I gave them two different times that mess me up.

I went in to get just my eyebrows I was recommended to let KIM do them, I pacifically said I wanted my “eyebrows thick”she took it upon herself and did what she wanted to do.I feel if so the paying customer ask for something you should do as the customer wants, I’ll never return I hate my eyebrows!!! if you go let ANN do them since KIM doesn’t listen....

Me & my friend went into Kim nails hoping to leave with a better outcome than when we first walked in. Furthermore I sit to get my nails done they are Crooked she filled them some I still wasn’t satisfied. She cut my skin which now burns I then took it to Kim’s attention and she basically told me my nails should look how they do being it’s my tea nail. I WILL NOT EVER return tho this location.

Worst experience ever my nails keep falling off and when I told them my nail was pushed up they claimed it was my nails but never a problem any other place she took the nail polish off and tried to get me out the door when mentioned my nail being pushed up she said it was fine and I had to ask for a refund for my nails to get it fix and its still not fixed Im upset with my experience

Got a coffin full set, they charge for every little thing. My coffin came out horrible then she tried to cover it up rime stones. Just horrible

My nails are very lovely. The service there was amazing and the prices arent as bad. My eyebrows had no shape to them and now theyre on fleek :) thanks to Kim nails. I really recommend coming to them and would definitely come back again

April 11, 2018 i gave Kim nails another chance, so why the lady doing my nails I told her told and lashes she said eyebrows I said no yall have my eyebrows too then, the lady still made my eyebrows thin and I also have a bold spot in my eyebrows and here go April 13 2018, one side of my eyelashes coming off and sitting just on my real lashes thats the thanks I get after paying 95 dollars and giving the lady a 2 dollar tip

Great service. Everyone is very nice and knows what theyre doing.

I got a pedicure here around the first of June. There were no issues with my toe nails before I went here . I ended up with a nail fungus. This is my first time ever getting a fungus from a pedicure. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. Obviously their tools and basins are not cleaned/sanitized properly.

I came in and there were only 2 workers finishing up on 2 people ok so then 2 people walked in and 1 person got treated before me which I didnt understand so I ended having to wait for the next person which I felt I should have been seen before the 1 lady who walked in 10 min after me

This is the worst place!! They over charged me and I got a toe infection for a month!!! I have never gotten a toe infection from a nail salon. Obviously the do not clean and sanitize well. Do not go here. Many others have gotten a toe infection from here.

Horrible experience! I called two hours early for an appointment at 6. Had to wait for fourty minutes. And Kim was very rude this time. How do you tell a custumer you have no control over your business. SMH

I am a college student at SCAD and got my nails done for the first time in a while! The experience was amazing!! I believe the lady who did my nails was Miss Linda (if not I apologize I am terrible at remembering names😅) she did a great job and gave me a little design for my accent nail, so cute! I am definitely coming here again! The ladies are very nice and fun to chat with.
