Good company until it isn’t. Drivers are good but horrible corporate support. Beware- orange courier will not take responsibility of damaged product during delivery. They will find a way to give you the run around until you give up the possibility of getting compensated.

On December 9th at 7:31 in La Mirada Freeway 5 their truck number EP07059 almost killed me. Bad driver. They need to make sure they have good drivers if they want to become a successful business

On February 9th 2021 a driver who drives for orange courier struck my vehicle and injured me. Now they do not wanna to be responsible for the damages or my injuries. Horrible company don’t give them any business.

Hello, this company is horrible. They are so unsafe and a hazard to anyone who is on the road. The truck drivers dont know what theyre doing orange courier company is a joke. This company should not be operating.

It seems like the only people giving this dump a 5 star rating are those who are fortunate (high sarcasm on the word fortunate) enough to work here. My personal experience with this company was a memorable & frustrating. I would never use orange couriers services again.

Love the people that work there well some of the people

They offer a decent courier service but their accounting department is so incredibly poor at their job it makes them unusable as a vendor. They double bill for items repeatedly. They sit on invoices for months at a time and send a bombshell of invoices all at once, long after jobs have been closed. I feel bad for the members of their staff who do know what they are doing as their accounting department is costing them clients

We just had the occasion to work with Orange Courier and so far I am very impressed. I spoke with Brennan and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. He patiently answered my questions and even anticipated and answered some other questions I didnt think to ask him.Excellent group and I highly recommend them.

I would not use Orange Courier. Shipped 18 pallets with them in January, they put a hole in one of my Copiers and now wont return my calls. I sent all the claim paperwork in showing the pallet was fine when it left my facility. They are claiming concealed damage. They sent me a picture and you can clearly see the outside of the box is marked which didnt happen here. Called them for a long time no return calls. How can companies get away with this. I would not use them. sometimes we have to learn the hard way.

Speaking as a former employee...Everyone can say what they want about working here. What I will say is that YES - Evell is VERY demanding in regard to work but she does that to bring out the best in her staff. She reignited a passion for this industry (and for dogs lol, inside joke) within me that I thought was dead and gone after a series of bad jobs. Now I will warn you this passion can work to your detriment when you leave the Orange world and take that drive, determination, and relentless work ethic to another employer. You will most likely find you are making those around you look bad and they will resent you for it. Whatever. What is truly important to know is that Evell treats everyone like family, provided you treat her and her business that way as well. I cant say enough to explain how caring and loyal a person and friend she was/is to me. I made the mistake of leaving for greener pastures; hasnt really worked out. She tried to warn me but of course I didnt listen. I digress. Please give Orange Courier a chance to do what they do best, pick up and deliver!

Very rude when you call them, we spend thousands of dollars with them you would think the people that take the calls would be nicer. I am going to start looking for another courier for our company to start using.

Place is a nut house. Wouldnt be a place Ill go to again for any reason.

Today 07/07/18 at 10 am your driver (Hispanic man about 55 with a moustache) on a white truck on a 5th freeway near the Burbank area almost created an accident. He was behind our vehicle when our driver went through freeway entrance. Your driver cut our car very badly almost created an accident. However, all this situation was recorded by dash cam (see screenshot) and, well provide this recording to the CHP for review. Very bad unprofessional driver. Sorry about that.
