Best phone store experience Ive ever had as soon as I walked through the door. Ricardo called immediately called me up and starting helping me with a long overdue phone upgrade. He was very friendly, pleasant, and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I felt like I was in good capable hands, he really made the whole thing so easy and pleasant. Thanks to him I got everything I needed and at a great price. I can only hope that when it comes time for my next upgrade, that he is still working there. I would make an appointment just to be sure to get helped by him, it was such a surprise to me that the process could be so simple and easy for me and Im sure it was because of him. Ill definitely be returning to this location for any future Verizon needs.
I took my new phone in to get a screen protector, car charger and data cable and these guys hooked me up. I encourage you to go here if you want attentive personal service and top quality merchandise (I didnt want some cheap cable that cant handle high speed charging like I got from A.....)Mind you, theyre sales people so theyre going to suggest everything under the sun but they are not pushy at all. Ill use them again.
SO, I started out my experience with a worker called Lee. Sweet girl. She was so helpful with my desire to change carriers from sprint to Verizon. Things got bumpy because sprint wanted to be a bunch of pests. Then today (2/4/2021) I went in and unfortunately Lee was not there. But I sat with Ricky and he was kind and thoughtful of my time since I had work at 4. Would recommend going to this Verizon.
The worst customer service over the phone! Not just the store. Phone didnt work before leaving store, didnt work after either. They stuck me with the contract anyways. I could not get into account without resetting password every time. Could not collect rewards nor redeem the ones I had collected. Also couldnt check voice-mail due to password not working, even after being reset by store employee.I gave up trying with this company. So big they dont care about customer services over phone.I tryed to pay my bill twice in past month which took over 2 hours. Had to call again because payment didnt go through, almost an hour.NIGHTMARE TO DEAL WITH!

Ashley was beyond helpful. Super friendly and answered EVERY question we had (there was a lot) I was very please to work with her and I’m happy she was there! 100/10 will be going back to her when we need to !!! Highly recommend the Verizon in the coding town mall now because of her💛 (she deserves a raise and more)
After waiting 30 minutes to get help upgrading phones they were still unable to help or assist in getting logged into my Verizon app all they could say was call Custer service not sure why they even have stores if they cant achieve anything IN STORE. Out of the 8 questions I came prepared with the employees could only answer one and that was who else I should go with provider wise thanks Coddington town verizon !!
Wouldnt help me because they claimed I wasnt on the account. There were three guys working in an empty store. They were chatting amongst themselves and seemed unmotivated to assist customers. I left and called customer support and the guy told me why my phone wasnt working, helped me pick out a new phone, and overall gave amazing customer service. Call customer support before you waste your time by going in.
My girlfriend and I had the most amazing experience starting our own plan for the first time together after switching from AT&T off our parents plans. Ashley was incredibly courteous and knowledgeable as was her co-workers who helped us save more money by getting more. I actually got a better phone for less money because of their initiative and knowledge of their business. Thank you Ashley and your team at Verizon.
I had a great experience with Kellee. She was extremely helpful and courteous. She was able to solve any issues I had in transferring my info from my broken phone to my new one. She also informed me on promotional offers and saved me money on a new package. 5 🌟
I came to the store with a non-working phone. Brian approached me first and when we ran into problems, he was patient and dedicated to solving it. In my time there, everyone trying to help was pleasant, professional and never gave up. Ashley helped me when I returned to the store later and gave me tips on using my new phone. On a scale of 1 to 10,I give them an 11.
Brian was super helpful and fast considering how busy they were today. During our wait the whole team continued to check in and update us on wait times. Everyone was very nice and very professional!

The help was great just wish they had more people available at all times because I was stuck waiting in line but other than that the customer service was great the guy we had was very friendly and funny
Ricardo was very helpful and I had a very good experience at this store. You do have to pay a little more but you get great customer service. You get what you pay for.
My phone was wet and no offer to use the machine to spin it out was made....I was told about it after my purchase. Charged 50.00 for customer service and addition set up fee.

Very helpful staff. The only Verizon for 60 miles from Fort Bragg that would help me after having my phone stolen. I’m not in my home stay and that got me a new phone within an hour just in time to make it to my flight back to KY.

