This yoga studio is absolutely amazing!! The staff is knowledgeable, professional, and FUN! Any skill level is welcome. You WILL be challenged, but you will feel absolutely amazing!! I can’t say enough about this place!!

This was the ultimate hot yoga class. Perfect for a beginner looking to challenge themselves. Yet, also perfect for a seasoned yogi ready for the next levels in yoga. I felt it for days! Will be back for sure!

This is a clean and beautiful studio, with friendly, knowledgeable staff. The Power 1 and Power 2 classes are structured into purposeful segments and both contain a challenge pose. Two of the classes I have taken have been led by Nicole. As an instructor she is patient and kind. She assists students with positioning if needed and welcomed. Timely reminders to release certain areas of the body that are holding tension are given. At the end of class, as a perfect final touch, yogis are fanned with Young Living essential oils. I highly recommend this studio. I have been practicing yoga casually for eleven years and have experienced a number of studios and instructors. This one, in my opinion, ranks as one of the best. Five Stars!

I have done a variety of yoga classes over the years, all in different locations in MN, OH and MI. This studio has a nice variety of class styles. The instructors seem very passionate about what they are teaching and are inclusive of all levels. No class is the same. The studio is clean. Many class package options are available so that you get exactly what you want and don’t pay extra. Overall, I am very impressed with the studio, staff and close location.

KPower Yoga came into my life at just the right time! Unfortunately, I was so mislead about yoga for so many years, I assumed yoga could not provide an intense enough workout, there would be no challenge and quite simply it would be too boring. Boy was I wrong! Yoga is so adaptable and can meet me where I am at each and every day, both physically and mentally. The staff are all amazing and each bring their own unique qualities that bring variety and wisdom to each class. I highly encourage you to give it a try!

You have to try KPower Yoga!! I have really enjoyed the different classes they offer and the instructors Meghann and Kelsey (only two Ive met so far, Im sure the others are great too). I recently started going to classes at KPower Yoga after a much-too-long break from practicing, or really any workout regime at all. I was so impressed with not only the instructor, class/workout, but with how helpful, non-intimidating and comfortable I felt! I’m out of practice (to say the least) but they help you 100% along the way to modify and practice yoga how it feels good for YOU! I’m so excited to have FINALLY found a yoga studio that I love!

I love this place! The staff is incredibly friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable. All of the classes are unassuming and welcoming. You really can’t beat a hot yoga class in the dead of Minnesota winter. This is a wonderful addition to the Sartell community.
