Got bad information that ended up costing me more. The manager is not knowledgeable. There is a difference in how the rate is charged. Normally the rate is charged over a 24 hour period, but when using the repair shop discounted rate it is over a whole day period. I thought if I returned the car within 24 hours that would normally be a 1 day charge, but instead it counts as 2 whole days. That bit of information at the beginning would have altered my decision on what to rent and at what rate. But the manager was not knowledgeable and didnt explain that. I didnt find out until after I returned the car when a lower level employee explained how it works.

Good and fast reliable service. Workers will go beyond there way to help you and for customers to be well satisfied with their service. I would definitely recommend this place.

This is like accessible enterprise branch for me. It has great staff and they are always helpful. We get all different cars to rent and drive. I always get great cars and they give free upgrade sometimes to keep customers happy. I became gold member with Enterprise where I get 2 free upgrades by default. Also car can be changed anywhere in case of it is not comfortable to you. This is another plus with enterprise.

Went there to pick up a rental for a trip. The only car available for our reservation had some issues so we got a free upgrade. The Enterprise rep Han was a very cordial, knowledgeable about the features in our rental, and even recommended me to the taco spot next door. The experience was great, loved the car I drove for 20 days and finally bought a pre-owned vehicle that I felt safe. Karina from Orange was very open to all I needed and easy to talked too. Customer service is good. Online reservation and going in-store dont really sync. Up. I dont agree with the additional $200 deposit charged on top of total cost of rental. Quick 3 day return of charge. I had a car for a week and they basically held $200 for 10 days. I was to get a larger car based on reservation upgrades. I didnt get it. 5 star only for location staff not Enterprise as a whole.

I absolutely LOVED the service I received. I had a problem with Hertz and enterprise was able to accommodate me quickly and at a better price. Upon return, I had several issues. I was running late, my AC wasnt working, no fluid to clean the windshield. The assistant manager, Kathryn waited for me, was very sweet and accommodated my every need. She went out of her way to make sure all issues were resolved. I have rented through Enterprise before but I had never been treated this nice! Im sure this woman does not get paid enough for all she did for me and my family! I will definitely continue to rent from enterprise in any future vacations! Great service!

Had a very good experience with all the staff at this Enterprise location! Only needed the car for one day, but was able to return it the next morning with no extra charge! That allowed us to do more with our day! The staff was very professional and quick. We were also given some good advice of a good restaurant location!Definetly recommend this location!

This Enterprise is a great place to rent from they are friendly, helpful and that part makes me happy. Its an easy fast place to rent a car from. I have rented from them a few times and maybe a returning customer gets the best service. They picked me up at my house took me to their office and thats a great service that I like. After I got the car I drove it home and found I didnt like that car at all. So I took the car back to them and they gave me another car and all they said was we are so sorry you didnt like it and then got me another car. When I returned the car after my trip I came back 2 days early and this was on a weekend Saturday and I didnt know they were open weekends. Had I known they were open I could have saved a few dollars. This car was almost as nice as my brand new car that I had bought 8 months before that time, I dont like using my car on long trips. I live locally. I had to close out my debit card the day before i was scheduled to pick up the rental. I was able to use a money order. Though i had to provide proof of residence the process was very smooth and quick. My only issue was the back seat was dirty. I was already late for an event so i did not ask them to clean it. When i returned the car i received a ride home. Overall the experience was pleasant 😁

Hi Enterprise TeamUsually I always had good experience with Enterprise or any rental car service .But at Santa Ana there Asian ( Chinese) Manager ( Who speaks in fake Nigerian accent when he see African American folks ) .He was very very rude .He dont even care whether person is War Veteran .He charged me then when I didnt get the car service I request after paying Deposit and Car rental price .He said in bold voice I will call security and throw you out .I request his manager but found that this SHAGAWA is manager .I would give negative rating but this have only one star has lowest .I was in hurry to catch funeral service of my buddy who served together .Otherwise would had dragged his sorry *ss to justice.Enterprise cars are good but selfish people who came to this country without ZERO manners are BAD

Got a rental from here as part of Geico insurance cuz somebody hit my car. I do not recommend this company. Enterprise car rentals will nickel and dime you. They tried to over charge me with the daily rental insurance. The agreement said Id pay for 2 days and they tried to charge me more.Also they say I can drive on toll roads and then theyd charge me on the credit card, which I thought was ok, but they dont tell you about their ridiculous fee they put on top. So what I would normally pay for toll roads was doubled, instead of paying around $40, they charged my card over $80. Horrible company.

