Great customer service!!! Guy showed us all the features of the car we rented and showed us how to do an after hours return!!

Please make sure you go over your final bill thoroughly. There might be an accidental/intentional charge on it. Take picture of your gas gage at pick up and drop off. Their cars are not as fine as it used to be a few years ago. Although the service has improved a little bit.

I made weekly reservation with insurance company pay rate but when I got there he put down only one day rental for regular rate. The wait time was long car condition is poor no powered at all. I asked ride to nearby mechanic it took almost an hour they still didn’t have time so I asked my friend to pick me up. Very bad experience over that location

Amazing, quick, easy and friendly! The car was super clean and nice. They didnt have the vehicle I originally reserved online, but they gave me a more expensive car for the same price! Then when I needed the car longer than expected they gave me a deal on the week and it was cheaper than it would have been daily. Thanks so much for making my familys trip so easy!

I’m giving this office a 5 star because not only did they address my issue head on but they resolved it in a timely fashion I was surprised to be honest. I was promised a Dodge Charger the first day I went in but unfortunately they did not have nothing similar so they stuffed me in a small Chevy Malibu for a couple days when I got fed up with the ac smelling like stale smoke I wrote them a email complaining in the early am and when I woke up I had a voicemail from the team that they had my car waiting for me they picked up at San Clemente and to come pick it up at my convenience at no extra charge just a generous swap and sorry for the big misunderstanding cause some people still smoke in these vehicles even when they know they shouldn’t so it’s not their fault. 5 stars for me!

They gave us a car that was damaged and getting a replacement wasnt easy. Had to do all the legwork ourselves. Customer service call center is in India but call quality sounds like theyre fromanother planet. Whole process delayed our trip by an entire day.

Brookhurst Enterprise has a system down for safe and fast service. They pick me up from the repair shop. The driver was very friendly. When we arrived to the office, there was a few people ahead of me but in no time they help me get into a car. I will definitely use this office again.

I had a horrible experience. I had a reservation to pick up a full sized car which honestly I doubted while my car is scheduled for repair. I was told the day before to hold off until the next day as the car reserved for me was no good. So I took their advice and came to my appointment the next morning only to be told they have no options that are covered by my insurance and if I dont like it I can go deal with it with my insurance. So I did and I would highly avoid enterprise and this location as they will waste your time and play games with you. Hertz is down the street from this location and way better.

Just got hit with the same exact scam as others on here! This company is corrupt and has no shame. The Impala I rented looked like your typical rental car when I rented it. No major scratches or damage, the interior smelled like a rental car, and there were stains on the seats. Noting out of the ordinary, in my opinion. When I returned the car (in Garden Grove, CA location) I got Helena Hong - Manager. WATCH OUT for this one. She got on her hands and knees and found a scratch on the rocker panel under the car. Now when I rented the car, I admit, I did not get on my hands and knees and look for scratches UNDER the car. (Nor did the Enterprise agent) By the end of this fiasco, I had several people (who I dont know) confirm I was getting robbed. Even a different Enterprise employee told me he wouldnt have called the scratch out. The car has Illinois license plates with 33k miles on it, and the scratch looked like it had been there for quite a while. Ive rented plenty of cars before, and never had a preference on car rental companies. Now that I have dealt with Helena Hong (who by the way, admitted to being rewarded for finding damage) I will never rent from Enterprise again. Thanks for helping ruin Enterprises reputation Helena!All I needed was a simple rental for 2 days and its turned into filing claims/insurance company phone calls/credit card disputes. Be warned!

This is my second time that we are renting a car in this garden grove location. The first time was online..And this one was in person. Both services were easy and fast do.

I USED to rent from this place until my last experience where I was double charged on my account for my rental which put my account into an overdraft.These were processed at 2 different locations as well, not even the same location, which is sketchy to me. I only needed a car for a couple of days as I was taking a small vacation out of state and due to these fees I had to cancel the remainder of my trip due to insufficient funds. It literally ruined the entire trip and wasted me more time and money. I couldn’t even afford to put gas in the tank. Upon arrival during my return I let the associate and manager know of my issue and had I not mentioned it AGAIN I would’ve also been charged the “refueling fee” in addition they claimed they didn’t do anything and took 0 responsibility, only told me to call my bank to dispute things. I’ll be overdrafted for close to a week before I see the money that was wrongfully taken from my account and have no money in the mean time! Thanks for the theft and the inconvenience Enterprise!!

