Love using midtown stafit during covid. Minimal machine sharing and still same great convenient facility.

Customer service is terrible I emailed them and they said they got it and they’d answer it by last week and they still haven’t I needed an answer by yesterday max and They tell me they got it and when I called again they said they’d seen it and will answer by yesterday. I ended up not getting an email and when I called back they said they never even got an email and now I have to wait another week. Terrible gym. Also didn’t mention an enrollment fee so beware it might look cheaper but you’ll end up paying $50-100 extra when you sign up. There are a lot of better gyms in the area.

My son and I were yelled at by staff and clients due to his disability he is autistic. We were also denied accommodations for his disability. I filed a complaint at the Attorney Generals office under consumer protection to have my account cancelled. They didnt even respond to the AGS office pretty dumb guys. If you are having problems please consider using filing a complaint at the AGS office under consumer protection.

Usually a nice place to work out. This week though please turn on the air conditioner! Feels like mid 80s in there with little airflow. Also getting sick of large groups of people working out together and taking over an entire section of the gym..

Scam gym. Watch your bank account because they like to overcharge even after you call them out on it. Not a good gym at all. the worst staff of any gym I’ve been to and with traveling for work I’ve been to gyms all over the country. This gym has the worst staff- the female employees are especially rude. Not only are they unfriendly but the staff has hit on my girlfriend several times with inappropriate comments. They force some people to wear masks and say nothing to others about them. Inconsistent with their hours even when listed online. I’ve heard good things about the Lions Den in St. Cloud!! Go there!

Wonderful to go to the 11:35 aerobics classes again. To be able to interact with old friends once again. Yea!!

Terrible customer service, I wouldn’t recomment this gym, has a lot of hidden fees that they don’t tell you about and take weeks to answer when you contact them about it

Really friendly staff good equipment and very kind customers(experience may vary on the last part) I felt welcomed and respected despite my slightly larger eh... Size, anyways it is a fantastic place to go to and I highly recommend anyone who wants to go to a gym to go to this one. Only complaint I have is quite a few machines arent too clearly labeled so if you arent too knowledgable on them you may need to find staff or a willing customer.

It seems nice enough. There is a whole lot of equipment for a guy whose goal is just not to jiggle when I brush my teeth.

I switched to Stayfit from the YMCA because their pools were warmer and their hot tubs were awesome. They have tanning booths and. Excellent. Cardio equipment. Very happy with my choice.

They are extremely inconsistent about enforcing the mask mandate due to COVID-19, which is EXTREMELY frustrating for people who are willing to follow the rules. I’ve noticed a handful of employees turning a blind eye to customers who they’re too scared to say anything to - particularly at night and over the weekend. I will likely be reporting them to the MN Department of Health due to their negligence.

In my opinion, this gym is by far the worst gym I have ever been apart of. There are never any staff doing any sort of cleaning, the locker rooms always look like a tornado went through them. When the gym was closed, members still got charged the full amount and contract holders were not offered an extension. If your card declines for membership dues, there is an automatic $35 charge with no curtesy call. The managers and owners only care about money and they do not care on who they step on to get it. Find a different gym or work out at home. Would not go back here if they paid me to.

The social distancing 12 feet apart .no place for the hang up your clothes and change mens bathroom only has hot water no faucets that have cold water on

Prettty affordable, okay atmosphere most people here are fairly friendly. Lots of good equipment to use. Overall one of the better gyms available in the st cloud area

Nice tennis facility.

I have been going to this gym for years and have stuck with it through all the changes. I can honestly say the recent improvements they have done are incredible. New equipment, classes in the studio and the pool are awesome. Love the environment and the staff are knowledgeable and fun to see everyday. Finally St. Cloud has a fitness center compatible to the ones I’m used to in the cities!

Charged for two additional months instead of one additional month (the pre-paid month) after requesting to cancel my membership.

I really do enjoy this gym, but it has its downfalls. For instance their hours are posted to close at midnight on Fridays (in the summer at least). I was just asked to leave at 10pm because they were supposedly closing. Not sure if its based on clientele in the facility at the time or what, but it surely is disappointing when youre trying to get a workout in after work and youre cut short. Other than that its like a 4 star facility, but their staff is at best two stars.

They promote their student discount rates around the time school starts to get people to enroll then charge you their annual fee of around $40 on top of the enrollment fee. Then they raise their membership prices without notice, claiming theyve contacted everyone via email or postcards. I started my membership at their student rate of $25 then they raised it to $33 just a few months later. Today I checked my bank statements and was charged $37 for the membership as they raised it again without notice. After calling and asking about it, no one was helpful and the only explanation was that the owner wants all membership prices to be the same.How can you promote a student rate and assure me my rate wont change then all the sudden charge me more and more without notice?

