The drivers are pleasant and professional, they get you to your destination quickly with the most direct route possible. I would definitely suggest them to anyone.

I had a time crunch tonight a day thankfully called this business. Driver was prompt, courteous and imposed a reasonable fee for my trip. I will easily recommend them for future ride sharing experiences.

Driver wanted to drop off on opposite side and asking me to cross over to departure since he said he needed to pickup his next ride on this side... That was not acceptable

Very poor customer service but they were not showing up after we had booked. My family and I had to call another company and we missed our flight. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE

I called Taxi San Jose when another company ghosted me on an airport ride. The ?dispatcher? said he could get a cab to me in 10-15 minutes,. Sure enough, ten minutes later I was on my way. The driver (Im sorry I didnt catch his name) was great and had me at the airport super quick. Taxi San Jose really saved the day for me.

Taxi San Jose is doing excellent job. Cab showed up on time and dispatcher was quite friendly and even gave me fare estimate for my trip upfront. Taxi was very clean and nice too. Frankly talking fare was bit higher than uber but they got me to airport on time and they provided me fare estimate upfront which was good. Overall satisfying service.

I had a very good experience late last night with my one cab driver name Maddy Singh. My ride could of been smoother without him asking me so many questions but still very nice. Just wish the prices didnt have to be so sky high😑P.S. put the phone down when driving on the road. I wouldnt want you to cause a crash.

Used them first time last week, my company booked my ride for airport and at last minute someone called from some limo service and told me their limo broke down. I was shocked and brain dead. Next thing jumped on google and got taxi San Jose contact and called them. Dispatcher was friendly, she understood my situation and found closest taxi to my location. Taxi cab was right in front of me in 7 minutes as she told me. I was able to make it on time, even driver was very helpful and told me to pay later cause I was running late

Fairly quick response, clean cab, clean driver. Cost more than I thought it should but thats probably set by the city.

Got to go to las vegas for valentines. Last minute preparations for trip, completely forgot to book taxi to airport. Called taxi San Jose at last moment, dispatcher was friendly and after getting my home address he figured out closest driver to my location and gave me eta of 10 minutes and WOW there driver picked me up in less 10 minutes . Excellent service. Five stars to you guys

Great service, my regular car service let me down last minute for my airport run. Two uber drivers showed up and both left telling me some rubbish excuses about heavy traffic towards my destination direction. Then I found taxi san jose on google and they made my day. I made my flight on time. From dispatch to driver, everyone was professional. Driver knew the best route even at worse traffic time and made it possible. Great service taxi San jose, keep it up.

I used taxi San Jose for my Senior Ball and they were so great!! Gurdeep was our driver and he was very accommodating and polite. We changed our pick-up and drop-off places so many times and there was no problem.I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.There were no hidden charges or dumb fees like the other companies tried to pin on us because we were high school students. The price they said was the price we paid. There was also air conditioner in taxi and water bottle for us.Great Taxi

I called for a cab to go to the same store I always go to using Lyft and Uber. He went a way I have never seen. I wouldnt be surprised if he did that to get paid more but they lost my businesss. I went 2 miles and it coast me $30 and I had to use my card after he told me he would take me back for another $15!! That would be $50 to go 4 miles total. The meters total was $17 when I got to my destination, but he still charges me extra and then tries to get more money out of me and try to get over on me which isnt right. I will stick to using Lyft after this. I should of been in a limo for what I paid.

Called an early morning taxi to the San Francisco airport, the taxi came before time, Mr Singh was very polite and professional.. Helped with our bags with a smile on his face..definitely Recommended to anyone in San Jose area.

We called the taxi service for a ride to the airport ans they did not show up! I called and they had no idea and must have lost the reservation! Had to drive to the airport myself in a hurry. Would not use this service again.

Rude dispatcher! He hung up on me twice! Cab took an hour and a half to arrive! Ridiculously bad service.
