Great service although rarely needed in view of their reliable signalI am located in a remote area and have tried several suppliers, but Vista have resolved my location issues.This thoroughly recommended.

Terrible customer service. I inquired about getting Vista Broadband service to a relatively remote address in Sonoma County (though a neighbor 0.5 miles away has Vista BB service). I wasnt given any guidance on who to contact to build the network that would allow us to even sign up for Vista Broadband. I was told to look in the Yellow Pages. Huh?

Poor signal, poor customer service and expensive. Unfortunately I have no other options where I live... avoid if possible
