I reserved a U-haul pick-up truck from the U-Haul location off of 2nd street. I reserved it for this past Saturday morning. When I received my confirmation, I noticed that the address had change to this location. I was a little hesitant as I had seen some bad reviews. When I arrived with my sister, the receptionist greeted us and was very accommodating with the services they provided. I told Jose that I was going to need a tarp for the back of the U-Haul truck and he asked me what for. I told him that I was moving a bed and he suggested that I get the cargo van instead since its the same price and I wont have to worry about the rain. After my experience with this location, I had to write a review because I was very satisfied with their customer service and knowledge of what could best fit their customers. No hidden charges or BS. Id definitely go back to this location as I have been scammed before and would not want anyone to think reviews online determine the business. For example, several months ago, I relied on reviews for a towing company and was over-charged (without my permission) 3x the amount of the bill. Thank you Jose for all your help!

Don’t waste your time, here, I should have read the reviews. No wonder is 2 star rated. very slow serviceMade online reservation since it was close to my office, only one person on counter helping others.Truck and pad not ready, 40 min came back with truck with over 140k miles on it, requested newer one but said all was reserved despite having over 15 trucks on the lot.No place to park your car, so can’t leave your car in nearby street in Santa Ana.Cancelled after spending and wasting an hour of my time.

Picking up a van on Sunday. They close at 3pm so there was no way I could finish by then so they said bring it back in the morning. No problem they had a secure lot to leave my car in as this is not the best part of town. They told me the owner does not allow customers to leave their cars and I would have to park it around the corner in the residential area on the street. NO WAY! I cancelled the reservation and walked out. Never again at this location and will spread the word

Horrible service. Showed up for my reservation and nobody was there. The manager comes out of a room 10 min later and says she cant help me because she is off the clock and the worker will be here in 30 min. CRAZY. The worker gets there and they dont have the truck I reserved. Wait an hour only to be sent to another location further away for a smaller truck. Ended up having to take 2 trips. The area manager was supposed to call me and hasnt done so. Horrible service and workers. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE ANY UHAUL AND WILL ENCOURAGE ALL AROUND ME TO CHOOSE ANOTHER COMPANY AS WELL.

Worst customer service ever, the lady that helps you with the service is rude, and disrespectful doesnt know a thing about customer service. She rushed everything and told me to take the truck before checking for damage, when I comeback the next day she starts pointing things out and saying that I caused them. Dont come here unless you like to be treated like crap. Never coming here again.

Came at 8 PM was nobody I tried to ring the bells many times till they answer!! They didnt explain anything to you and they charged me for the gas !!
