The driver I worked with was very nice and extremely professional and handled my car with care after it broke down for a battery issue.However, the dispatch lady was very rude. She initially gave an ETA of 2 hours and said shed try to get someone to me sooner. After 2 hours I called her to check on the status, she said the driver was on their way and left a few minutes prior. After 4 hours I call again and she said theyd be pulling in any minute. They showed up after 4h20min. She was never apologetic about any of it. When I called her out on her lack of communication she threatened to cancel!Its absolutely OK to be busy and to have long wait times (even if I had to wait 24 hours). Whats not Ok is leaving people in the dark and not communicating with them after you give them an ETA.

Our RV broke down about 100 miles from home. Not knowing who could help us, we made 4 calls to different towing companies. The last person gave us Bob’s number, and what a lucky thing that turned out to be. Bob showed up quickly and got us hooked up and headed home. What a relief. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He turned our stressful situation into a pleasant experience. (Well, as much as it could be, under the circumstances).We’re so thankful we were able to have Bob come to our rescue. They were prompt, fast, professional and friendly, to the point where it turned a midnight nightmare stranded on side of the road, into a bit of an adventure instead.Driver even helped push the car into my garage when we got back home, and give me some suggestions that turned out to be spot on as far as insurance coverage. Also seem to know exactly how to tow my car, rather than guessing like most.This all happened after midnight on a Friday night, with very few delays, and the rates were very reasonable!

Anaya’s Towing was amazing! Made the mistake of going through my insurance company instead of just calling them immediately. Eight hours, and three canceled dispatched local tow companies (they all called, said they were coming, and then just never showed up. Not even a courtesy “we’re not coming”) later I had had enough. I called them at 8:30 last night while it was snowing and they arrived in less than 25 minutes. I was on the north side of town by St. John’s. Took great care of my car and maneuvered it amazingly. I busted the front steering mechanism so there was no connection between my steering wheel and the tires. Not an easy tow but they made it look effortless! It was also very reasonable pricing for the fact that it was late and snowing.They are truly the best in town!

Driving in from Roswell Sept 13th, RV’s handling changed. Assumed possible transmission issues. Good Sam set up rescue with Anaya’s Roadrunner Wrecker Service. Of course this was on a Sunday afternoon but Chris Tafoya from their Albuquerque yard responded promptly and got me transported in to an ABQ dealership. Great service: Chris kept me informed regarding ETA; he was courteous & answered all my questions. Definitely recommend.

My rental car was hung up on a low, bent parking pole in Madrid, NM on a snowy Saturday afternoon. After trying other companies who either told me it would be a 3 hour wait or another who said it would be $300 in CASH to help me, I tried Anayas. The driver arrived in under an hour, did an excellent job of lifting the car off the pole without damage, then charged considerably less than $300 .AND accepted my credit card. This should be the #1 go-to towing company in Santa Fe area.

This is a superior wrecker service. Easy to reach. Easy to work with. AWESOME and friendly. Great experience removing a burnt out RV from the cul de sac at the end of our street. They removed it and cleaned up all the debris from the surrounding area. I just cant say enough good things about them. No one did end up having time to get it in so they took care of us and went above and beyond going to get parts for us and ultimately fixing the vehicle the next morning. They were very kind and amazing service very affordable and helpful! Highly recommend them!! Most honest mechanics Ive ever met!

We were on our way from Arizona to Colorado in our diesel truck towing a 30 foot 5th wheel and an ATV trailer. We lost the transmission between Albuquerque and Santa Fe on I25 in rush hour. A Good Samaritan stopped to see if we were Ok and recommended Anayas Wrecker Service. We called them and Robert arrived in no time and masterfully hooked up the whole rig, recommended a diesel repair shop AND dropped the 5th wheel and trailer on his vacant lot. We were so grateful for letting us stay there until the truck was fixed. We will always remember his kindness. Nice to know there are nice guys still out there.Thanks.

Got a 26,000 pound, 35ft Class A RV stuck deep in the New Mexico clay mud. Tow was here within an hour and pulled us out. Not an easy job and took a few tries but technician was knowledge and professional and knew exactly what to do to get our big beast out of the mud with no damage. kept to the estimate that was quoted over the phone prior to seeing the issue and what was needed to get us out.

I wish I could give these guys 0, they took my car to the wrong mechanic and ran over my mailbox. When I called them about it they were irate and told me the mailbox was like that when they got there. STAY AWAY!!!

After our car caught fire, had Anayas Towing come to remove it. Since we were waiting on fire marshals report before disposing of car, it stayed at their wrecking yard for quite some time. We called repeatedly, to attempt to keep them informed of situation, and at no point received a call back. Now, two months later, after zero attempts at communication on their part, we find ourselves owing $1000 in storage fees. At no point did anyone at Anaya mention fees, return our phone calls, or attempt to act in any way like a professional business. Do not, if at all possible, ever do business with this company. They are, at best, incompetent, and at worst, dishonest. Our further interactions with this company indicates that they are not incompetent - they are simply dishonest. After receiving the $1000 bill, we called Anayas, in an attempt to negotiate a lower payment, due to never having been informed of the storage fee. The individual we talked to was initially sympathetic, agreed that an oversight occurred, and promised to reduce the charges to $250. Then another week went by, in which the company neither contacted us nor returned our calls, until we were notified that, if we didnt pay $500 immediately, legal action would be taken.There isnt a whole lot that can be done in such a situation, other than to note that this company has shown itself to be incredibly dishonest and manipulative. And, strangely enough, they dont appear to exist in the records of the Better Business Bureau - making the filing of a formal complaint against them for their flagrant dishonesty rather difficult. Avoid at all costs.

Today i had called to get a tow from st Michaels drive and spoke with a female and she placed me on hold and hung up.i called again a few time and she just didnt answer the phone it was a emergency i had kids in the car and it was cold and no good customer service i will not recommended them and will place it on social media so they wont get any business neglected customers.got a reply from anayy towing it actually was you i called and a female did answer and hang up on me.Denying it is ludicrous.Will report to the BBB

We had these guys tow our camper trailer from one campground to another. They were prompt and professional and the price was fair.

My vehicle was towed from the side of the road and i had Electronics and cash and tools in my vehicle I went to the hospital and they towed my vehicle to their lot and stored it dor a 6week I was worried that they would have took stuff out of my van but when I picked up my van and everything was as just as I left it money electronics and tools were all safe and stored at their lot best 2 tow experience ever !!!!!!!!!!!!!Highly recommend them