He explained the difference between 2 products and stated they were both excellent choices, what I liked the most was there was no pressure to buy the most expensive product in the store which I found very impressive. I had a most excellent time at my local Santa Rosa Coddingtown Mall Verizon Store. My customer service person took his time explaining the best deal for me, and made sure I left knowing how to use my new phone and IPad. He noticed that I was a 15 year loyalty member, and let me know a couple of ways that I could be rewarded for my Loyalty. He helped me choose the best phone for my needs and gave me a great choice in colors. I feel I truly got a great deal, and I’m so glad he was there to help me.

This place wasnt very helpful. All they could do was direct us to the corporate store. Most likely a Verizon company restriction. Still very frustrating.If one wants a small variety of merchandise to choose from, this is your place. The displayed had several samples of the same phone. One would think there would be more options to choose from.There were only a few people working in the store. None of them seemed motivated to assist customers. We were welcomed into the store but no offer to explain the differences between phones was offered.

I came into the store to add two line for my employee. They where friendly and hooked me up with great deals on two iPhone X and a iPad. I talked to them about getting my account switched to a business account he said I Qualified and he could set it up. So he asked me to put my card in the machine to ring up purchases. As soon as I took card out of machine he told me I would have to go to corporate store to set up account. So the next day after springs hours in this store I have to go to another store for them to tell me I have to go back and return the items because they can’t switch those devices. So drive another hour to get equipment back from employee go back to this store wait another two hours to return then go back and start all over again. I know what store I will use from now on. The one that tells the truth and doesn’t waste my time with my business.
The customer service at this store was the best I have ever had in a Verizon store. I have been a Verizon customer for 8 years. The manager Jon helped me lower my bill and still have the same service. transferred my contacts and did everything needed in the set up of my new phone. I found this a way better experience than getting my phone in the mail. I will go there every time I need something related to my Verizon phone. And he gave me his cards and said to call anytime with any questions. I give this store a 10!

My wife and I have been Verizon customers for many years. Today I went into the Coddintown Mall store to get a new phone connected to my account. I was told by another store that was privately owned that they would have to charge me $15 for this service, but that the Verizon stores did it at no charge. So I asked Jacob there about doing the connection and he said the charge would be $15. OK, so I asked him about the free service for account holders and he just repeated itll cost me $15. So rather than try another store I told him to go ahead. When he was done I asked him to transfer the data to my new phone and he said there was a $50 charge for that. I asked him how come something that would take 5 minutes of his time and used to be a customer service at any other Verizon store Ive ever been to, and again, We charge $50. After I asked him, he did mention the Samsung Smart Switch app that would do the transfer for me, so I downloaded and did it myself. Took me about 5 minutes to set it up and the phones did their thing in another 5. Ill certainly never go into that store again. Verizon should instruct their agents to be a bit nicer to their customers.
Will NEVER go back to this store. The worst customer service I have ever gotten. The guy behind the counter not only passed me up and helped the girl who came in 5 minutes after me, but then he wouldnt give me the time of day to answer all my questions and explain. He would give me a quick half answer and shut me down. And the little information he did give me was incorrect. I called the Verizon customer service and got the help that i needed.I would not recommend going to this store ever!

These guys are professional and helpful. I do all my business with Verizon through this retailer. Some customers are so rude to the employees here but they always handle the situation really well and Ive always left with a smile.

I went to the store in Petaluma to inquire about a business line. I had brought my own paid in full iphones. Gentlemen there didn’t explain much to me except that my phones wouldn’t work w them so I Ended up being tricked into buying the same 3 phones less gigs for a bill of $679.00 a month. This wasn’t even unlimited. I went home to receive the bill and almost had a heart attack. I went the store the next morning as I had though how did I go from paying $117 a month for 4 unlimited business lines to$679.00 a month for 3 and less gigs and the phones I had were 256/128 and 64 to begin with. They gave me a down grade of 2 phones w 32 and 1 was 128. So I went back to the store to request my old phones back and they told me, once they’re traded in we can’t get back and that I was stuck w the bill. How is that possible I had these phone they gave me from 8 pm to 10 am the next morning. Yet there’s was no way to do anything. I had spoken w customer service that 1st night and they had told me there was a way to get my phones back and return all the stuff they tricked me into, but when I did they just literally spit on my face. Here I am stuck w horrible service stuck w a bill I didn’t need and I can say this place has the most horrible service and disrespect tords women if I ever saw one.
