I wish i could give this place zero stars. poor customer service. saw two mice crawling in the ladies restroom NOT A GOOD SIGHT. good equipment i have to say.

Poor customer service experience from staff. No one wears a mask during a PANDEMIC. There are signs stating you need a mask to enter so what’s the point in even having them!!! Poor Covid regulations.

Cannot recommend this place enough. Perfect for serious lifters. Great vibe, great equipment, great staff. 10/10.

Great equipment, reasonable cost, and lots of space. Staff are friendly and helpful and locker rooms are clean and well maintained. The only real minor complaint is the water pressure in the showers is very weak.

The gym here is great. Part of the membership that is so valuable are the free classes. Personally I attend their Yoga class. This class is great no matter what age you are or fitness level. The instructor, Lisa is able to make it work for you by offering different poses and modifying them for your individual ability. You will come out of the class feeling rejuvenated, not only physically but mentally as well. And even if you are not a member you can pay for the class. You will be hard pressed to find any Yoga class around at this affordable rate ( now $7 ) at the high level of instruction Lisa provides! Give it a try!Also the personal trainers are very well educated. As a former Physical Educator and coach at a local university in Boston, I am very impressed with one in particular that my partner and I are using, Sean Griffin.He also is tuned in to the goals you want to accomplish and at the level of intensity you want to work at.All in all Flex Fitness provides a great atmosphere to work out in, up to date and high end equipment, cleanliness, and classes for a variety of interests. Their rates are reasonable, so take the plunge and jump right in!

Friendly staff, but gym does not follow COVID 19 regulations. Their staff do not wear masks, and they do not enforce mask wearing rules on customers, nor the 6 ft distancing rule, although they do have signage saying masks are mandatory. Very dangerous and disappointing.

Just sign up, one of the best gym I’ve been to .Nice and clean with plenty workout equipment for an individual trying to reach their goals in fitness .Highly recommend This gym to everybody

The owner of this place is very unprofessional, he is always defensive, and not comprehensive of any situation, he only wants to play bossy and rude with you. He needs to learn more about what health is, because his gym is nice and everything but he put an air freshener super strong that you can barely breath, and you are only putting chemicals to your lungs.

This private gym is so dope. Highly recommend it.

Monthly rate is reasonable. The gym is clean. Most times of the day is not very crowded. AC thermostat is not set low enough on hot summer days. Replaceable pads on equipment are not replaced when they wear out and many have holes in them :-/

Quality food keeps me coming back to this place. Services are great as well. I love their their location.

This gym is nice, ever clean and nice parking. The staff is friendly and helpful and you are always greeted with a smile. The equipment is new and in good shape.

Not a professional fitness center, I entered a few times this week and nobody was enforcing mask wearing on the vicinity, and its absolutely disgusting how Im unable to work out because of my health issues, and no one cares about the safety of others.

Great Gym. Got everything a Big gym can offer with a fraction of the crowds. Members are sociable
