I dont understand how they are still on business. had issue with someone parking in our space at our complex.(which they have a contract with) they told me they didnt have any trucks available. and to keep calling. I asked if they could contact me when they have one available and they told me they dont take reservations. wasnt asking for a reservation. after calling 3 times and hearing the same answer, I gave up. dont think I would recommend them to anyone. I wouldnt want to be stranded anywhere.

Its hard to give a good rating due to the cost of getting a tow. After hours fees are always ridiculous. I have to say that we only waited less then an hour to get a driver to get the car. The driver was really nice and had great energy and gave tips how not to get towed again. Lol. They were called not just a random tow so it was legit.

They were helpful in answering my question before I decided to cancel. The problem got resolved by person i was going to have towed blocking my garage door.

Getting a flat on a busy freeway is no fun, and Im not going to risk changing a traffic-side wheel with two feet of shoulder to spare. Thankfully Matt and Bulldog towing are in the area. He was there in twenty minutes, tows me to the next exit, then changed my tire. The shop that had changed my tires apparently cross threaded the studs, so no vacation this weekend. Oh well! At least thanks to Matt Im home safe.

Horrible company! I called them because they have a contract with my apartment complex Heron Pointe. People constantly park in front of my garage and I called them at 7:10 am requesting a tow. It is not 9 and they told me they would not have a driver until 10:30. I called multiple times and every time they told me 30 minutes. Why contract with a company that doesn’t have available drivers! worst company ever do not waste your time waiting call someone else!

My mother and I lost a tire off of our travel trailer. It sheered off, with the lug nuts snapping off. It was ridiculous and could have caused a sever accident for others or us. Thankfully, that did not happen. We were stranded on I-5, with no town for miles. Justin at Bulldog towing of Fresno came with his large tow truck and took such good care of our travel trailer and of us!! Kevin treated us fairly and worked with us to find the best solution! My husbands truck had a problem on his way to work in the early morning hours. I took him to work and came back home to make arrangements to get and meet a tow truck. My insurance agency gave me the number to Bulldog Towing, I called and the dispatcher told me it would be 30-45 minutes. She was very pleasant too.I received a call from Nick the tow truck driver giving my his ETA. He arrived under the time frame he gave me as well as that of the dispatcher👍🏽My husbands truck is a beast of a truck and originally it appeared as if it was going to be problematic but Nick was AMAZING e for it loaded onto the transporter without a hitch! The truck was also on a busy street but Nick was cool and careful.The truck was brought to our house and Nick once again was careful and checked to make sure that everything on the undercarriage and brake lines were all intact. Nick was friendly,and professional. He has a lot of knowledge regarding vehicles and towing procedure and safety.Sometimes tow truck drivers get a less than stellar reputation but Nick was heads and shoulders above those I have dealt with in the past and being a tow truck driver is a DANGEROUS profession! Thanks Bulldog Towing for having such an awesome driver/operator like Nick!

Highly recommend this company.Very polite dispatcher. She gave me a time frame of 45 minutes. My kids were getting antsy so I called back at the 45 minute mark. She said the driver was on his way and would be there within 10 minutes which he was.Driver was very polite and friendly. He gave my kids and I a ride home where he towed our car and he even offered my boys a slice of pizza. Price was reasonable $75 compared to the $120 my insurance said another company would charge me. I Have never written a review before. I am a small business owner who also is ranked and opinions are formed by reviews and I realize the value and sometimes incorrect information posted, but today I truly had a totally unprofessional and less than honest experience with bulldog towing. I was involved in an auto accident in Fresno. The law enforcement officer on the scene asked me if I had a tow company I wanted to use to tow my vehicle. I said no and he said he would call one for me. Now the rest of the story may either be linked to the tow company or perhaps the officer, but I tend to lean to the tow company. Bulldog towing shows up. The driver was very nice and seemed professional. I immediately asked if he would allow me to ride in his truck and that I wanted to take the vehicle to my house. He politely told me no the vehicle needed to go to the companys storage yard because it was the weekend and the insurance adjuster would come there to look at the car. I said I would prefer to just take it to my house and Ill take car of the insurance and the adjuster. He said because he was called by the police for the tow, the only place he could tow right then was to his yard. I then kindly informed him I needed to cancel the tow. I then asked the tow driver if it were possible if I could just pay him to tow my car and I would pay him personally and not through the insurance. He said yes. $259.00 for the 9-10 mile tow. I was the rude one then. I was quite surprised and pretty baffled and I told him I could find tows all day long for $70.00. Just a note: my car was still cleanly rolling and could even be driven onto the tow truck. He stuck to his $259.00 and I said no thank you. He went and talked to the police and left. I really could not believe what was in my mind as dishonesty or just really capitalizing on the situation, and or perhaps Bulldog towing or even just the driver works together with the police. I really dont know . I did call Bulldog towing after the incident out of curiosity and asked if a tow truck was available and how much the tow would cost and they said yes and estimated (they tow by the hour, I was told) $75.00. So, thats my story. I sincerely hope I am wrong about the whole incident and my judgement of them.

