Excellent experience at LUSH! I’m in town visiting a friend for the weekend, and we decided to get full sets done here. I was definitely not disappointed when I saw how gorgeous my acrylics turned out! The entire process took about an hour. The nail technicians were so kind and offered us a wide variety of beverages. The decor inside was chic yet comfortable; everything was very clean. My only complaint is that I asked for almond-shaped nails and got more of an mountain-peak shape. Other than that, great experience, would recommend.

My experience with Lush and their staff was excellent. I was a walk in and from my initial phone call until walk out, Soo (pronounced Sue) was outstanding! I would encourage any and all people to frequent this nail salon.

Great and clean environment to come and enjoy yourself. As a couple or alone. I love the elegant decor, great customer experience, they treat you like royalty here. Even if the husband is waiting, they ask if you need anything to make the wait comfortable. They have TV to wait, nice music, comfortable chairs and which makes the overall place extremely amazing. I will most definitely recommend this location to everyone.

BEST NAIL SALON IN SAVANNAH GEORGIA. The staff is so welcoming and do their absolute best. It took me forever to find a decent place that cared about every detail. I’ve been coming for 8 months now and will continue to be a loyal customer. Anytime someone asks me where they should go this is the first place i recommend. 10/10!!

I love this place! Kim and My was exceptional with professionalism. Everyone was nice, speak great English, and they really catered to my needs. I am a permanent customer from this day forth.

From the moment I walked in, I felt weird. I was treated to my nails and that’s the only reason I went, but I felt like I was an inconvenience to them. Every single white person that came in after me was greeted at the door, and every single white person in the chairs got treated so well. I watched another black woman come in after me and nobody even spoke to her, but once a white woman came in, they all smiled and greeted her. Even if you don’t have an appointment, it should still be fine to come in and ask for help, but I guess that only applies to the clients that look like they have money. The receptionist was the nicest person there. She didn’t say much, but at least she got me in. I was going to walk out before my nails got painted, but I wanted to make sure she was paid. I even tipped. But when it was time for me to leave, I just sat there for twenty minutes and had to ask if It was ok to leave. Nobody even spoke to me once I left. They didn’t even give me cuticle oil, but put it on every single white client that they had. I sat there watching the way they treated every single person around me and it is very evident that I’m not welcomed there at all. This place doesn’t seem like it even belongs on this side of town, but that it belongs on whitmarsh island.

I moved to Savannah about a year ago and have become a regular at LUSH Spa + Nail Salon. The staff is kind, attentive and the space is clean. My nails always look fantastic! I tried out a lot of spots prior to finding LUSH and can confidently say they are one of the best in the area!

While visiting savannah I patronized you guys for a full in. The woman that did my full in was rushing to get off, not paying attention and severely cut my cuticle with the power buffer to the point it started bleeding. When I mentioned it she claimed it just burned from the soft buffer. Not true. 2 weeks after my return the nails are lifting from the cuticle almost ripping my nail off. I spent $200 to a very poor job.

I moved to Savannah from DC in February 2021 and struggled to find a great nail salon, until LUSH. I highly recommend this salon!Very clean, follows best practices, new polishes, and a talented, kind staff. The first time I came was Mother’s Day and they gave me a free gift!I will say this place is too expensive. Even in DC gel for a pedicure was only $5 - $10 extra, and often no charge extra. They charge $20 extra for gel with your pedicure.

If you’re going to charge extra for every single service (shape, repair, top coat) the job should be close to flawless. Almost 200$ later (after catching an extra top coat charge) this is not what I expect.

Had a powder dip for my nails and regular pedicure. Professional, clean and fun! The owner Su took extra care since it was my first time in the shop. I highly recommend LUSH.

I made an appointment online which was very convenient for me. I booked my manicure & gel polish with Kim. It was so clean, and the owner & Kim were so nice. I wish I would have found this place sooner. Would recommend this salon to anyone. I also had a pedicure after Christmas sometime and they have a fabulous menu, my feet felt soooo refreshed! I also like how both times I went they didn’t feel rushed. They took their time and my hands and toes came out wonderful. Thank you Lush for being so amazing. Oh and I cannot forget to add that I brought my 3 year old with me and they were so kind to her, asked if she could have a lollipop, and then the owner helped clean her hands. They were so welcoming and kind.

This was the worst experience Ive ever had at a nail salon. I came in for a fill on a pink and white ombre. The lady, Kim, said she couldnt match the pink which I said was fine. When she finished there were bubbles and lumps in the acrylic and some nails were uneven. When I complained about this I was told it was because the pink didnt match but that has nothing to do with the poor quality. They agreed to fix it but all she did was file them down again. I said I was unhappy and that I would like my money back. A gentleman proceeded to argue with me and did not want to give a refund. I told them to please take the nails off and give me my money back. He finally agreed after fussing with me about it. I still have these awful nails on my hands!!!! Never ever going back.