I despise rental car companies. However I am giving this store on McFadden in Santa Ana Enterprise Rent-A-Car high marks. I was shopping for a car on the same day a Friday and all other stores were sold out. But the McFadden store still had cars because the have a larger inventory. I arrived later after my reservation expired and one hour before closing and they still were able to provide me a car. The place was packed and it took some time to process me but I was grateful. I know this was the only store that could have gotten me a car on short notice. Great people with good attitude while working under pressure.

Why? enterprise rent a car left stranded after hours, knowing I was shuttle by them and about closing time. Regardless if rental or not they have the ability and were obligated to take me back (home ) from the place I was originally picked up(shuttle ). Ms. Le’s treatment of customers is despicable and renders training in professional conduct, and/or termination from her position. On August 17, 2016, I arrived at Enterprise’s Santa Ana location to return a car I had rented while my vehicle was being repaired. Ms. Le failed to acknowledge me in an appropriate manner and acted as though my presence was an inconvenience to her. After her rude greeting, she proceeded to inspect the car. She returned and accused me of damaging the car. Without giving me the opportunity to defend myself, she immediately demanded to know my insurance information, without any sort of due process. She had an employee by the name of Brittany go out to inspect the damage. Brittany was the employee who initially checked the car when I originally rented the car and had not pointed out any damage . Brittany would not make eye contact with me after the investigation and simply shook her head upon returning. Brittany could not falsely accuse of me something she didn’t catch the first time. There was no effort made by Ms. Le to check the previous rentals of the vehicle to see if there was any previous damage. On the day I rented the car, Enterprise personnel took a significant amount of time to pick me up from the auto body shop I was at and after picking me up, had me wait more than 40 minutes for a car. Since it was busy, Brittany took me outside and did a cursory review of the car. When I pointed out other slight damage to the car’s bumper, Brittany dismissed it quickly and did not mark it down on the contract. Brittany became clearly displeased when I refused to add the insurance option. It appears very clearly that since they were unable to make money for Enterprise they decided to swindle money from me by bullying me into paying for damage that was not done by me. After I personally inspected the “damage” I noticed there were no scratches or marks demonstrating there had been a collision. However, Ms. Le continued to insist that I needed to pay for the “damage”. She told me that I could not dispute the charges. I proceeded to ask to speak to a manager to which Ms. Le stated that she was the only person I could talk to. She identified herself as a manager, which I later found out was a misrepresentation. I insisted that Ms. Le could not charge me until I had a fair chance at due process. I continued to wait, as Ms. Le helped other customers. While I waited to see if we could find a resolution, I received an alert that my credit card had been charged by Enterprise, which it could be construed as fraud since we had not finished discussing the matter. Ms. Le took it upon herself to charge my credit card without my knowledge. I had never rented from Enterprise before and will never rent from Enterprise again. I have reviewed the Enterprise Santa Ana location on Trip Advisor and Yelp, citing this incident. I strongly believe that this particular Enterprise appears to use bully tactics on those who they apparently profile as possible victims of this insurance scam. I felt threatened by Ms. Le and had it not been for the legitimate manager, stepping in and treating me with respect, this situation would have been much worse. I am strongly considering some type of legal action against Ms. Le for her act of fraud. By not letting me be driven back to the auto body shop, I was without a car for 24 hours and had to rely on others for rides, inconveniencing many people.

