The Cottages at Emerald Cove is a great place to live if you’re looking for a beautiful modern style apartment. It is very quiet and peaceful and have some of the best amenities an apartment community can offer. The staff is very hospitable, friendly, and super informative especially for those who are moving from out of town. The property manager Kithia went above and beyond with making sure that I was taken care of the entire process and even after I had moved in! I love the atmosphere and would definitely recommend and refer anyone who is looking for a safe, spacious, and peaceful place to live.

So far the experience has been great ! I went through a virtual tour/ process since I had moved from out of state and didn’t have the opportunity to see the place in person... let me say I couldn’t be more happier . The place is beautiful inside and the outside is kept up very nice . It’s a very quiet neighborhood where I hardly hear the neighbors and maintenance responds quickly . If you’re looking for a nice, homey, modern apartment definitely check out Cottages at Emerald’s Cove . Keep up the great work .

Very disappointed in the huge increase on my lease renewal. There are plenty of other deficiencies with these apartments, although the staff was rather friendly, and the gym is adequate in comparison to others.

I love this apartment complex so much! I would love to live here again and again if I could. Maintenance is always spot on, issues are resolved in a timely manner and any other issues addressed to the apartment complex team is also handled professionally. My only issue is the internet in the area is a bit wonky but it has nothing to do with the apartment complex in general- that is just out of network issue. Other than that, the neighbors are awesome, the atmosphere fits that of a welcoming family complex and there is so much movement and life here! Its amazing. Perfect place to live here if you have kids!

I love it here. I’ve been having so much fun at the pool. Yesterday the pool was full of pretty girls, children playing and the weather was perfect. The staff is very attentive and are prompt to address any issues that arrive. This has been a good choice for me.

I just moved into the Cottages and I love the property and the area it’s located in. I was originally scheduled to move in at a later date but Kaylee was so helpful in helping me move in early. The bottom floor entrance and loft style living is an excellent option for a bachelor such as myself. I had some concerns about my floor plan before moving but once I saw it I knew that it was great for me. I look forward to exploring the area with its close proximity to shops and restaurants and the amazing amenities!

We are so thankful we found The Cottages at Emerald Cove! The property, amenities and staff are all wonderful. Kaylee was extremely helpful answering all of our questions and assisting us with our short term rental needs. We couldn’t ask for anything more with our temporary home turning into such a family friendly community.

Our air went out and they came early in the morning to get it done which was a blessing. They got it done fast and were very nice.

I waited to make a review until I lived here long enough to have a reliable opinion. Stephen and I love it here! Its beautiful and peaceful. The staff is always super friendly. They take great care of the neighborhood and we really appreciate the sense of community! They always have cute little events going on. The apartments are beautiful and spacious. We live in a one bedroom apartment but it really feels like a home! Matinence is super fast. The neighbors are all very friendly and mostly keep to themselves. Overall, its a beautiful and quiet community! Ive included some pictures of our place for a different perspective :) I have nothing but good things to say about Emerald Cove! The only suggestion I have is an option to recycle in the future :)

Came in a whole hour before closing to do a tour I was promised. Got there and was told the last tour was at 4:30pm. Then I try to do a self guided tour and the unit is unavailable to tour. Come back to the leasing office with a sign saying they are out on a tour. How? Lied to my face. Maybe it’s the color or my skin. I’ll take my money elsewhere. The lady sitting on the left hand side looked at me as if I was in the wrong place. Like I couldn’t afford it. Terrible customer service.

Moved in about a year and a half ago with my wife and two dogs. The staff originally wasnt very good and would often ignore calls but after a recent change in ownership, the new staff has been MUCH better and now I absolutely love living here. Some residents are pretty selfish and annoying but thats just how some people are. The new staff is wonderful and kind. They are always checking in on us and take our concerns seriously! They also plan amazing and fun events. I wish I could rate higher. One of the best places Ive ever lived.

