I moved in on November 1st 2017And requested that management contact the cable company which is included in my rent cable box not working in bedroom and cable remotes dont work with my TV well after calling at least once a week with promises of cable people coming to no avail never came half the time no one answers phone in the office the property manager is useless I paid 450 to my Dec rent online it says 355 what happened to the other 100 the office manager told me that this would be rectified as of today 11/29 it still has notI tried to contact the property management company just voice mail leave msg it has been a month Dec 1st one month no cable I have emailed property manager no response very unhappy they have one maintenance man for over 50 or so apartments take my advice dont move here .
Its undergone new management that are a lot nicer and actually care about the tenants. I look forward to improving their score.
Far from everything downtown. which sucks if you are a student or someone looking for more lively things to do, but the general design and concept of the buildings are quaint and comfy. the buildings have a/c and are usually equiped with a small kitchen, living room and two bedrooms, as a student i would say to have your own town house to live in as opposed to a mini room is fantastic but the only downside is transport is either expensive or unavailable or requires you to wait a considerable time for it, so plan ahead!
My air conditioner stopped working Sunday night..Monday morning, maintenance was here first thing, and had it fixed within the hour. I have a dog,so it was pretty hot in my apartment. Cynthia had everything fixed promptly, and even gave me a big box fan for the dog as the air was being worked on. The management cares for its residence, and their pets too! I have to say, ever since the new management has taken over, things have gotten so much better here. Great place to live, i absolutely love it here. Thank you again Cynthia & team.
I would not recommend anyone to live here. First off our AC broke in October of 2017 they did not fix it until June of 2018. After a month of harassing them to fix it they obviously didnt & it got cold so it was no biggie. Then february hits its hot again we remind them to fix it. Nothing happens. July hit and FINALLY they said they will fix it. No, they put a window unit in our living room leaving the rest of the apartment hot and muggy. We asked and asked when it would be fixed and they just beat around the bush.Now the next thing was they sorted our mail and i am almost positive that is a federal offence. When we first moved in we had a mailbox key. I was waiting for my mail everyday. Contacting USPS asking why I have not received anything. To later find out the office had it. I had so many pieces of mail go missing.My favorite is how the fire alarm didnt work and we were not provided a fire extinguisher. We had a leak and it took them 3 weeks to fix so our carpet began to smell like mildew. The washer once charged my card $15 do a load instead of $1.50. I can keep going.Just do not move here its just a giant headache. Not worth the price until they fix the management & maintenance team.
1/2 star for location, other 1/2 star for appearances.The place itself isnt half bad but the staff is awful. They are unresponsive, negligent, and will cost you a lot of money. Management refused to honor move-in specials as advertised. Upon move in the AC didnt work and it was over a month before maintenance finally answered the work order. They lost (or failed to enter) my rent check last month and have been unwilling to rectify the situation, while late fees are automatically accrued to my account (which I am expected to pay). I will not be resigning and I encourage potential residents to continue their leasing search elsewhere.

Do not ever move here. These people are SCAMERS & takes everybodys money & say they lost it or can’t find it or steal it which happened to multiple ppl..... SCAMERS! The maintenance is horrible & everybody in the office except for Nyesa is nasty & RUDE & don’t ever want to help anybody. (Cynthia & Stacy to be exact) They make up their own rules that aren’t on the lease. I had mold in my apartment that they never came to fix for a whole 8 months that I got sick from then finally moved me into a new apartment. I don’t recommend this place to ANYBODY. It’s trash.
No longer a Savannah College of Art and Design property, now privately owned. SCAD buses no longer service this area, although municipal public transport still does.
The management company is horrible.If you are considering doing business with them, think again. They are extremely unprofessional and Do Not pay their bills.
