They need to improve the customer service and to answer the phone,also the girls mentioned that when the line was a long long line some customers got upset and the told them to hurry and the said if they dont want to wait they can go to another place,Really? Is not a good answer to the people who pays their salary.

I do not recommend this place. They lost the package my mother in law sent me from Puebla. This place called me on Saturday morning to go pick up the package addressed to me and when I showed up they claimed that I picked it up 3 weeks ago ???! wow! Im in shock. me n my mother in law are very disappointed.

The service is lousy ... serving a single person with a row of 20 people ... writing down in a notebook ... and checking the deliveries in a notebook. (I think they dont know that computers already exist.) Serve a customer. And until they talk to them all their lives ... their plans and their goals ... attend to the one that follows ... maybe it is a family business ... but if they want quality service ... they have to update their system ... soon .. or to ask back .. because you see that they do not know what they are doing.
