This probably was the most customer oriented rental experience I’ve ever had. The car quality and service was on point. Ara was supremely polite and courteous in the dealing. Enjoyed renting from here and hopefully will be doing so in future as well.

My husband and I were in CA recently and had a hard time renting a car with our debit card. Ara was absolutely amazing. He was kind, helpful, funny and very thorough with every little detail. He walked us through everything with a smile, and made us feel like a VIP. He even had a car delivered from another lot because they were all rented out at this location . Such an amazing person and employee. We were in CA for 4 days and met so many people, but he was our absolute favorite person that we had contact with. I cant say enough great things about him. Best rental experience ever. Owner Ara is fast, funny, professional and provides A+ customer service.

I thought Id try renting from this location, as it was less expensive than renting from the airport. Its hours are regular business hours (which they close at 5pm), but once you are greeted by a friendly front desk person, they inform you that you can leave the keys with the security guard upon returning the vehicle if it is after hours. Staff is helpful and friendly, and transactions are easily handled here - you are in and our quickly. Highly recommended and I would rent here again!

This is the Best independent Avis rental i ve ever been too. The owner is great along with the head mechanic Del Snyder, long time mechanic of Avis. Avis Rental will get you anywhere where -no matter what

Great customer service. We needed a car because wed caught an uber to another rental car company only to find that they didnt have anything available. So we called Avis, the guy was nice enough to stau on the phone while I booked online (better price). When we arrived he was really friendly. He chatted with us while he go our paperwork ready.When we returned the car the guy was nice enough to drive us over to the airport (across the street) so we didnt have to get an uber.

I never write reviews, but this place was outstanding, the guy behind the counter bent over backwards for me, he literally did magic tricks with my reservation and car rental.