THIS WAS BY FAR THE WORST I EVER EXPERIENCED. MADE A RESERVATION AND ASKED ALL DETAILS BUT WHEN I GET THERE THE CANT TAKE MY CARD AND THE MANAGER WAS NO HELP SHE DIDNT KNOW WHY THEY DIDNT TAKE THE CARD THEN GET ON THE PHONE WITH THE MANAGER AND LIED SAYING SHE TOLD US WHY AND SHE DIDNT. THEN AFTER SPEAKING TO WHOEVER SHE CALLED SHE NEVER TOLD US ANYTHING SHE WAS BY FAR THE WORST AND I WILL LEAVE ONE STAR FOR THIS LOCATION FROM EVERY EMAIL BECAUSE IT WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL THAT WE CAME ALL THE WAY FROM TEXAS AFTER WE ASKED DID THEY TAKE THE CARD FOR THEM TO TELL US WHEN WE GET ALL THE WAY HERE THAT THEY DONT TAKE THE CARD. The rental agents at this Enterprise Rental location have always provided me excellent customer service. They have always treated me in a very courteous manner even at the busiest time of day.

They brought me damaged car to rent it. If I dont notice to the damages, they would charge on me. I refused to take that car then told me there is no other option for sedan car. They told me, they have a chevy Tahoe and rent price $40 a day. But my insurance covers only $35. I took the Tahoe but end of the lease they charged be $43 a day and I paid $125 extra besides my insurance coverage. Also, They told me the fuel is full but I noticed that it was 3/8. Anyway, it was a worst renting car experienced ever.

If I could give 0 star I would. I called them to ask for help when the car they gave me started giving me oil change warning and the speedometer lights went off suddenly. Just to ask this, I have to call them 4-5 times and every time I call the representative will pick up, listen to me and put me on hold and then never get back. After all of this they didn’t help me with my concerns. Never rent a car for here!

It was the end result that reinforces my like for this company. Ive been renting cars from Enterprise about once a month this year. So on a business trip this last week, i purposely picked this location due to on the proximity of a truck rental location, about 5 minutes away.To sum up the problem, was an agent who i contacted to pick me up, through a series of mistakes, wrote the wrong address amd drove to several different locations before i was picked up. This added several extra hours in this city, and which i was trying to get back home as quickly as possible. The agent seemed dismissive and didnt really apologize or offer even an upgrade, just seemed like she wanted to be done with me.A few days later, i received a call from the branch manager, she was unaware of the problem. She took the time to listen to me completely and went out of her way to make sure of how to correct the problem from happening in the future and making sure that I was completely satisfied.I choose Enterprise because Ive dealt with other companies, and was severely disappointed in their lack of communication and overall ineptitude. Enterprise is committed to providing me with a better experience

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I always rent Enterprise but the van we rented was not as great as the other cars Ive rented before. The inside was not as clean as Enterprise normally does and the air conditioner would stop working from time to time. For a long trip, that is not good.

Horrible Experience with Enterprise with renting a vehicle i rented a car in the first place i reserved the vehicle with time and when i get there they rent the vehicle i originally rented and they up charge me with renting a ram truck that i didnt even needed so i had no other place to go or choice, so i got the truck for a week everything was good the truck wastes alot of gas but it was ok then i needed the truck for one more week and not once they called me or carefully explained according to there New Policy that they charge every day on your card. So i have 2 bank accounts one to pay evey day expenses and one for savings only so i didnt transfer some money to pay for 4 days of service and they have all my information they failed to call me or email me for this process and automatically treated me like a criminal they did all this locomotion sent me certifed letter that if i didnt turn in the truck they were going to report it stolen and they would press charges. Im like WTF and they sent this to all my refrences like if i was a criminal not to metion embarrassed about it too, because i have never been in trouble with the law. Me and my wife were so offended by this whole process. It made me mad and paranoid when dropping the truck off thinking in was going to go to jail. I would give it lower stars but I cant. I have been a Customer for Years and Years never been treated this way. I WILL NEVER BE COMING BACK TO THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