There was a problem with the original apartment I was supposed to receive and Casey not only got me one with a better location he did it on the same day with hesitation or complaint. Also when I couldn’t come in during the week due to work. Kaylee was their to help finish the welcome letter, And actually knew who I was was, and what I was there for. Too truly magnificent caring people that value future residents. Will definitely recommend this place and the people that work here!! Keep up what your doing!!!

I did put a decent review up here before casey decided to lie about there 4 free rent mths and stated that the move out mth was also free. When they switched landlord manegers a lot of what was said is no longer standing. The living space is great and so are the Amenities the the office staff is not

Some of the rudest people I have ever encountered at the rental office. They never answer the phone. Call screen and lie and say they are in meetings. Their regional manager Melissa actually hung up on me. If they fire these people it would be a nice community again.

Im sure whomever is interested in these apartments are reading these reviews and debating on if they should live here. I lived here for a little over a year and I honestly enjoyed the apartment, the grounds were kept up quite well and the visual aesthetic was quite nice. however, this is where my positive review ends. The first thing that concerned me with the leasing office and manger was that they would never call you back. Anytime I had an issue I would have to call numerous times in a day to receive anyone on the other end. I believed I received one returned phone call in the entire duration I lived there. Granted in person they are friendly but when you leave the leasing office, its a whole other story. The apartments themselves are heavily overpriced for what you get in return. I payed my rent on time and never had an issues until I departed from this place. Like many others who were impacted by covid, I was laid off from my job. Little did I know, I signed a year long lease just two weeks prior to this happening. I let the apartments know of what happened and tried to see if they could assist and or work with me on this issue. Going further, they did not make any efforts to work with me nor cared that hundreds of people were laid off in the local area as well. I eventually had to give my 60 days notice because I would not be able to afford living in the apartment. I moved all of my belongings out, signed the 60days notice, turned in my keys and let them know where I would be moving and so forth. a month went by and I had not received any information about my closing documents. I reached out to the leasing manager via email and asked for updates, I called multiple times and left voicemails. still today I havent heard anything from them.Just days ago I received a phone call from debt collectors asking me to pay for unjustifiable fees from cottages. perhaps this is typical in renting apartments however there was no communication reciprocated to me after making numerous efforts. I did NOT receive a final bill nor the SIGNED 60 days notice I gave them months in advance of my move out. I was charged with additional month to month fees on top of an insufficient notice penalty. They knew about me moving out and they had the documentation yet still charged me with unjustifiable fees. Keep in mind I didnt find out of my charges until many months later from collections, not from the leasing staff. The lack of communication and unwillingness to work with their tenants through Covid-19 is a reflection of how they treat their tenants. If anyone reading this is interested in these apartments, I would highly recommend you search for somewhere else. The leasing staff do not make any effort in communicating information nor with issues that arise with tenants, they do not email or call you. If you do plan to stay here make sure you make all the effort in communicating because they do not care enough. They will most likely have their third parties reach out to you instead. I am pointing out the Manager Skye Dugan on this issue because she made no efforts in the duration I was living there.

Very professional staff. They have changed this complex entirely in a beneficial way. The staff engages alot with the residents and they go out of their way to keep us satisfied. Not to mention, the complex looks much cleaner and I never see the trash compactor full anymore. They really have made a change in this complex and I thank them for it. So. I have lived here for 8 months. And at first I was fine. Everything was great except for the fact that the loft is sooooo hot and no matter what I do. It stays hot.My electric bill is outrageous because the AC keeps going because the ceilings are high and the loft is hot. Not to mention the previous tenets had it programmed and the maintenance staff didn’t know how to reset it. So I had to YouTube it.About a month ago I have a neighbor downstairs move in. And he is loud! He plays his music constantly and I work all different shifts in a medical setting. So lack of sleep is an understatement. When I complained about him. Apparently he is aware it was me. Even though other neighbors have complained about him as well. Then the fun started. He makes rude comments. And he even went as far as putting mud in my door handles of my car. I have spoken to the office numerous times. But they say he complains that I play loud music and jump on the Floor. When I’m never home and don’t even own a radio.BUT THE OFFICE staff has gone above and beyond to help me and even has relocated me to a better apartment. So I have to give a 5 star because they have gone above and beyond to help my family and it’s not their fault that I had a bad neighbor Unfortunately. I do like the place overall. The amenities are great and the pool is salt water which we love.

