I been living here for 5 or 6 years in the apartments it’s so quiet and peaceful but they do take so long to fix anything in your apartment and in the garage someone has stolen twice in my dads car and the manager can’t not even check the cameras to see who it was the people who cleans around the apartments have good manners oh yeah and one thing if you’re trying to talk to the manager tried to get her in a good day not in a bad day because it’s scary when she’s mad

I applied here knowing I was going to get turned down because I have a bad credit score. No surprise to me I did then while I was making a phone call to one of the tenants that lived in the residence to help her get a job (which she totally did thanks to my reference. YAY!) The manager of the place started to get rude with me because I was standing around. Then threatened to call the cops to escort me off the premises. I wasnt even 15 secs after leaving the office before she started getting all rude with me. I feel sorry for the tenants who live here. One of the tenants saw me get kicked off and then said, She has been here for years and she treats everyone like that. She is extremely rude. I dont know how she keeps her job. People like this should not keep a job where you have to be a people person especially when you are this rude. Do not rent here. Its nice but if management is this bad then imagine when you have to ask for help for a leaky sink? No thanks. Sonya in the leasing office who was not present at the time was one of the best people I have ever talked to. Ida was the name of the lady who treated me poorly. Ida is the Lead manager and the most rudest person I have talked to in years. I mean I felt the need to write this review. Good thing I have apple pie in my fridge. Pie makes everything better. I lived here for a few years. When I first moved in the manager there Olga took care of things. When oldO left and they brought in Ida things went bad. Sonya in the office is ok but I think shes afraid of Ida. The common area of the apartments is dirty, the pool is never open and when it is its disgusting, there is nowhere to park, management is tough to work with and never want to fix anything and I left because of the shootings and violence on the street behind the apartments. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I dont recoment this apartments to anyone, they offer pool, play ground, free cable but when you want to use any of that you cant.Management is terrible, nothing gets fixed or it takes forever to fix whatever is broken.Maintenance crew always focusing on things that doesnt concern to thenm instead of their own business.

When your really comfortable here and just enjoy your surroundings it feels like home.

The administration of the building is terrible, the common areas are in very bad condition, the area is full of beggars, absolutely not recommended to live. The place is very dangerous. They should call the city for an inspection