The staff was very polite and they offered us free drinks. However, I got dip and they were super lumpy. I asked if they could do simple lines on my nails and they said they could not. which I understand because maybe some people didn’t learn how to draw lines when they were little.If you are looking for good quality dip, I would not recommend coming here. They charge way too much for a bad job. It maybe could have been just the guy who did my nails but $144 later and I decided to go to another salon and get them redone... My sister got acrylic and they were pretty good but it is just way to much money and I do not recommend.

My favorite place. Kim does a great job, she helped fix my damaged nails and introduced me to dip powder. My nails are amazing and healthy now. Definitely recommend!

I literally just walked into this place, asked for a fill, the person who greeted me gave 500 reasons why he couldn’t… I asked him to soak it off then and he said he couldn’t. I asked “so you’re not going to help me?” And he replied “no.” So freaking rude. Don’t go to this place.

My sister and I came into town to visit our mother and wanted to have a girls day with her for her birthday. It’s been so long since I’ve been to a nail salon in Savannah that I didn’t know where to go plus my mom hasn’t been for a mani/pedi since before the pandemic. After calling around to a few places nearby there was no openings for 3 mani and 3 pedi. Google suggested Lush and after reading the positive comments I decided to give them a call and lucked up on being seen the next day. This place was so professional and provide great service to us that I’m sure my mom will be coming regularly. I have to say Thank You to the staff at Lush and will definitely be back when I’m in town.

The staff is extremely friendly and gentle. They offer you beverages and make sure you are completely comfortable and youre enjoying the experience. Its a completely relaxing atmosphere. They are above and beyond the best salon/spa my mother and I have had service from and we will definitely be coming back hopefully with my sister next time. Thanks to all the wonderful staff!!

I was sent away.When i went to this nail shop i only went because everywhere else was booked. When i walked in i was told that I that i have to have an appointment. On the internet clearly it doesnt state that its appointment only. I really needed my nails done so i told him that ill wait. He replys. How do i know that they wont show up. So i said. Clearly no one was waiting. Long story short i dont suggest that anyone go to this place. Customer service is terrible. They put me out. No matter how i wanted to to tip a 100. Im here on business and this nail shop really disappointed me.

I’m not sure what the point of having reservations is if I have to wait 40 minutes before actually getting waited on. Also, I was overcharged for a delux pedi when I specifically scheduled a classic pedi - and it was impossible to confidently pick out a shade from the low res photos on their janky QR code website. Overpriced, subpar quality pedicure - if you want a fantastic, polite and high quality pedicure, go across the street to the place in the 12 Oaks shopping center. That’s where I usually go and I’m kicking myself that I even tried this place.

On this particular day I wanted my nails done a certain way. I went to 3 different nail salons before I got to this one. I was sooooo upset, because I felt like I was misunderstood. The owner which spoke perfectly good English, explained to me why I was getting turned down by other salons. He gave me SEVERAL options as to what can be done. His staff are phenomenal, the place is very clean and neat. It smells great in there. Overall when I walked out of the salon, I was extremely happy. I will be there this weekend, so I will be a repeat customer.I’m also traveling from Jacksonville, Fl. It’s so hard to find a good nail salon. Thank you so much for my awesome experience. They also have a way of tracking your previous service, just in case you want to duplicate the same service. I love it there.

I loved this place. Everyone was very sweet and cared very much about the service they were providing. It is beautiful and very clean. They have a ton of colors to choose from. I made an appointment with Kim based on other reviews and she did not disappoint. I highly recommend Lush.

Idk if the male nail tech is color blind but my sister specifically asked for an aesthetically pleasing light green and she got dehydrated pee yellow. And it was so lumpy it was almost as if I was looking at a gallery of the Appalachian mountain range. I’m sorry (not really) but this is the worst nail place I’ve EVER been too. But, the lady who did my BFF’s eyebrows was really sweet and did it perfectly.thank you, but really your welcome.

My friend and I came here this morning to get two dip manicures. Su did my friends nails and Kim did mine. The staff was welcoming and polite, and the salon is sleek and clean. Both of our nails turned out beautiful, and in the end I got my eyebrows done by Ann. I’ve never had my eyebrows waxed and she did a wonderful job and was very gentle. Perfect start to a vacation.

They did my brows good, I guess. BUT the male worker there was so wrong and so unprofessional he told a person of color “all lives matter” and he left my friends nails lumpy and knew about it but didn’t try to fix it ALSO I know all nail salons charge differently but 116 for a set of dip and acrylic is just over priced for no reason.

They were sooo unclean! I hate being a Karen or whatever but they did such a bad job on my nails. They were lumpy and way too long even though I asked for a shorter length. The staff were yelling at each other and it honestly gave me PTSD! I asked for a green color and got this ugly blue color. There were also people not wearing masks and the lady working on my nails wasn’t wearing her mask correctly, like excuse me, we are in the middle of a pandemic. Ugh. Never coming here again. One of the worst places I have ever gone to. If I could rate it Negative stars I would!