Moving in was delayed a few days. And nobody called me and told that my move in date had changed. I had to find out the hard way. I should of been contacted by the front office that my move in date changed. Rather than me showing up with all furniture ready to move in then turned around because the appt was not ready.

I came to visit a friend and noticed how nice the property was kept. We enjoyed a nice walk around the river on the track! The residents and staff that we passed while walking was so nice and friendly! Can’t wait to visit again!!

Wonderful friendly staff love living here awesome place just a few miles from everything you need. I would like to say that I posted a few weeks ago about the mail delivery. Well when I am in the wrong I will be the first person to admit it. If you have a problem with the mail it is not Emerald Cove it is the post office or the driver. Trying to find a place to live after renting in a college town was really stressful for me but Aleisha made it painless! All the staff is attentive and the area is clean. Very dog friendly, everyone keeps to themselves but is friendly at the same time. Maintenance is quick to get back to you, everyone in the office either knows your name or at least recognizes you and says hi when they see you! I really enjoy living here and Im glad the staff made it so easy for me to find a place I love.

Skye and staff came through with their promises to get us set up right away so that we could register our son for school and get settled in.Very nice community, high-end facilities and equipment including but not limited to (for me personally) a bonus business center!Maintenance staff has been courteous and responsive as well.Just another great experience for my family in the Savannah area!

I live in the two bedroom and a loft with my roommate, we really enjoy it. We each have our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The loft is our game cave and use it everyday, its pretty cool. The people in the office are really nice, one time a lady offered me a cold water when I was working out in the gym. The complex is close to all the food spots, shopping and Gulfstream where I work. It only takes me 8 minutes to get to my work from my apartment. This place is best in the area, no doubt!

Sadly I am editing my review!! I still live here and will remain through my lease, BUT after living here 6 months things have gone downhill!! As a resident I don’t even know who the manager is #1, they won’t answer the phone, you can’t go to the office because they won’t answer the door and the list of negatives go on!! Went to report the internet was off again and was asked by maintenance staff Alex if I paid my bills?? SERIOUSLY #1 it is included in our rent and I wouldn’t be standing here I would be evicted!! Second, I’ve never been late because we have automatic draft!! #3 I shouldn’t have even been asked that!! Joe the other maintenance staffs mouth fell open! I will go on to say many residents here are very unsatisfied with management staff!!! Hopefully things will change, but I’m not hopeful!! Will change my review when and if I see change!!

We haven’t moved in yet but the staff has made it a great experience prior to doing so. My husband received a private FaceTime tour and shortly after everything was shown to me on FaceTime very professionally. The move in process from another country has been made very convenient and above professionalism! Will review again once we move in but so far, the staff has been incredible!

This beautiful property and walk trail around the lake is always clean and beautiful! This has been the best kept property I’ve seen and the amenities so well kept and updated!!

Cottages at Emerald Cove has been our home for about 2 years and we enjoy living here. The cottage style living with ground entrance and option for a loft is great and one of our favorite things about the apartment (so much natural light!). The property is a few minutes from busy Pooler so it is quieter, however, it is so easy to get onto 95 and shopping/restaurants are a short 5 minute drive. The office staff is friendly and maintenance has always responded to (and fixed) our requests within 24 hours. We have lived in other apartments in the Pooler area and Cottages at Emerald Cove has been the best experience of them all.

Best place I have ever lived ! Staff is unbelievable. They treat you like family not tenants. Repairs are fixed immediately. Upkeep of property is amazing.