The driver went way out of his way to help me tow my Fifth wheel trailer to the service center. He was knowledgeable, patient, and a good listener, and with some help we were able to get the trailer moved!

The level of service I received was far beyond anything Id ever received before. Arranging the tow was so simple and the staff was very kind and attentive given the stressful situation. Tommy, the tow driver was actually able to get my vehicle started and was quite knowledgeable regarding troubleshooting the issue. A few minutes after leaving he actually called my to see if I needed a ride to work. I would recommend Bulldog over anything else in the area. Your impound lot is not secure. I got my car back and there was oil missing from the engine and the engine cover was not put on right it was missing screws. I think the business puts itself in a bad position only working for law enforcement but turning down work from the people of fresno. The air pressure was adjusted in my tires as well. I dont know what the work environment is like but it is not a place you should let people on the lot taking stuff that isnt yours. It appears like its treated lile pick a part. There is a scrach on my hood after and it needs a alignment now too.

I used Bulldog to recover my missing truck from across the country! I appreciate their diligent, professional, no-nonsense approach to tow my truck to their facility and once again to a repair shop. The honest service and reasonable prices allowed them to act as my eyes, ears and MUSCLE when I was unavailable to be there first hand. THANK YOU BULLDOGG!!!

My complain is mostly towards the female employee or perhaps the receptionist for this organization who needs to be retrained with her customer skills. She does not have a clue how she sounds over the phone. She does not know how to use courteous words such as please, thank you and I am sorry. She does not know how to leave a courteous voice message. Instead, she assumed that a customer will call her back after her repeated attempts. Of course, a customer will not call back a number that is unknown to them. If she left a voice message in the first place, the issue would have been resolved sooner. Also, it was obvious that the fault or the issue was from her end and not the customers as the person who took the card number to pay for their service wrote the number down incorrectly. Therefore, this rude female employee assumed that the customers card has insufficients funds. She didnt even have the courtesy to apologize after the card actually went through. So for that and it is unfortunate that this towing company will get a low rating. We will most definitely will not recommend this company and well not use them in the future.

Also used them to tow that car down to Tulare to return it to the dealership, again, everything went seamlessly. Happy customer over here!

Wow, these guys couldnt tow my Mustang 3.2 miles for under $100. What a loser, to try and jack people around like that. JDM towing doing it no problem AND they are a lot nicer. Quit trying to gouge people when they are having a situation BULLDOG!!!

Little brother had a car impounded. Dropped him off after hours to recover a car only to be greeted rudely by a guy named Dustin who stated thay we were wasting his time after finding out that only the registered owner was able to pick the vehicle up. Was then charged 102$... Without a car even after staying who we were on the phone... Not the names on the registration... Dustin has got to go and the scam is gonna get disputed on my cc. No car no charge.

Id like to give these guys a good review, because for the most part, the people we dealt with there (specifically the receptionist and the go-cart driver) are really nice. The only problem I had is that the company was complicent in a case where the location of our car was not being disclosed to us by a shady auto shipper (subcontracted to us by Direct Express Auto). In dealing with Bulldog Towing, I got the sense that they were all too happy charging us for extra days our car was there, despite the fact that the shipper would not tell us where he left it and that we were trying in earnest to locate it for several days (we went to several storage places and called numerous storage sites online, inquiring if they had our car). At the end of the day, all I can say is that dealing with the main guy at Bulldog (and the subcontracted shipper) left a bad taste in my mouth.

