We were on vacation in New Mexico needing to get to Colorado that night for a hotel that was already booked, when our truck broke down. We called Alert Towing, and I’m so glad we did! They saved us! They were AMAZING! When we called them, the dispatcher said 20 minutes, and, sure enough, Cody with Alert showed up 20 minutes later. While we were waiting, we started calling auto repair shops. We called 5 places and couldn’t find ANYONE to look at our truck! When we told Cody our predicament, he brought us to the Alert Towing shop, and the owner himself fixed our truck in five minutes and got us back on the road! Cody even met us down the road to return my purse that I left in the tow truck! Absolutely, hands down, the BEST customer service I have EVER experienced! My diesel pickup truck was broken down on the highway and I called Alert. When Javier loaded my truck and was driving me to a motel, he described his mechanical experience with my type of diesel engine and offered to do the repair in his shop. I agreed to get the repair done and Javier worked all the next day to repair the truck and brought it to me at the motel the next evening. The work that he did was expert and he put forth a load of honest and prompt effort to help me out for a very reasonable price. Javier and his wife Alicia run a fine, honest business of a kind that’s hard to find these days.

My fiancee was stranded in town. Javier was very friendly. He had a remarkably fast response time for 8:54 on a snowy Wednesday night. To top it off he fixed the flat tire in less than five minutes. And all of this was at a reasonable price! Thank you. Highly recommend!!

I live way out in the Madrid area, a heavy rainstorm happened at the same time my truck broke down. Javier was nice enough to come all that way, when other tow companies would not. He towed my truck all the way into Santa Fe. I asked him to please drop me off at Nissan so I could get my truck repaired. He recommended a mechanic friend of his instead who would fix my truck at a better price than Nissan. Great guy, great service. I will certainly call Javier next time Im in a bind! My experience with Alert Towing was exceptional. My truck died and I was stranded on a dirt road twenty miles out of Santa Fe on a weekend. They were incredibly helpful to get me out of that jam. They were very prompt, interactive, giving updates on ETA, and very quickly got me to my destination without event! I would recommend them over any other towing option in Santa Fe!!!

No one ever wants to have a break down but, when the unfortunate occurred Alert Towing offered true 5-star service. I had a turbo failure on a 42 C Class RV with a CAT C7 engine. This is the second tow recovery in the years of ownership and I was apprehensive as the first recovery from a different company did not go as smooth. Alert Towing not only arrived with a very capable large vehicle tow rig, they also were very professional, expedient and to top it off competitively priced. My hope is to never need a tow in the Santa Fe NM area again but if I do, Alert Towing will be my go to service. If youre in need of a tow I highly recommend you try Alert, Ive tested some of their competitors and they dont measure up!

Omgosh. Needed a tow for our 45ft motor home. After several tries with different companies, Javier came out to where we were and said he had what we needed for the tow! I am grateful for them and hope their business thrives!

It was one of the best service I have ever had with a tow truck company and I use tow companies all the time for my work. Well tonight my company bucket truck slide on some ice and was hanging off the side of a 30 foot or so cliff. I called Alert and they said it would be 20 to 25 minutes but they were there in like 15. The two guys (Javier) and another guy were really cool and concerned about getting my truck out fast. They knew what they were doing and did it fast. They even stayed to make sure that the truck was running right and that I got to the highway with no other troubles. They are very affordable and professional. I am definitely recommending them to anyone who need their services. Hands down they are my new go to guys!!!! Thanks Javier for all your help.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will give you a low quote and then raise the quote up at the last minute and hold your employees hostage until you pay. Highly unrecommended. BE WARNED.

When I say Alert Towing literally saved us, I mean they LITERALLY saved us. We are from out of town and unfortunately had car issues. We had to call a towing service and get our car fixed. Alert Towing gave us everything we needed. They picked us up in a timely manner and they were able to fix our vehicles. Their customer service and time efficiently was amazing. So glad they were there to help us.

Driving from Texas to Colorado on the weekend, I cant recommend Alert Towing LLC enough. Of course, everything was closed on a Sunday and amidst the COVID shutdown. Alert Towing was fantastic, I had my Golden Retriever and they accommodated us both to the hotel. They went above and beyond, trying to figure out why the vehicle quit. Curious, friendly, prompt and knowledgeable, they were the best. I highly recommend!!!

Would have to say this is one of the worst tow companies in Santa fe horrible people that work there extorting people to the fullest its not even funny but I will be taking action and talking to the mayor because what they are doing is not right dont even give the community a chance during this time of need

True Story: We (2 families, 2 cars) came to Santa Fe following heavy snow followed by rain. No issues driving through town, but when we tried to drive to the rental house the road was iced over and our cars (2 SUVs) were both sliding like Disney on Ice. Called Alert Towning, promptly answered and dispatched Javier to our location. Javier, above being very polite, efficient and kind, got both our cars up at least 1-2miles of iced incline safely. Javier even offered to obtain snow chains for both our cars and we took him up on it the next morning. Additionally, the dispatch was very kind, informative and got us the correct information quickly. Can’t say enough about these guys.

They are thieves! Almost 300 for a tow!?? They towed my car, it was legally parked, no signs whatsoever that said no parking and still towed! Then they charged almost 300! Ridiculous!

Alert Towing is the best towing company. They are amazing in an emergency. Exceptional customer service. Fast, professional, considerate, go above and beyond. My car over heated with all the engine red lights on. I was concerned traveling further would damage the engine. It left me a stranded woman alone, out of town in Santa Fe on a freezing late night. It was a God send and genuine concern Alert Towing stopped to see if I was ok, checked and confirmed the empty radiator. They immediately and accrataley asessed the situation and offered to take me and my car to Rio Rancho despite the late hour and distance. It was a terrifying situation for me, but thanks to the excemplary service they turned my nightmare into gratitude and relief. Thanks Alert Towing for being such a great company.