So first let me start off with saying ...By far this is the best apartment complex I have resided in. I found this apartment complex when I was living in California. Initially I had a hard time finding a complex considering the fact that I was 1,000 miles away. My first encounter with Brenda was amazing. She was very reasonable, pleasant and accommodating . Aliesha video chatted me to show me the complex, which was very awesome and considerate. Rachel always has a spunky attitude and always makes sure your concerns are heard and met. I have been living here for about 6mo and the management team is AWESOME SAUCE!! The community is nice, clean and quiet . I could not have asked to live in a better community. I barely want to part ways with my apartment I love it so much ! Im very satisfied with my move here !

I work for a major full service hotel chain and I honestly think we could learn a thing or two from CeCe because thats how good she is. Shes the type of person that doesnt place limits on a persons happiness or well-being. Its so rare to find someone like her in this world and its people like her, that gives me glimpses of this world actually being a better place. Very unprofessional. Was told I would be refunded immediately. Had to keep calling the office about my $200 refund. Then advised they were mailing a check to a wrong address. Contacted the 3rd party vendor and basically the leasing consultants Cece & Skye are LIARS!!! It’s a 14 day turn around time for a refund. Disgusting.

Love it here! Very quiet and clean. I feel very safe. I love the free internet and cable-cant beat that! I have a one bedroom apartment that feels huge. Kitchens have a lot of counter space-cupboards are deep to hold everything. Bathrooms are a generous size as well.

I love it here! I have a 2 bedroom with a loft and use it for my office daily, its perfect! I highly recommend the Shamrock floorplan. The ladies in the office are always so helpful. I had flowers delivered and couldnt make it home before they closed, they offered to put inside of my apartment for me. I am an amazon shopaholic and have 24 hour access to my package locker. I live for the pool every weekend, its salt water and overlooks a huge fishing lake. Soooo pretty here!

Very average. When I first moved in Summer 2018 I made a 5 star review. I am dropping to 3 stars after living here for almost a year. This is a corporate run apartment complex. It is what it is. Many great attributes, but in the end it is simply what it is, a corporation focused on profit margins. These are not luxury apartments in my opinion for many reasons. Low grade thin carpet, thin paint on walls (that cannot be cleaned!), cheap builder cabinets, and appliances that, while new, are very basic. We pay a luxury price but the interior of the apartments are so very average.

I recent moved out here to The Cottages of Emerald Cove, and I got to say I love it. The staff was so amazing on my move in day and they still are, everyone is so friendly I love it.

Will hit my year anniversary mark this Feb. This is a great location that offers great amenities. More importantly, though, this is the ONLY complex that is flexible with restricted dog breeds. The only thing they ask is that the canine completes an AKA good doggy citizenship program and provide the office with a copy of the certificate. We provided our dogs certificate and they couldnt have been more welcoming. The grounds of the complex are terrific and well maintained. The location of the complex is key...a short Uber/Lyft ride to downtown Savannah and just a quick drive to all that Pooler has to offer. Really enjoy it here and glad we signed on for an additional year!

If youre a light sleeper, or just dont want to hear your neighbors entering their apartment/walking up/down the stairs, or them have a bowel movement, definitely check out somewhere else.Former service member with extensive hearing damage (RLTW)For the price we pay, I expected at least some sound buffering, especially compared to other places I have visited in the immediate vicinity, unfortunately after the fact, but I can literally hear whether my neighbors are watching Friends, or talking about extremely personal issues.Its a beautiful place, outside is quiet, the pond is lovely, the fitness facility is ok, and the location isnt bad. I am not worried about my car outside at all.My experience with one of the pay rent (rentpay) applications was a bit of a disaster and I lost money through it and Ill leave it at that.Thats one time where I got zero help from the staff so theres that.The small/limited issue I have with staff:There has now also been issues with my original contract and what I was promised about my garage and the offer I was given for a certain time lease and certain time months free rent.I work overseas time to time and the help I got was lacking. I called and asked about my current account status, as I pay in advance throughout the month due to unusual pay times, to ensure I make the due date.I asked about the companies records of my payments and was told they wouldnt release that to me because its confidential .Not sure how my payment records are confidential when Im told I owe money on missed payments, yet have received no notification whatsoever.Basically, as a former (very recent) service member, I wouldnt recommend this place. The staff are nice as far as Ive had experience, but it seems theyre not fully informed or possibly theyre not receiving the help they need to solve tenant issues.Nice staff, pretty place, super thin walls.

