3 star Had a pleasant drive across town. Car was clean and drive was good. Driver was patient and a safe driver. Car was clean and there was a plastic barrier between front & back. Thank you

They seem to have a system that recognizes the phone #, so they know who theyre speaking with. I think its great since they have my address, they know my preferences (I like to get a call 10 min before they arrive), and they even have a back-up plan in place if their driver cant make it for some reason.Ive used United Cab Co. for the past 1.5 years, and they are my go-to whenever I need a ride to SJC.Theyre the best...
