The brand Snap Fitness is horrible! Do not join unless you want to spend days waiting on responses about billing issues for hidden charges, the local franchise owners are not even able to find out what for. I ended up having to pay with debit card even tho we set up direct payment from my checking account. Checked on their 90’s web site to see if balance was paid and it still says it’s past do even tho it was paid four days before due date. Hope it does not show up negative on my credit but at this point it’s a waiting game to see. I’ve tried to contact corporate and the number on google don’t even connect you with a live person. It’s causing me so much stress next move will probably involve attorneys! Do yourself a favor and join any other gym in the area! And I do mean any other gym! Also gym equipment is old and cables are stretched out. Not maintained or cleaned often! Allot of free weight to choose from.

Its... Ok. The variety of equipment is good (there is a squat rack) and its relatively spacious compared to how many people are in there usually. You can definitely get a variety of workouts in with what they have.Management is subpar. Theyre not around often and have never had any posted hours. The place is never really cleaned and kinda starting to get gross (cobwebs in every corner and lots of dust and dirt. The equipment itself is clean enough because most members sanitize it after use.). I fear for what itll look like in a couple of years.Update: Cleanliness still not being addressed. I can probably count 10 different species of insects found crawling around there on a typical day. Not sure management cleans anything besides the basics in the bathrooms and maybe a quick vacuum/mop occasionally.

Very well maintained club! Owner and staff is great! Have been a snap member for over 10 years and I can honestly say this is one of the best Snap’s I’ve ever been to!

I have been a member for 7+ years at the Snap Fitness in Sartell. The new location is great. Plenty of room to get in a workout. I never have to wait for a machine and during off hours it seems like my own private workout facility. I frequently use other locations when I’m traveling which is super convenient. I also have found Snap Fitness to be the beat value by far of any other workout facility. I recommend it highly.

Never calls you back to address any issues, and took over 2 months to get a call from them to get membership... Definitely go somewhere else

Love this place. Its nice that I love so close that its like adding an extra bathroom on to my place.

Good luck cancelling your membership, even with proper notice they will continue to steal from your account and send it to collections after threatening you. I would give it zero stars if I could. The gym itself is tiny and dirty. Go anywhere else.

Every time i go in there its always clean and looks great

I like snap fitness because its very clean every time i go in there and the service is very nice too they are friendly i would recommend snap fitness too my frinds and family!!!!!

Clean Atmosphere. Nice area. They have equipment iLike to use.
