My family is from Fort Worth and were headed to Galveston for vacation. After an long day of traveling with our three young children our truck broke down on highway 45 only 20 miles from our destination with our travel trailer attached. .We are not familiar with area and had to figure out, where to go to get truck repaired and how to get our travel trailer to resort in Galveston so my kids could have place to sleep. . My husband a few tow companies but when we contacted Winwood and explained our situation the woman was professional and courteous. She let us know that she would research and call back to see how to get us taken care of. They returned the call within 15 minutes, The staff helped us find a reputable mechanic they trusted to repair our truck and even called the mechanic so he would be there to unlock gate The owner personally came to take our family and travel trailer to Galveston so my babies could be safe in bed. He even asked if we needed to stop somewhere so my kids could eat. This is one of the kindest group of people i have dealt with and made this very hard situation a lot easier. They went above the call of duty to assure my family and our property were cared for. I highly recommend this company. They really care for their customers.

The night before thanksgiving we were at la marque wal mart and just as we had loaded the van to leave the door was shut and my moms keys and purse were locked inside . After 45 minutes of trying to figure out what we were going to do I got winwoods number from my daughter who works at wal mart .I called and was quoted $55 to unlock the van and told it would be maybe 30 minutes to get to us .About 30 minutes later the truck pulls up and in less than 2 minutes the van was unlocked .When my mom went to pay the gentleman told her no and Happy Thanksgiving and he left ...Thank you so much .

I highly recommend Winwood MotorTowing,the lady that answered the phone was so pleasant.I called more than 1 time still pleasant, & extremely helpful, I so appreciated her kindness.Then her nephew the wrecker driver came, & he told me his aunt said not to charge me the full amount.He didnt charge me anything these people dont know me,they are just good people.When everyone else was charging me 65$ to 125$

Picked my truck up and delivered it to my house 31 miles away .I will use them from now one the others I called didnt want to make that trip.

I have had to call them a couple times and my son more often they have always been respectful and polite ... Even told me how to do a temp fix once to get car home without calling a wrecker

The truck arrived about 30 min after I called and the driver was very friendly. It cost $60-65 to get towed.
