Very rude apartment manager, they do inspections on your apartment every month and they disguise it as pest control but they really coming in to check your apartment out. They even was grading the cleanliness of peoples apartments with grades A,B,C,F at one point but now its just a check box for ok, or fail. and they coming in your apartment whether your home or not. they have a master key and if you dont answer the door after the first 2 knocks they are just coming in.

We lived here for about 4 years, and enjoyed every minute of it! Property is well-maintained, residents are nice (and quiet), and anytime we needed service it was taken care of very quickly. No bugs, apartments are a good size, the property manager, Jody, was so sweet! You can tell that they care about their buildings and residents.

I enjoyed my time residing at Plantation Oaks apartment, the price is affordable and the keep up with maintaining the property. Management is wonderful Jody and her assistant are always on top of things. I would highly recommended these apartments to anyone need a place to stay in a great location but quiet neighborhood.

Management is extremely attentive to our needs. We have always gotten service on the same day we requested it. When it comes to apartment living, Ms Jodie, the resident manager, goes out of her way to make this a very nice, safe property. I would highly recommend this apartment village to everyone.

My roommates and I are looking for a new apartment and figured we would check Plantation Oaks out as it is in a central location. Seemingly the location is the only good thing about these apartments. We walked into the clubhouse and were immediately greeted with a very nasty attitude asking what we needed. We went on asking to tour and apartment. Yet again, the woman was extremely rude and disrespectful towards myself and roommates. We continued on for a few minutes longer and eventually left as the woman proceeded to tell us the required credit score and the no felons/sex offender requirement. I can assure you myself nor my roommates are neither felons or sex offenders. We were appalled at the lack of respect we received from this beloved lady. Also, note that your pet may not exceed 30 pounds, yet they claim they are pet friendly/inclusive. I would never recommend these apartments to anyone searching.

The leasing manager there is extremely unprofessional and can have a NASTY attitude. She did a move out with someone else in my place, then cleared it. Then she took out 50 dollars after she said my apartment was good. How do you tell someone the apartment is okay and then take money out of their security deposit? Then she says the shower head fell out because I put a shower head caddy on it. So its my fault that your contractor did a sorry job of installing the shower head? She told me the deduction was for the shower head at first, then all of a sudden it was for the fridge (which was cleaned); now its back to the shower head. She probably just lied. Then she wrote me a personal check, but that was her fault. Which does not make sense if I was wrong. Then it came with a letter which is attached. You cant take money out of ones security deposit after documenting that it was okay. She will hang up in your face. Leave unprofessional letters with grammatical errors and try to tell you how to split up a deposit when she should have communicated the way it was being sent in the first place. PARKING is awful. The pool is usually not clean. Her and the other lady in the office never know whats going on. Shell tell you one thing, and the leasing manager will tell you another. The second photo was just another example of how unprofessional she was. I personally had no noise complaint, but another resident did and this is the letter she leaves. UNNECESSARY. Professionalism does not tell another how they feel. State the violation and keep it moving. She know NOTHING about Greek life, so how dare she? Only reason why I stayed there for that long is because of the location and of course a lease.

Ive lived here 3 and a half years. Its honestly the best deal for the money. Jody and the maintenance team are great, very efficient. Ive always felt safe.

The manager at plantation Oaks is very rude and will fine you for little things. She harasses the guest and anybody who she see’s in the area the apartment is disgusting with walls thin to the point you can hear what’s happening in the other rooms. The maintenance is horrible for example the upstairs vent didn’t work so cold air wouldn’t go up there so the maintenance guy there told me to buy a fan. You shouldn’t tell your residents to buy a fan when your there to fix the problem. Paying rent to stay here is useless if I ask for a problem fix and they tell me to buy a fan when my money is already going to them smh

Unfortunately the picture shown on this site is not one of our buildings! Not sure where it came from. Also. On a sad note after 20 years Ms Pat passed away several years ago and hasnt been here for 5 years so that one post doesnt really apply. We run a great property and have the best residents ever!!! Look elsewhere before moving here, rude and disrespectful manager, roach infested apartments, camera signs posted on the property but they dont work, every month inspections and they come in whether you are home or not, lease says that pest control is provided a.k.a a bottle of $7 bug spray from Walmart, stove has wall paint on the rusted parts, rent goes up every year, subjected to nasty letters from management about personal issues with other tenants. Worst rental experience ever!

Wonderful apartment in savannah, exceptional service, great employees,very safe. Recommended to everyone willing to follow the community rules, kudos to management !!!

I have lived here for 3 years and my experience was horrible. The apartment was infested with roaches and nothing was done about it. The walls are extremely thin to the point you can your neighbors conversations or even vacuuming their floor. I have had my car broken into on many occasions and nothing was done about it. They have signs up saying that there are cameras around the property and there were none. Dont expect to receive your deposit back because Jodi will try to fine the smallest thing wrong and try to charge this ridiculous fee for it. Jodi is a horrible, rude and disrespectful manager at Plantation Oaks. I highly advise you not to move here.

My daughter and I were walking my dog down the sidewalk and we wanted to go look at the apartments and the grounds We got about 50 yards from the main office in the front and a woman stood outside with her arms folded staring at us She hollered across the parking lot Do you live Here? We werent even inside the property yet She came stomping out My daughter asked her if they allowed pets here before she could finish what she was saying she was shaking her head and throwing her arms up in the air and acting really crazy She says no no no no especially that size animal !!!! My daughter and I couldnt believe her behavior She was rude obnoxious and disrespectful not professional at all My dog is 14 years old very mellow and he weighs about 65 pounds there was no reason for her to act that way towards us or him We didnt know what to say to her at the moment because we were in such shock of the way she treated us. I would never consider living in a place where the employees treated potential residents like that!! She ran us off before we could even get there Awful awful experience Horrible horrible woman !!!!!!!! She should be canned from working there!!!!

My dad lives there and now we are over 1000 miles away. 😢😢