Make a reservation, come in, give them your drivers license and credit card, and drive your rental car out. The people who work here are very friendly and quick. One way rental online is 1/4 price calling on phone bookings. Why? I thought it’s same price until told by my cousin. Online could save me $180 one day.

Dont go to this place, this is the SCAMS. Be careful when pick up your car make sure to do the video or take tons of pictures for later because when I dropped off the car they pointed out there are dents at the rocker panels. I had no idea what are they coming from or they were just there when I picked up and I didnt see, seriously no one gonna look at the bottom of the car. Im 100% sure, those dents are not from me because I just drove very close to my house and the roads are smooth and I drove very carefully, there are noway that from me and those dents are so obviously from the previous renters because the car was driven from another state.They just tried to take the money from the renters like me. I never had the issues with my rental before, I would like to say Im their loyal customer because I use their service almost 6 months this year and few months every year since 2014. And now I got this stupid claim. I would never come to their service again. I would choose Herzt next time, they have very good customer service and very RELIABLE !!!AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! Go to other places or choose different companies guys

The staff at this location is the most friendly, professional, and attractive group of people you will find anywhere! They are never to busy for a pick-up or drop off, last week the manager himself rolled up his sleeves and washed the car I was going to rent. They always have cookies for customers. The cars are very new and well maintained, but by far the reason I always rent at this location is the outstanding staff. Thanks to each and every one of you for the excellent service!

Seriously I’m super upset I dropped off my car at the dealership and I went to rent a car from them they found out that I owe money and they can’t rent me a car and they want me to prove that I️ the amount is paid something from 3 years ago! And when I️ asked the manager if she can give me a ride 7 miles away from them 10 minuets and I’ve really very important appointment she refused and said sorry it’s out of our range!!! What a beautiful service I️ got today from them Really disappointed from her and will never do business at this location and will contact my bank to see why they’re charging me $117 !!!!! We have been renting a rental car from Enterprise monthly for 4 years straight.My mother had just passed away and we needed a reliable car to transport family members. The staff was so considerate and compassionate.We had a really great deal. The staff was very friendly. We were so happy that we just kept the rental for the next 4 years!We have seen many Managers come and go at this location. However, each Manager has treated us with the utmost respect. We were so happyUnfortunately, when I returned this week to renew my monthly contract, the current Manager had to break the unfortunate news to me that the corporate office had raised the price on our monthly rental. The previous rate was perfect for our retirement budget. However, we are no longer able to afford the new increase. We will be ending our contract the end of this month. Wish I could rate a negative 5 stars!!!! My car was in for service and protection application. Rented a truck had to take it back right after my Dr. appt. cuz the tire pressure sensor was coming on. They then put me in another truck that had just came back in that morning. Did walk around with employee and advised the bumper was scratched. His reply was yeah, that happens. My bad to think he marked it down since he knew I mentioned it. Should have known better since he couldnt even get the milage to come up on the instrument panel. well now THEY HAVE FILED A DAMAGE CLAIM ON ME!!!!!Had it for 23.5 hrs. less than 100 miles I put on it Brought it back with more gas than when I picked it up. If you HAVE TO rent from here, use your phone to record your walk around. But best recommendation, dont rent here. They will blame you for something where THEY FAILED. I will never use Enterprise again. I THINK THEY WAIT FOR SOMEONE WHO IS RENTING, NOT PAID BY A DEALERSHIP AND THEN ****** THEM!!! Truth will prevail! Im fighting it. I will post outcome

I rented an SUV for a weekend trip, the service at the store was fine but the condition of the vehicle and the enterprise roadside assistance completely sucks. I call for roadside assist when my when my brake fluid was leaking and the warning light was on to have the car tow. They told me they couldnt help with some sort of a odd explanation stating the condition that day I needed to call the local authorities. What was the point on purchasing the premium upgrade it insurance and roadside assistance package. First he stated assistance will be there in 60 minutes but when it didnt show I call back and was told it was not coming. The roadside assistant customer service lady seemed very agitated and didnt really want to help out. Please double check your car before leaving, my warning to you.
