Very good service and staff is so nice, BUT...I was there way too long even after not having to wait... :( Theyre very thorough and attention to detail is important, but dang not 2 1/2 hrs for a pedicure and fill! If you have a few hours to burn, its awesome. After work? Notsomuch. Have an AMAZING color selection for gel polish, best Ive seen in Savannah with at LEAST 3 other salons included. Pricing is about the same as other salons. The ONLY reason I will return, is because of the color choices...just not after work! :D

Had pedi, mani and eyebrow waxing done first time here. Had 3 people doing different things, which is ok. As long as all know what they are doing. Male clipped side of my toe,then tried to hide it. It wasnt bleeding but once I put on my shoes for the wedding, nail bed wasnt sanded down to look smooth. I was in pain entire night. Female clipped my thumb skin. She itleast apologize, slight bleeding but no major pain. Young girl that works there is great with communication. She explained anything she was gonna do or have someone do next. I would come back to her if she had her own shop and a little more experience. Im used to a little more attention with eyebrow waxing. Not just 2 peels on each eye and be done. Next day, I have scar under eyebrow that wasnt noticeable day before from Im guessing pulling too hard or too hot wax. Not coming back, will stick to my regular wax person and do my own mani- pedis.

My first time at this location it was pretty busy for a second but me and my family was able to get our mani and pedi right before closing the staff was nice and funny. Will be back thanks for the services!

DIVINE SERVICE!!! My nails have never looked better! When my husband died suddenly I entered a dark period of my life. I felt ugly and unwanted by all. Then one night I drunkenly stumbled upon this heavenly place. I was greeted by a beautiful STRONG Vietnamese woman who guided me through picking an gorgeous color for my liking. The manicure was simply magnificent and truly therapeutic. The care by Top Ten Nails brought me out of my misery and depression. I am happy to say I and 3 months clean because of this amazing staff and family oriented business. I now feel beautiful and young again. Though no one could ever replace Doug, I have met a new love of my life and he loves my nails done by Top Ten Nails. I plan on getting married in the fall to Kyle and we will be getting couples manicures and pedicures in preparation for the wedding. Top Ten Nails will also be doing my wedding nails and I am sure they will meet every expectation I have. THANK YOU TOP TEN NAILS!!!

Went to top ten kind of nervous dislike trying new nail shop. Well I definitely will be back to see joy. I went to famous nails to try this young lady there and the nails were cute bit to much acrylic so it was over my cuticle. Joy fixed my nails and Im satisfied. Thank you

First, I love Joy, she does a fantastic job. What I dont love is coming in, being asked to come back two hours later, being placed, asked to wait another ten minutes, and for five minutes later still having no service and having to leave to take care of an appointment there shouldve been more than enough time to make. So if youve got literally ALL DAY to be held around, hit this place up. If not, go anywhere but here.

I have been a customer for years. Joy has always done my pedicure. The other night the nasty owner did my feet and my polish looks like a 5 year old did it! This lady had THE NERVE to say I messed it up when I came in to get them fixed. She put new polish on top of the first shabby job. So you know that resulted in fresh paint, with uneven lines underneath. She tried to top coat them and I told her they still were messed up and she began to say that it was my fault! That’s just tacky. I told she didn’t have to worry about it. I’ve been coming for years, but I wouldn’t be back. That lady is so tactless and rude! I hate that for the two sweeties that take care of my husband and I. Piss poor customer service and your inability to polish nails just lost you a faithful customer. You’ve been warned. First lady on the right when you come in.**update**Because I honestly could not find a better pedicure I went back! Everyone is entitled to a bad day. And truth be told I love my nail tech! Joy pays attention to every detail! She takes such good care of my nails and feet! And she does a great job waxing too! I’m upping this rating well because bygones are bygones! And I enjoy all of the ladies at the salon.🙂

They told me that it was 40 dollars for a full set so I went back to my car and called up there then they told me it was 27 dollars.

Went to this morning to get a soak off from a acrylic nails with gel polish and a manicure. Joy normally does my nails and does a terrific job. She was not available this morning so Kathy did my nails. I should have followed my first mind and waited on Joy because Kathy look as if she was having a bad day when I sit in her chair. She was very rough when handling my nails. She did not try to soak my nails before cutting them with the cubicle remover. I tried to sit through but after cutting about 6 nails she went too far down and cut the meat up under one of my nails. She got frustrated jumped up and went in the back to get another kit to start soaking the nails off. She then started using the drill and burnt me several times. After I told her it was hurting and she was burning my skin on the side of the nails she told me she could not do my nails if I was going to be that sensitive. After going back and forth with her a couple of times she slammed the instrument down and told me she was not going to complete doing my nails. I explained to her she was frustrated and I could have waited on someone else. After going back back and forth with her I just decided to leave. I told Kathy she was very rude and did not even try to clean up the blood after she cut my finger. She was very unprofessional. Joy along with the owner continue to do nails and no one said anyting. I have been going to Joy for the past 7 years and drive from Wilmington Island to have my nails done. Horrible experience today and I will not be going back. Make sure they clean the equipment before working on your hands or feet.

Ive been going here for about 2 years & Lee the owner always does my nails! She shapes them so well & is so sweet! They have a variety of colors. Ive never had an unpleasant experience here. I shared a picture of my goldish colored nails above!

I had a walk-in appointment and requested a gel manicure . The owner seemed to be irritated with me because I did not understand why she was asking me if I wanted a fill-in with my gel manicure . I have never heard of this! I had to ask that they do not use the rotating nail/acrylic tool and instead use the soak off method to remove the prior gel polish. My cuticles were trimmed and three of them were nipped to where they bled slightly. While this does happen every now and then, what shocked me was that the cuticle trimmer was put back into a box and then placed back into the desk.... ready for the next customer. The cuticle trimmer was not wiped down with alcohol or any kind of sterilization liquid. This also means that the tools are not sterilized between clients and I do hope that my nail beds do not develop any kind of adverse reaction with this experience. There are many nail salon choices nearby, go somewhere else instead of this place.

I stopped by Top 10 Nail Salon for a color change. I walked into an empty nail salon. This should have been my first clue regarding the type of services that I was about to receive. My second should have been whenever a lady asked to wait for Lee to get there. The technician who took off my gel color was great. However, the older lady, who painted my nails, was rude and acted as if she didnt want to be bothered. She painted one of my nails the wrong color, and when I corrected her she got an attitude. She rushed me through the drier. By the time I had got home, my nails were messed up. They werent dry all the way. When I brought it to their attention... I was told it was my fault. Do not go here! Its a waste of time and money. If you do, only let Lee do your nails (lol).

Miss Lee keeps my eyebrows looking good considering my arches are different from each other and she welcomed me being that i’ve only been in savannah for a few months. Im in the military and she remembers the color and length that i’m authorized to get each time 👍🏽

Concerned about cleanliness. I got a soda while I was there, and when I opened the fridge, there were 3-5 cockroaches crawling around the edge and underneath the cooler. No issues with the nail portion, but that was gross...

Very rude ! And just nasty people do not go here! Lee do great nails, but her employees and her are some nasty acting people, if you try to correct them they get attitudes and rush you to get out they chair, just Rude !

They discriminate based on color. Atleast when I was there today. They had an attitude about doing my natural nails for a manicure, waxing eyebrows and complained. Only thing they did right were my eyelashes.
