This was the first time I have ever had anything done with my tires, the staff at American Tire Depot were amazing. I called ahead to ask if they could look at a low pressure tire and they fit me in that day. They discovered a staple in the side that created a hole that couldnt be patched. Thankfully, they were able to replace the tire for a great price. I was able to pick up my car same day and shes very happy now, no more beeping at me and flashing that light on the dash! I will definitely be coming back for all my tire stuff going forward!

Took my car in for tires, the assistant manager Kayla was extremely nice, found a gasket leak and coolant leak. Stayed and had it all fixed. Shop stayed open another 2 hours for me, didn’t say they had to keep my car come back tomorrow, they really went above and beyond. Love this store, would recommend to everyone who wants a fair deal with excellent customer service.

Kayla was amazing. I had a horrible 24 hours on a quick turnaround trip to Vegas. Got 2 flat tires. (Separate times). I called Kayla from Barstow and she helped me order 5 new tires for my Jeep. She also gave me the thumbs up to have my car towed to the Tustin location. She made this horrible experience so much easier. Love my new tires and will certainly use them again.

The beginning of the day I was stressed out, there was a bubble on my tire and not just a small one it was pretty decent size. So I call American tire depot and they were able to help me ASAP. They answered all my questions. I was going to go to American Tire but they were booked. So I called American Tire Depot back and got me in at 4:50pm they said they can get it done that night and I was so happy about it. Just visited the American Tire Depot in Tustin and had all 4 tires replaced on my Ghibli - very happy customer experience.I called in the morning to ask if they had a specific set, which as it turns out wasn’t available at the store, but they brought them in from the warehouse within the hour and called me back to let me know that I could drop by any time. Truly fantastic tire and brake shop. Ive gone here for years with 3 different cars and several sets of tires. They somehow always do better on price than other shops for tires (well done)! Service at the front desk is always kind and and quality of work looks good! Its rare to find a shop that executes quality work, competitive with price AND provides kind service. We were referred to this place because Costco tire department didn’t work with the special run-flat tire we needed replaced. This place said they could get it from their warehouse and have it ready within three hours. They didn’t make unrealistic promises. We actually had it in about two hours with a reasonable price (much cheaper than the Mercedes dealership would charge).Our car was done correctly and the other tires were properly inflated. We had no complaints.It’s nice when a company is realistic about what they can do rather than over-promising just to get the one time business. That’s the kind of honesty that will makes us come back the next time we have a need. This place made more than a sale, they made a customer.

I dont know much about if anything about cars, and I felt well taken care of here. After I dropped off the punctured tire and wheel, they called me to bring the car to have it installed. Here, it did take about 45 minutes for them to install it, so I would come ready and expecting to spend between 40 minutes to 1 hour--perhaps a little longer if replacing more than one tire. Beyond this, I do think they offer excellent service.

I came in to get new tires for my car close to closing and Vyron helped me out. I told him what I was looking for and he gave me a great recommendation that was within my budget. He had them installed that day without issue. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend Vyron and the Tustin store to others.

Its very difficult to find a shop that you can trust. I found one here at American Tire Depot in Tustin though. Ive brought both mine, and my wifes car here many times. Ricardo, the manager, runs a tight shop, and he does not rip you off. Their mechanics do a great job too. Kayla, I believe is the assistant manager, and shes also great at customer service, and cares about you, and your vehicle as well. As long as these two work here, I will be bringing our cars to get repaired at this shop. Thank you both for your great customer service, and for always taking care of our cars.

This place has the best prices on tires. I maintain all the vehicles in my family, whenever one needs tires I come here. I do shop around to see my options, but always end up purchasing here. I only do carry out as I mount/balance at my shop, so I have no first hand experience with the service department. I did inquire once about mounting and balancing and their price was very reasonable.

I went in for tires I found online. I place my order & made appointment for the next day to have them installed. On the website it listed tires for buy 3 & get forth tire free. When I spoke to Kayla she stated it was normally for tires they have in stock. Since she sent a driver to pick up my tires, it normally wouldn’t count. But she honored it. She & the other gentleman were very accommodating and we agreed on a alignment, that I called back & added as I didn’t want to ruin my new tires. Thank you for the excellent customer service.

I had a flat that Tustin Toyota didnt service so they directed me to the local tire shop. Ricardo was able to patch it up within an hour and didnt ask for anything in return. This is the least I could do for his humble service. I really appreciated the help!

We went in almost 1.5 hours before closing. They were prompt in responding our questions and they installed the tires the same day even though it meant they would be there after closing. Great customer service & friendly staff.

Bait and Switch!!! I selected tires and service online and made an appointment. I was excited to get a good deal (buy 3 get 1 free). When I got to the store they wouldnt honor the deal. The guy ran some numbers to get me a discount but still came out almost $100 higher than what I selected online. Went home and looked at the website and there was no mention of any exclusions. I wont be using this company.

Great service and prices. Kayla was very helpful when I made my appointment. She gave me options and prices over the phone and made sure they had tires to fit my car. I cant remember the name of the man who cashed me out, but he was very nice as well! I just got the tires today, so I cant really review those yet but my drive home felt fine, no rubbing or wobbling and the tires look nice.

Had a TPMS sensor issue and they reprogrammed it which was what I needed. However, I spotted one of the mechanics looking in my trunk... when he saw me he put something back inside of it and shut it. Pretty sus. Nothing was missing, but still no explanation for why they would have been looking through my trunk and then closing it once they knew I saw them.

Went in for a tire patch. Got a tire patch. No pushy salesman. Quick and easy.

