I enjoy living here and the staff is always available to help. Freddy and Pablo have great response time with maintence issues and at the office Stephanie and Adilene are so accommodating. Any thing we need help with even little tasks theyre happy to help. The four of them alone manage the property well.

Stephanie and Adilene are always available and I am very happy with their help when I need it. They are always on top of what the residents need. I just want to thank PRIME for having these two as employees that are always a pleasure to work with.

Neighbor hood is good but be careful with management, We’ve cleaned everything when we moved out but later, they’ve charged us 700$ to clean the carpet and change surfaces. They know that people won’t spend time fighting on these charges so they’re taking advantage of this. Choose this location only if you can’t find any other place in area.

I grew up in these apartments. Went to Taft elementary. My twin sis and I are both 21 now but have cherished memories of greeting the ladies at the front desk every day after school. Great place to live.

Ive lived at the Courtyards since July of 2012. This location is so convenient as I do not drive anymore and can get to the shops walking or one quick bus ride to Bristol Street where all the restaurants, stores and mall is located. The office staff is so helpful when it comes to renewals since everything is online now and maintenance is quick to resolve the issues in my home. I dont want to live anywhere else.

Very happy with this property and its management! Jerwin helped us find our apartment. He was very informative and thorough. The grounds were clean. The apartments we viewed were all in excellent shape. I could not ask for more. I am excited about moving in and look forward to being part of this community. The staff at Courtyards made me feel very welcome.

This place has been great, even with the whole COVID-19 situation. Everyone in the office is very nice, and informative. They are always trying to improve the grounds which is great. Love Love Love

Jerwin and Stephanie are awesome! I came to them to help me out with a situation and they went above and beyond to help me out.They are easy to talk to, they listen. And they have empathy, which I find amazing.They are the best!

My husband an I came across Courtyards at South Coast online and really liked the pictures so we decided to check out the community. At the time we were looking to downsize from a house. Didnt make an appointment, we arrived and were welcomed and helped so graciously. The staff is so patient and kind, answered every question we had and helped us out with the leasing process which is all done online. They made our move so easy for us. Our unit is a renovated townhouse and we love it. We highly recommend this community for the location alone. It is very convenient, close to the freeways, John Wayne airport and South Coast Plaza.

I have been living here for a couple of years and have really enjoyed the experience. The staff has always been responsive and helpful. Whenever I am in the office, I am always greeted with a smile and I am promptly helped. The apartment itself is roomy and comfortable and although I do not have any pets, it is great to know that they do accommodate pets. For the time I have been here, I have not once had any issues with neighbors or noise as everyone seems to be respectful of each other.Thank you, Courtyards at South Coast for providing a great living experience!

I recently moved into the complex and I couldnt be happier. The people in the front office are fantastic, great communication and quite responsive. My move-in was simple and fast and hassle free. I have zero complaints. My unit was remodeled and clean and my neighbors are pleasant. The open areas are kept clean and the complex as a whole is very quiet, which is much appreciated after a long day at work. Also, the location cant be beat. I would absolutely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a quality apartment in a great area. The front office will make your move-in painless.

I recently made a couple work orders and Freddy stopped by that same day. He went above and beyond to complete them, he asked to be sure each time if I was happy with the work he had completed. I also stopped by the office earlier that day and the young lady in the front was very helpful. She was able to het my renewal and set up my carpet appointment. I appreciated that she went out if her way to do the math to make sure I paid the correct amount.

Recently toured this property and my desired move-in date is a little far out still, but Adilene in the front desk went out of her way to show me the community. She answered all my questions so briefly, made sure to walk me through what was around the area since I am not familiar. She kindly asked for any concerns I may have with the unit shown or community and thoroughly covered solutions and answer for anything I mentioned. I will most definitely be stopping by closer to my move-in date this community made me feel like home.

I enjoy living here at Courtyards by South Coast. I moved here less than a month ago and the whole process was simple. I enjoyed the flexibility of paying my deposit and submitting everything online via the Resident Portal. This is a very dog friendly community, which is awesome for my puppy. He has so much to see and sniff on walks. My one bedroom came with a fridge, microwave, washer and dryer--and for this area, its a steal!

I recently applied for a unit and was approved. I am very eager to move-in based on my initial tour the staff has been very welcoming and definitely very helpful. The girls in the office have made the whole applying process so quick and easy answering all my questions efficiently. Highly recommend and the location is great!

Great staff large one bedroom apartment two full beds fit with extra space walk in closet and all electric appliances with washer and dryer in apartment and on site both. Staff is great had my approval to move in the same day and was moved in two days later. It’s peaceful and clean.

I’ve enjoyed my stay at The Courtyards at Southcoast. The main office have been more than helpful and they care about their tenants. It’s a secure and safe community. They have nightly security staff that make their rounds and keep the community safe. Keep up the great work

Ive lived comfortably at the Courtyard Apartments at South Coast for over 4 years. Although older than other places in the immediate area the proximity to restaurants and retail amenities and cultural activities is excellent. The staff is friendly and caring and the property is  clean and well maintained. Overall great value for the money!

Freddy just fixed my sink today, and he did great. He cleaned up after himself, and was very polite and informative. Great worker!!!

This place is great. They have garages, and for the price, I get a washing machine in my apartment. Cant beat that. Ive been very happy living here.

Dont ever move here if you care about your family. The front office will say anything and give you the wrong impression when moving in. I moved here with 2 kids and it was the worst mistake of my life. I have been renting for 9 years and have never had a worse experience. On top of everything they are charging my family 3700$ because we moved out for the safety of our kids. My kids were almost hit by a car, there is drug use and even worse things going on. Ive tried to work out these unreasonable charges as well and they are sending it to collections to ruin our perfect rental history and our credit. We were never late on rent and left the unit in better condition than it was given to us. This company is a scam. DO NOT MOVE HERE! (The picture is human throw up where me and my kids had to walk everyday to get to our car. It was never cleaned)

The people here are very friendly and I love living here. I really like that fact that they are always on top of all the issues that us as residents have.

Great place to live in the center of the city. Walking distance to premier shopping center and art center. Great neighbors and staff. California living at its best.

This was by far the worst apartment Ive ever lived in. Attached are only some of the move in ready conditions they provide. We also had exhaust fans that only made noise, bubbling paint and a hole in the exterior wall (below the kitchen window) that was filled in with a sponge and painted over. When I sent them pictures of the unit, I was told that they would document it so that we werent charged for the damages. It took me threatening to call corporate for them to finally fix my cabinet.It was clear that the management never walked the property, except to and from their cars. Trash and broken cement were left throughout the property. Construction/restoration was obviously done by the lowest bidder. There was supposed to be a security guard walking the property throughout the night, however it was clear they were either never there or simply didnt care. This was evident by the extreme amount of parking pass fraud that was going on. Thankfully I had a motorcycle so I was still able to find a spot when I got home from work.

This place has a rat infestation and the management care less for your and kids safety. They promote a safe compless, secure parking and the gates are half the time broken and their response to fix appliances is two weeks minimum. So, think twice before moving in to this complex.