Really need to either update gym hours online or stick to those hours better. Went to the gym yesterday with my friend and we were asked to leave at 10:00 when their hours online clearly said they were open until midnight. Very frustrating that I’m paying this much for a membership and I can’t even be sure when I can get a workout in.

Such a great gym to be a part of! All of the staff there are very nice, upbeat and helpful. This gym has options for every person at any fitness level. Very clean and organized. Feels like a second home.

This gym is great for the value. So many amenities and equipment for so little. I also love that theres an option to avoid a contract. You can start and leave at anytime. It can get really busy and crowded but thats because its so popular!

Out of the few places Ive worked out at, this is been my favorite. Membership is reasonable for what youre getting, updated weight machines and knowledgeable staff do help. Except for the guy that likes to do deadlifts and drops them from 3 feet high. You know who you are, you should not do that. With as many people that work out there, this place should stink you think, no. They keep this place really clean. Thanks guys.

I went the the Sartell location and the vikings game was on but not on the tv. I asked if they could change the channel to it and they said we are under strict orders to not to change the channel. I was very confused on why that is a rule. So, my question to the management is why cant you change the channels? Seems kinda dumb if you ask me

Great value for this health club. Having paid around $100 per month for a lifetime membership the cheaper cost for similar amenities is very nice. Plenty of cardio machines, assisted weight machines, and free weight options. Pool, indoor tennis courts, locker rooms with showers. There are fitness courses and personal training options, but I have not used either.

I love this gym!! The facilities and the staff are great. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new place to start working out.

Difficult to work with when just trying to change a Group number on my insurance. Cant bring it to my location, because the person who does the insurance stuff and at the main one. No fax to send it. Rep says to bring it to my location. Already tried that. Insurance hasnt been submitted for 3 months. Oh, and the green rug that is up at my location was put it and pushed a lot of good equipment out the door. There is a room that is hardly used that would be a great place for that green carpet where 2 to 3 people use it for their group training

They do not care about what their members think. Don’t treat their members with respect like other places I’ve been too. Hostile environment.

I began working here when the gym was known as fitness evolution. I enjoyed working the first couple months here but as soon as the gym began transitioning over to Sta Fit, it had become a complete disaster. The staff became awful, I was cleaning up after my coworkers constantly, and I asked for a pay raise several times and was refused or laughed at every time. This gym went down the hole the moment it was switched to Sta Fit.

Friendly Staff, and a Nice Clean Facility.

Crowded, messy, no regulation on throwing all your weights on the floor and leaving it, screaming meat heads mixed with a pinch of vanity. One water fountain for a gym that can hold hundreds of people...Oh and lets not forget the line to be able to use anything. If you like being kicked in the balls/Lady Balls, this is your destination.

The only indoor tennis place worthy to play in the area.

This is a premium Gym at an affordable rate with great staff of friendly and knowledge trainers to help you get on the right path to a more fit and healthy life. Trevor one of the Owners is very dedicated to making the place the best gym in central Min. The tennis dome is a New one looks fresh and clean with a walking track around the courts. Golfers can get excited for a simulation room is being added near the front desk to the left. The maint. Team does a superb job keeping the gym neat clean and attractive for all members and guests. Tvs are also nice to view news and entertainment from the treadmills and many other pieces of fitness machines. All in all if they keep improving this Gym will continue running like a well oiled Chevy or ford Truck providing decades of service to its members and guests. Have fun and work out your body may say no at first but after a few months of dedication and results you will want to go more routinely.

Wants to charge me $25 extra dollars now to use the tanning beds when I was told I could use the beds and have been for over a year the new owner wouldn’t even bring me my physical contract after asking him to. I was told since they want new equipment we as customers basically have to pay more if we want to tan to do it. Never met a rude owner in my life!!! I canceled my membership and so did many others I know!

I love this gym the people are nice and friendly and the place is clean. The only objection I have is that by the time I get off work there are no classes available to attend except the time I winding down to go to bed because I open.

Large selection of treadmills, ellipticals, and bikes. However the weigh machines often had mechanical issues and would remain out of order for weeks. They keep it very clean, so all they need to do is keep the machines in working condition and it would be 5 stars :)

This place will say anything to get you to come speak to them in person and then when you get there, after the tour and all that mess, they hit you with a $280 a month membership. How can anyone afford this?! So yeah thanks a lot for wasting my time.

Love the gym and the offerings they have. Although they have what they call a Wi-Fi hotspot. Would highly recommend fixing the Wi-Fi or getting rid of it. Not sure how it is set up but would be nice to connect to public wi-fi at gym for data purposes. Always get an error and the staff do not seem to know why.