Any time we have the opportunity to interact with Emerald Cove its a treat. They are always friendly and willing to do what they can for their residents!

We love the layout of our apartment and everyone weve met so far has been friendly. The staff, especially Rachel, made us feel welcome right from the very beginning and the manager went out of her way to help us when I stopped by the office. The only thing we would change is the fact that you can hear everything, it will take some getting used to but other than that, things have been great.

Ok so I had to write a review for this complex. First let me say we did choose another property. The only reason we chose a different property is for an attached garage. (Emerald Cove did not offer any properties with this amenity and that’s the only reason we did not select this property.) You will not find a better staff. They are so friendly, the moment you walk in your feel like part of a family. They are extremely accommodating and made every effort to work through every insecurity we presented. (I think they might have built a garage for us if they could have.) They have several curtesy officers on site, but you really won’t need them. The property is well maintained. They used high quality materials throughout the property. Additionally, they have well manicured landscaping. Lastly, you will love how the property limits the number of units in a single building. This cuts down on the congested feeling of traditional apartments and will certainly limit the inconvenience of having to hear neighbors around you when you would prefer not to. Great job on the property and presentation!

My apartment is so beautiful. The staff, especially Kolby are very helpful and friendly. Almost going out of their way just to help and accommodate you. I’m very satisfied with my decision to move here.

I’ve gotta say as being a first time renter the office has always been able to help me whenever I needed it or asked a question concerning the property. Tammy has really gone above and beyond to help me with a couple issues I was having and I couldn’t be more thankful to have her there.

They are money hungry and discriminatory.Did you know they put you in a previously owned and cheaply flipped apartment and then charge you for the previous tenants damage? On top of rent that’s almost twice as much as what it’s worth?Also, the POOL!! Please don’t get in it. We had a few times when we took our kids swimming and they were sick for a few days afterwards. Once my husband and I became sick as well. I dont know what that was about but wish we had gotten samples.Please be careful.Go across the street it’s cheaper and nicer.

I’m a current resident of this apartment complex and am living in a two bedroom with a loft. The floor plan is called the “Shamrock”. Although, I do like my apartment a ton, I find it disheartening that I am paying for a space but it’s not completely livable. The construction is poor for the area and the loft room stays far too hot during the summer months to even be able to use. My kids come down after ten minutes of playing with red faces. ( I haven’t been here during the winter months, so I can’t tell you how it will be during that time.)I have put in many service requests to get this looked at or fixed and after being told it is an issue with all of the Shamrock floor-plans, there has been very little attempt at fixing it. I’ve had to call several times to get any sort of answer, which isn’t something I have time to do.For an apartment complex who’s rules are so strict, you would think they would uphold their end of things better. (By strict, I’m referring to things like the rent being due on the first and no later. If it’s even a day late the fee is insane. (We pay on time but I know most places have a three day wiggle room.) You have to park your car in one direction only. They take DNA samples of your animals to ensure you are cleaning up behind their bathroom messes, or charge you a $200 fee. Ect.)My point is this, they are very strict here, and although I am completely content with upholding their high standards to live in a new apartment, they don’t feel obligated to do the same. The pool has been closed for a week and is black, our loft issue remains unresolved, and we’ve only been here about two months. I’m worried what the rest of my lease will be like. Hopefully this helps if anyone is considering moving to the establishment. Im unable to review the other floor plans, but my recommendation is to stay clear of the Shamrock floor plan.
