My husband and I have love the Fast Factory!! I was nervous to step in the doors 2.5 years ago but that went away quickly as I felt welcomed and supported in this amazing community. The coaches are encouraging, always offering support and teaching throughout the workouts, and help you do things at your level. Ive been challenged to do more than I thought I could and feel incredibly accomplished after each workout!

I have tried so many fitness programs and gyms. I’ve never found one that has stuck until Fast Factory. It’s the first place I go where I am excited to workout towards my goals! The coaches are fantastic, very knowledgeable and professional!

I don’t know if I can recommend Fast Athlete Co. enough! I started as an individual with absolutely NO athletic background...which could be intimidating going into a new gym. Not here! I was welcomed by all and felt like part of the community right away! The coaches are so helpful, knowledgeable, and professional.

I’ve been to several other gyms and not one compares to Fast. I love having coach instructed group workouts, it helps me to push harder when it gets tough. It has been very helpful for me to have 1:1 personal coach sessions, they have helped keep me on track and striving to better my life as a whole. I have loved my experience with Fast! I was intimidated when I first walked through the door but that quickly went away. The community is amazing and so supportive of everyone, no matter their ability. The coaches take time to teach you movements and work on technique while being supportive and challenging you all at the same time.

So much more than a place to workout. Great coaches to help you through each workout, help with nutrition and everything else you need to meet your goals. Members are like family! Very supportive of you from the day you walk into your first class.

If you’re on the fence about trying a class, just do it. I wish I had tried years ago. Great community and tough/motivating workouts. It’s as good for your mental health as it is physical.

Fast Athlete has some of the best coaches in the St. Cloud area. The programming and modifications have been key to my fitness and recovery since having back surgery. All of the members are very encouraging and are definitely a great big family!

Coaches are very technical and are Really motivating and spot on. .Great group fitness atmosphere like this Will push you to crush your fitness goals a lot farther than going to a typical boring “bro” gym or wasting your time at home on an elliptical. Clean place with high-quality rogue equipment!

Fast Athlete Co. has been such a game changer for me. I love being able to show up, move with focus & intention for 60 minutes, and clear my mind of all the other clutter. For those 60 minutes, I get to just be present and be the doer. I’m not in charge of anything besides getting through the work out that day. It’s my time to recharge and I always leave ready to focus on all the other stuff the day is going to throw at me.

I’ve been coming here for a long time and I truly enjoy being a part of this community. The coaches truly care and are more than willing to help. Best gym in St. Cloud hands down.

Just joined Fast Athlete about a month ago. The facilities are by far the best and cleanest around the area. The coaches are invested into your health journey. It is an implement paradise for the person looking for brand name equipment or niche equipment. My fiancé and I are #shreddingforthewedding, and Fast Athlete is along for the journey.

Great gym with great coaches and TONS of support and guidance. In a short time, I have improved and progressed in various lifting movements.

I have been a member on and off for 5 years, and have a great appreciation for this place. The structured programming, empathetic coaches and encompassing workouts are what keep me here. Even for people who have been active in fitness their whole lives this gym does a tremendous job in providing a complete experience for fitness. Fitness to last a lifetime, fitness to rehabilitate oneself if need be and even train more aspiring and gifted athletes. This place is an Amazing CrossFit gym. It is a little out of the way but that only makes it more special. It is not just an amazing facility but their coaching staff is focused on athletes moving well. I really had a great experience dropping in here.

This place couldn’t feel more like home. No matter my mood When I enter I always leave feeling amazing and ready to take on the day 5:00am #earlybirdPost Covid Update. Yes we have new owners. No the quality of programming and community feel has not changed. We are in it for the long haul and that’s how we train.