I rented a car in this place because it was cheaper than other places and I always try to rent with an Enterprise. everything was fine for three weeks, my plan was to rent it for 5, but I had to leave the state and the car would be parked for a week, the day of return was a Sunday and it had to be at one oclock pm. since they do not have after hours service.I stoped on Saturday to ask if I could return the car on Monday morning because I needed it on Sunday afternoon, and they wanted to charge me 40 extra dollars, so I did not accept, so I asked to extend the rent for two more weeks but they wanted 300 dollars more for deposit!, is absurd since they already had 300 dollars for the first deposit... On Sunday, when i returned the car, the lady who attended me told me that it was the same thing to return the car that same day or Tuesday, since it was already paid for the whole week.SMH! Im back in the area and i rented a car at Herst way cheaper the same style

Although my insurance company had made a reservation for me with a special request for an economy car, the lady at the enterprise (Santa Ana, CA location) did EVERYTHING she could to convince me to get a truck!! After a few minutes I had to call reservation line again and confirm my reservation and request. She tried to cancel the existing reservation by getting my phone and talking to the reservation! There were a few economy car sitting on their lot. And I had a reservation! Finally, I had to leave and go to another enterprise store. And at the end I had to settle for a small Ford (but not so economy) car. I e-mailed the customer service and explained the situation. No response! Overall, not a very pleasant experience with these guys... If there were zero stars, I would have given them 0. But unfortunately I should give them a one because there is no zero star available.

Had stopped in days prior and requested a Cadillac. The day of pick up all they had were entry level mercedes. Hardly a luxury car. Manager did all she could to accommodate my needs. After we found a car that would work I was driven to the location where it was available. After the prolonged task of finding car, I took the rental. As I was driving it I noticed the interior was very dirty. When I got home inspected it further. The whole car was covered in what seemed to be bird feces. The door jambs filthy, as if the car had been driven off road or through desert. Really? A filthy luxury car rental? I had to spend an hour washing, vaccuming and wiping down the interior of the car! This is ridiculous I thought to myself! If I were to be taking car on a stroll on PCH it might have been ok. But the rental was to transport a wedding party, which I had let manager know, so the condition of the car was unacceptable. Not sure what is going on here but cars not at the very least getting washed prior to rental delivery, I believe is not right! The two stars given are for the time manager took to try and help me. As for the rest of the experience, I would say the service is at the very least unacceptable. Enterprise needs to take a look on how they handle their services. For now I will probably look to another rental company when I need to use one.

The Manager Victoria was amazing I had issues with my plus points and she was so patience with me while trying to figure everything out. I kept her in the office after hours I felt so bad but she was great.

As always, the service was excellent, the staff are very professional and helpful and the car was clean (and fun, a convertible Mustang for a $10 upgrade!). I highly recommend Enterprise!

I booked a specific vehicle and was told it was available; showed up and no vehicle. The manager sent me to another location in Tustin, and said Tustin location has the type of the vehicle that I wanted it and that they are ready. The manage also wrote a note stating that she will wave one of the rental days due to the inconvenience in my contract. Tustin doesnt have the type of vehicle that I want. I ended up renting the smallest vehicle they have in their inventory. I was late for my event and had to rent whatever they have and I was charged for a full contract. I still like Enterprise and will use it again in my upcoming event. The business is close to my business and the airport, which it is convenience for me. I just hope they would keep their word and be a little more professional in their job.

I rented a car for two days, but the staff was very rude and cheap. They refused to drop me right at my house when I returned a car. It only takes a driver 5 mins (not highway, city road) from where they dropped me to my house they did drop me in the middle of nowhere, which I have no clue how to get to home. I asked them to try to get a little bit further but they refused to do so although I put 15$ extra to their car compared to its original gas level, they do not offer credit back for the extra gas and they did drop me at nowhere to my house (only take them at most 5mins from their drop off location. Do not recomend to rent from this center.

Best experience Ive had with Enterprise. Courteous pick up and drop off, friendly staff, no hassles and good well-maintained car.
