I love this place and its the only nail place that I use. However, I really wish that they would open on time. Its now 20 minutes past open time and no one is here yet. Very frustrating.

I went in and got tips with the sns dip and I asked for a natural look. I ended up with more circular nails than oval. One of my pinky nails literally looks like an open clam. It has been snagging on things ever since I got them done and has almost ripped off my finger nail. Do not recommend.

Hidden gem in my opinion! Always quiet and relaxing, I only get pedicures because I dont do my nails (job reasons) and I never feel rushed and always welcomed. Fair pricing! This is my salon of choice!

My three daughters and I have been going to this salon since we moved here in August 2013. All 4 of us and our friends always have a good experience here. My girls and their friends always come here to get their nails done before every dance and special occasion. We have wandered and tried other nail places around town to compare and always come back to Helen and her staff. The salon is low key and quiet, not at all like these conveyor belt type nail stores. The staff is kind and considerate and the salon is well maintained. By the way....we range in age from 16 to 55.

I agree- Awful, Awful, Awful! I had 2 previous services here that were only adequate, but I continued to utilize this salon because of the convenience- well what a mistake!! I had a manicure and pedicure this past week that was the WORST ever. The tech attempted to cut my toe nails with the cuticle scissors even after I asked her to use the toenail clippers instead. Then she filed my fingernails in the most bizarre way. (I asked for them to be squared as they were when I entered the salon) I ended up with my nails in an upside half circle. The ends were longer than the center. When I asked that she at least even them out, she blamed the shape on my nails. By the time she evened my nails out, they were filed down to my skin. Find another salon.

First time at this nail salon. Great pedicure! Reasonably priced. Very clean salon. People were nice and customer oriented.
