Im always satisfied with my nails. They do a great job while working as a team.. of course! A week and a half and they still look great 😊

The couple that run this are some of the nicest people. I really enjoy coming to this salon. They are gentle and do amazing work. Even when they are busy, the atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing. They always do a great job on my nails and I always leave feeling and looking better.

This is by far my favorite nail salon in Lansing. I’ve tried countless places but the nails always broke or came off but not since I’ve been coming here. If you want a nice design then definitely come here because they always do such a great job even with some harder artwork I wanted. If you want great quality then this is the place if you live in South Lansing.

Called to make an appointment and was given a time but when I got there my appointment had not been saved. The tech was going back and forth with my nails and anothers since I was squeezed in at that point. It felt rushed and they were rough in handling my hands.

Very rude and unwelcoming. Had an attitude as soon as i walked in. Lady doing my nails was very unprofessional and unfriendly.

Pricey af for half-hearted service. The couple who runs it argue constantly. Ive been there 3 times since its close to my house. Sadly, the service industry in lansing leaves much to be desired. Ive lived here for roughly 2 years now and even during covid, these nail salons professional service and customer awareness are trash.

Dont know why I keep going to this place....Tonight was the last time....Husband is absolutely the Best....Very nice...The wife whole vibe is off...Shes always mean....Hardly speaks...And Im always spending almost 100 dollars every visit....WIll not getting my business ever again...I do not recommend this place...I know other women that have went elsewhere also

Love this nail place! I get so many compliments on my nails! I can go three weeks without a fill and they always look great! My nails always turn out beautiful! They also have so many color options! I love supporting a small business, Judy and Jimmy are awesome!

I love the job they do. I consistently get complimented on my nails... I have waited 3 weeks between fills and have not had lifting or chipping problems. Just and Jimmy are the best... I highly recommend them to everyone!!!

Love this shop Judy is great with nails and designs and eyelashes will refer plenty of people. Her husband Jimmy is great to especially with pedicures. They do slot of work and work hard!

I really enjoy coming here, the women that does my nails is really neat & the guy that paints them is careful. She works effeciantly, quickly, & neatly as well as the shop is always clean & properly maintenanced. However shes doesnt open shop on scheduled time, but the wait is worth it.

Very nice place. I love Judy! But I got there before 9 am their were 2 more ladies before me so I waited outside in the cold to get in because I knew it would be a line. When she got there about 9:17 am everyone that waited in their cars went ahead of me. Now if that is how it works then there should be a sign or something so you are just not waiting. Their was about 9 people that went before I did yet I was the 3rd person at the door waiting for her to get there.

Always a wonderful experience full of laughs. They can do pretty much anything you ask for.

Always fun to go. Just is very entertaining but great at her job.

The wait is a little long because there are only two people running the shop, but their relationship and their attention to detail make it so worth it! I go see them every 2 weeks to get my nails filled.

They were pretty rude to me and my nails didnt look that great they were really thick and unnatural looking, I have a nail salon I usually would go to but I tried this one because it was much much closer to my house than the other salon, but I may just make the much longer drive and stick with where I normally go because they do them much better and are not rude at all. The best thing about this place was that once you finally got in the chair they were pretty quick.

Very clean, quick and very nice people. It was so nice to be able to understand what they were saying so we could actually have a good conversation. I will return from now on.

1st time in I was ecstatic! My nails were beautiful & stayed on for 3 weeks w/out lifting/bubbling.2nd time, not as pleased; my nails were falling off in the 2nd week.3rd/last time, BEYOND DISAPPOINTED!!! He Carelessly ground the tip of my finger tip, drawing blood! Although Both owners knew it happened & It took 20 Minutes to receive an apology.NO Discount was offered or given.$40 & 1 week later & 2 of my nails have Fallen Off!!! COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!

Ive gone here only once and will NOT go back! I had a guy doing my pedicure and he was digging and pulling my ingrown toenail nails out so badly, he made me bleed bad and ripped my skin. A week later and Im still walking around with an extremely sore big toe.

I went in to this establishment over 4 months ago and purchase a gift certificate for my girlfriend. I felt rushed and unappreciated by the owner. My girlfriend has been trying to schedule an appointment to have her nails done for months every since. She keeps getting the run around since the services have already been paid for and being asked for an additional deposit. Why would someone need a deposit if they have a paid gift certificate?! The owner was rude to my girlfriend over the phone and blew her off several times. To the owner, your attitude,, professionalism, and customer service sucks! We will never use the services your establishment offers again, and definitely would not recommend anyone there!