I went in with no appointment at 11am with a flat and asked for a tire patch(1 tire). I was told I had to leave my car and would take 1-1/2hrs. At 12:20pm, I get a call and was told theyre unable to repair the tire and instead needed to replace it. I agreed and was then told itd be approximately 1 more hour or so and theyd call once its ready. I waited till 2pm, 30mins past the estimated time and decided to go to the shop. I saw my car raised in a stall with the hood open, and 3 tires off and no one in sight. I sat in the parking lot until 2:45pm, when I saw a technician had finished and parked my car out front. I waited until 3pm and decided to go inside the office to pay and get my car. A total of 4hrs for 1 tire replacement is absurd to say the least. To make matters worse, as I went inside to pay, I was told I needed to wear a mask. The employee gave me a mask and was printing signs about the mask requirement, yet at 11am, this was not an issue. She finished her sign printing and then printed my receipt so I can pay. I will never go back there and Ill be sure my friends and family stay away. This was outrageous to say the least.

I took my car the the dealership bc I thought my repairs may be under warranty. The dealership advised my warranty was expired and came up with a whole crazy list of things I needed to have done right away, along with a crazy high cost attached. I felt like they knew my car was already there and not drivable so they could manipulate me into whatever they wanted. So, I paid the dealership diagnostic fee (🙄) and had my broken down car towed right out of that dealership and over to ATD.ATD looked at my car for no charge, then brought me out to see exactly what parts were deficient and explained why they needed to be repaired. Their recommendations were not exactly the same as the dealership, but made alot more sense. I have always trusted the staff here at ATD for tires and small repairs, and this time they really proved themselves for major jobs on my car as well.Although its an uncomfortable situation for me to have to blindly rely on someone else to fix my car issues because I dont know enough to do it myself, I feel so grateful that ATD has proven to be trustworthy and fair each time Ive used their services.

My first experience here was due to 3 nails in the tire and on New Years! I called and asked to replace the tire and they were more than happy to help with it. The only thing is I wished they called me after it was done.This time around though I needed new tires according to Toyota and wanted to make sure because I dont really trust them. So I came and they checked it out and said it does need new ones and said needed to be aligned/balanced as well and I did yes! That was a service I know I needed as well. They offered me the buy 3, get 1 free deal and also for the 3 year alignment warranty because of the excellent service and how much they know I value my car. I also did receive a call this time around to come back.Thank you for taking care of my car! And so quickly too.

The work I went in for was done well for a reasonable price. They tried to upsell me some other maintenance though based on my milage assuming it hadnt already been done without actually checking it was needed and argued with me a little about declining the brake fluid flush which they wanted to charge me $90, with not even a suggestion of doing brake pads. Who would spend $90 for just brake fluid flush and not do pads at the same time? I dont like to believe the narrative of mechanics being sexist, but I have a hard time believing they would have tried that with an adult male.

Always go here. I used to goTo Costco, but these guys are better. Faster. Have lots in stock. Always give a deal. Free tire rotations. So t try to up sell all the time. They are the best!!

I received fast friendly service, and, very surprisingly, was not charged to have my tire patched. Even when I asked to pay, I was told it was a complementary service. Absolutely the most unprofessional American Tire Depot I have ever scene. This American Tire Depot in the city of Tustin is a total scam. Do not pay for the tire and alignment insurance because American Tire Depot will do anything so they don’t need to cover what should have already been paid for. After debating their attempt to charge full price for another new tire that was only a few months old. Luckily I know enough about cars to dispute there false claims that the tire was warn past warranty when it wasn’t. American Tire Depot In Tustin then charged my wife and I 60$ to put the tire on that should of been under warranty, and to re-do the alignment that was also under warranty, since I had paid extra for the warranty program when I purchased the 4 tires and redid the alignment. After a head ache and debate I still had to dig through paperwork to find a record of the purchase even though it already showed it on the computer they had. It was very obvious that American Tire Depot was looking for any reason to not cover what my wife and I had already paid for. By the end I just paid the 60 dollars and when my wife went to grab our keys off the desk the female chubby Hispanic lady working on 5-7-20 literally ripped the keys out of my wife’s hand cutting her finger. I was honestly in disbelief by there unpleasant and unprofessional behavior. American Tire Depot In the city of Tustin is ran by classless, unpredictable, and unprofessional people. They will certainly have some court troubles in the future with the staff and management that are currently working. I felt like I was being bullied by a gang of Hispanics. I could tell they were prejudice and did not like me and my wife because we look white and drive a decent car. I felt taken advantage of and left feeling bullied and pushed around. Even the receipt reads 0$ but they decided to tack on a bunch of fees because fortunately I knew enough to not pay full price for another tire which should of been covered by warranty or insurance. If I could give American Tire Depot of Tustin 0 stars I would.

Great place to take your car in to get serviced. I stopped in for a tire rotation and oil change. They were quite busy for a Saturday afternoon. Ricardo and Kayla were both quick to help. After inspecting my tires he suggested I purchase new ones. I told him I had about an hour to spare before work. Their team was able to install 4 new tires and an oil change within that time. Highly recommend this location.

Showed up to drop my car off. Guy told me he wouldnt service my vehicle till I put a mask on. Heres the catch he was wearing a mask but had his nose showing and the guy he was with barely had the mask covering his face. So whats the point of the mask if you not going to use it properly or even use the right one. Never going to use there services, not safe or friendly.

Went to buy 4 new tires, the tires were not in stock, but only took 1 day for them to arrive. I was going to wait a week to have them installed because I needed to have my oil changed and front brake pads installed. Employee asked how much I was going to pay to have the work done elsewhere and they matched the price. So I was able to get the work done and tires installed all at one place, saving me time.. They also offered to give me a ride back to work (since I dropped my car off at lunch and I only work 3 miles away from the store). I was very happy with the work done and will be coming back here for my future service I need done on my car.