Towing services are typically pretty crappy because they know they dont exactly have to sell their service, you kinda need it already. My experiences with bulldog have been better, and sometimes cheaper than other towing companies. Ive never seen anything other than a flatbed from bulldog, which I appreciate.

They should have been my first call. Called another company who left me waiting for 1 1/2 then I couldnt get back ahold of them. Bulldog came in under the 30 min they quoted and were friendly and cheaper than the people who Id originally called! They will be my first call from now on! I STRONGLY RECOMMEND!

This company does illegal tows at apartment complexes. We had a car towed and went into the office, they could not provide proof of of contract. After arguing and fighting, threatening police, the owner refunded full tow fees. I have audio recording of the owner cussing me out for his own negligence. The drivers are untrained on how to tow and do not know local laws. I am surprised this company doesnt get sued but they are very good at intimidating people into thinking they will not get their car back. This company takes advantage of the people in our community and they need to be shut down.

Everybody that I talked to was helpful and kind. John, changed my tire. He was friendly and efficient. They will be the only towing service that I call from now on.

I work at a gas station. Lady locked everything in her car sun night. They were the only ones who answered. But I have to say the lady on the phone seemed bothered I even called and had an attitude. Wont be calling here again for customers or myself.

This place is ridiculous. I called to have a tow and had everything set up and was supposed to receive a call back with ETA and of course the female dispatcher did not call back. when I called back the guy said he tried to call me which of course was a lie and then decided to change the estimate costs because of it being after hours when I clearly called before their so called after hours. They chose not to honor the quote given to me initially and said if I wanted to still get a tow it would be about 2 hours before they could get to me. Trust me this place has to be the worst to call and probably only have lower rates because of their horrible service. DO NOT CALL THIS PLACE FOR A TOW.

Im planning to buy a truck from them. I give them poor due to the receptionist. She was very rude to me and had sort of an attitude when I asked questions, even when I asked if they could pump up the tire before I got there. Economical and very cordial. I was having a very bad day but the tow driver provided a good experience which alleviated my car problems.

My secretary was driving her van when it suddenly went dead with barely enough momentum to steer it to the side of the road. I want to say thank you for sending a truck right away and for getting our van right where we needed it to be. Thank you again to your company and your driver.

Also its exact change because he doesnt have any change. That should have been something to mention because Im pretty sure they dont have a debit/credit card machine in the truck. So he should have mentioned it or shouldve had change. And then he didnt take everything he saw I had a truck and told me to pick up the parts put in my truck and then left said hed meet us at the apartment. Lmao I mean I guess that works but what if I didnt have my truck how was he gonna get it to my place then ? LolOverall, he was a joke. Lmao

When my car was towed here by the CHP after an accident, my insurance adjuster totaled the car and let me know to go pick up my personal property inside the car, such as my CD case in the back seat. When I got there 2 hours later, it was missing. There are thieves working here. Beware!

They took mine which was not in any violation, and when I went to pick it up they had no pics to show my violation, which they have to take pics, its the law, they did not call in to the police to give report, which they have to do within 20 mins, but they take cars illegaly. To say the least I got my money back from them.

First off they dont even deserve a rating they are that low. I went in at 4:55 to get my car out they said they are closed. (They close at 5:00pm) so they said I have to pay 90.00 gate fee on top of the 300.00. The first time I went in there they werent helpful at all it was 3pm. They had a i am having a bad day face/attitude. I was on a accident and I guess they got picked w/out me knowing who took my car cuz I got tooken to the hospital. DO NOT GO THERE AND DO READ ALL RATINGS. THEY ARE HORRIBLE!

Picked up my car that was towed which was my fault. But the office staff was rude and charged me a fortune and the the dirty Mexican guy on the golf kart ( I too am Latina) Alfonso was his name was hitting on me and asked for my phone number. It was very uncomfortable. I was glad to be out of there. I will never use their service again like I had in the past

Just saw their driving on the freeway. Tailgating a driver in the middle lane, speeding, changing lanes recklessly. No way would I trust them to transport my car or anything for that matter