Service is fair. They tend to act like they are doing you a favor, instead of treating you like you are a paying customer.

Oh my gosh best nail salon ive been to in Savannah! It is so clean, nice and the women who did my nails was so sweet and did a beautiful job! I also love that they have TVs to stay entertained while getting nails done! I will definitely be back!!!

I am so disappointed. They were very nice, but they over charged, made my daughter bleed, and really shaped my sister’s nails weird. We made a reservation for a bridal shower and ended up needing to fix all of our nails before the wedding.

Noticed this beautiful storefront as I was walking into fresh market last week, this week I decided to try it out & I am so impressed!!! Savannah has been needing an upscale nail salon like this for years!! From the time I walked in the door, I was pleasantly greeted, offered a beverage, filled out a client profile card where I was then greeted by name the rest of my visit. I got the volcano pedicure and it was phenomenal, Kim gave me the best massage I ever received during a pedicure!! My full set pink and white after with dip is beautifully done, what I love the most is that she asked me if I liked the shape and confirmed that if I wanted to do anything different she would do it for me. That to me is huge, I truly felt like I could communicate at ease here. Also, impressed with the cleanliness, this is so important and so many nail salons take it lightly. The manager Su, introduced his self to me and made sure I was comfortable the entire time as well as the front desk coordinator who was so sweet the entire time helping translate if it was ever needed. I felt like I finally found my new nail salon home, I will be recommending this place to everyone!!

I recently had a destination wedding in Savannah and was looking for a place to accommodate my bridal party. After a search online, I found Lush -- and Im so glad I did! They did wonderful work and were so hospitable to our group. Additionally, its been two weeks and my nails still look fantastic! Whenever Im back in the area, Ill be sure to stop in again!

Simply the best nail salon in Savannah. Beautiful, calming atmosphere, excellent color selection, and an extremely talented staff. Both my manicure and pedicure were wonderfully done. The owner is very kind and helpful, and the salon itself is spotlessly clean and organized. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Great atmosphere, but I will come back when the staff has more training. I think my nail tech was new, he kept getting nail color all over my cuticles. He was very nice about it but too green for me.

A young lady named My did my pedicure. She did a fantastic job, very nice woman. Overall a great experience! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

I went to lush to get my nails, feet, and waxing done. I had high hopes to find a new salon in Savannah that I love, unfortunately I had a terrible experience. My pedicure was rushed which I semi understood as I had a later appointment and they were trying to get me finished. I got acrylic nails they are very thick and not even filled in to my cuticles. They already look Incredibly grown out. I got upcharged for gel which I didn’t ask for and didn’t receive the manicure I did ask for. Finally I get waxed, this is where things go ho look horribly wrong! I tell the girl I want it all gone, no hair left, I haven’t been waxed in a long time and I forget that there’s a difference between a Brazilian and a regular bikini wax so I didn’t say Brazilian but I tell the manager who I scheduled with and her I want all the hair off, ALL. At first she gives me a regular bikini, I’m annoyed that I have to go get her to go back and finish but miscommunications happen. Then when she go to finish she can’t get some of the wax off so she tries to leave me with a large amount of wax in my pubic hair and tells me to come back in a few days!!! This was on a Wednesday and I was leaving the next day to go out of town to my wedding on Saturday. I’m so frustrated by this I say it’s fine leave it I can’t come back but I will deal with this myself but I’m not paying for it. Well of course the manager wasn’t going to let me not pay so for the third time I get undressed she finally finishes and still leaves hair! I am beyond outraged and then I go to pay to realize I have been charged 2.5x what the base for a Brazilian is after I had to get undressed and redressed three time they tried to send me home with wax in my pubic hair and I had been up charged for the gel and I didn’t get my manicure. I am not one to leave bad reviews but I have been scarred by this terrible experience. My nails look awful my bikini area had enough hair that after paying $100 to get it waxed I still had to go home and shave, this was the worst customer service and nail services I have ever had!

I was here from out of town and desperately needed my nails done and a pedicure. I read other reviews and decided to make an appt. I was a little nervous because I’ve gone to the same person for more than 20 years. And of course because of Covid.They were amazing at Lush. The tech who took care of me was named My. She was so sweet and did a really great job. The owner asked more than once if everything was ok. He took the time to have a full conversation. He was very nice too. I would definitely recommend Lush!I felt extremely comfortable and safe while I was there. I would go back for sure!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE. We came for 3 mani pedis after a long road trip and were beyond pleased with our experience. Su did a fabulous job, very clean and professional. We will absolutely come back when in Savannah GA again.

I went here for the first time today and had a wonderful experience. Everything was new, clean, and pretty. They have a wide selection of colors in regular, gel, acrylic, and dip. I brought my daughter for her first mani/pedi and they could not have been more kind and accommodating. They did an excellent job with both of our nails. I will definitely be recommending them to friends.

This place is so beautiful and they are very professional. Mai did my nails and she did an amazing job.

We went when they had just opened. They dont really have a specialty in designs. But it is a really nice area.
