Richard was amazing. My keys got locked in the trunk after shopping in a dealers loaner car. Since this is not my normal vehicle I did not know how to get into the trunk without the key even though there was a button to open the trunk ( but it wouldnt work without the key in the ignition). He did his job of unlocking The doors however he went above and beyond in assisting me in getting into the trunk and pretty much in record time at that. My service guy was very thorough, friendly & professional. I called a local retailer for a quote on a battery. My guy offered me a comp battery at a much lower rate with a warranty. The guy got there in just about a half hour after I called. He was very knowledgeable and hooked me up with a place I could get a new tire right away. I had a bad blow out on the freeway and thought my spare was good. Little did I know, youre not supposed to use tires over 6 years old... especially in AZ where the temperatures dont necessarily increase the shelf life of a tire.So thanks for the heads up and and giving me a mini education on tires

The phone call to USAA Roadside Service was efficient. The last time I needed service, 3 or more years ago, that wasnt the case. It took longer that time to get through to a representative than it took for the service man to reach me after the order had been placed. Obviously that process has been greatly improved.

I received service within 15 minutes of my call, and my tire switched out within 5 -7 minutes. I was impressed with how efficient this company was and how well they communicated with me. I received great customer service from Travis. He was friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this company for roadside assistance!

2 1/2 hr to get roadside assistance the first time and then 4hrs the second time I used them! Not once, but twice with this company took over 2 hrs. If you think that is acceptable and don’t mind being stranded for 4+ hrs while they egg you on, by all means use their service. Look at all their recent reviews and almost all give the same turnaround. Maybe at one point this was a reputable company, but something is clearly different.

After waiting on hold with my insurance for over 2 hours for a lockout service, I finally got in touch with their dispatcher who I explain my situation that I was no longer at the car since it was the middle of summer and temperatures at night are still within 90 degrees. Two hours later I get a call from their technician saying he’s at the car and I tell him I’m on my way there I live close by. It took me 5 minutes to get there and I arrived completely baffled that there was nobody there by my car so I called their dispatch again only to find out they had closed my service with a no show after specifically mentioning that it had been hours from the moment I placed the service call and I was safely at home waiting for the technician to show up 4 hours later just to cancel on me! Worst service ever, don’t waste your time calling this company for help

This is the worst roadside assistance EVER. Someone was suppose to come help at 9:55 am, called at 10pm they told me someone was going to arrive in 30 mins, another hour goes by 11 pm they lie about that time someone being here. Another hours goes by now it’s midnight, I called crying, upset, with my kids hungry have to use the restroom, no restroom around and they were careless.the worker came and told me they were putting other calls ahead of me knowing I had kids & in bad area. Letting my insurance know to cancel you.

Waited for over an hour. Service guys calls and says he can find my house (I live in a normal 15 year old neighborhood in Glendale). After providing directions, service guy arrives and immediately tells me he can change a spare tire older than six year old. He checks my tire and it is 3 months older than 6 years.He leaves. This was the biggest waste of my time.

If I could leave 0 stars I would! The picture is proof that they have no respect for peoples time, in the picture it says they’re “arriving” I waited another 20 minutes for nobody to show up. When I called to ask where the driver was the rude employee said he was still at the previous job and would not be able to provide an ETA…then she cancelled my service. I will never recommend this company, and they need to fire Nicole! So unprofessional and clearly sounded like she was hanging out with friends while attempting to do her job…also there are many many reviews that are similar to mine!

Worst experience I’ve ever received by a roadside assistance company. If your insurance company sends this organization out for your roadside assistance, kindly request another company.After waiting for over an hour, I was told that they were not able to assist me. When I questioned why, they stated they could not find me and that they had tried to call me. I assure you, they did not. I was anxiously waiting for assistance and my phone never rang.Furthermore, when I spoke to Felicia, she was extremely rude and short with me. I indicated her attitude was not welcome and she hung up on me, necessitating a call to her supervisor, who was just as flippant.Still waiting on the side of the road as I write this... please please please avoid Duggar’s Towing.

As a roadside assistance technician for Duggers, and as someone who has previously worked for other roadside assistance companies, perhaps I can shed some light as to the unreasonably long service times.First, dispatch has no clue about estimated arrival times (ETAs), nor do they have any decision-making authority to force a tech to prioritize one service call over any other. More info on call prioritization below. With that said, only trust the tech regarding ETAs -- you know, the one and only person throughout the service call who will actually be driving out to meet you. As a matter of good customer service, the tech should be calling you when theyre en route, but productivity incentives are in conflict with customer service incentives so I know that doesnt always happen. More on that below. Additionally, call handling and service call transfer procedures, especially when you call Geico who then calls Duggers (i.e., Geico is the middleman), can result in some calls getting lost and/or delayed.Most significantly, however, the techs pay structure is the biggest catalyst for suboptimal call prioritization and, thus, the biggest offender for long wait times. Duggers techs (some of whom are employees and some of whom are independent contractors) are paid a daily productivity rate ($8 per call) or a daily minimum flat rate (equivalent to $15/hr.), whichever is greater. Obviously, techs want to make as much money as possible, so theyre going to prioritize clusters of calls (which have short drives between each). For example, a cluster of calls in Gilbert will be prioritized over a few calls spread out across Deer Valley, Surprise, Glendale, and Goodyear, even if those few calls have been waiting for 2+ hours. Mathematically, techs need to average 2 calls per hour to beat the unlivable wage that is the equivalent of $15/hr. (impossible to hit consistently). Techs often work over their scheduled hours (e.g., 13.5 hours of a 12 hour shift) due to circumstances beyond their control (i.e., mismanagement, unique circumstances, traffic, time of day, etc.) and that daily flat rate minimum starts calculating out to a $10-14/hr equivalent since there is no overtime pay. No overtime pay is by design because techs arent technically working for an hourly wage. The pay is much worse, and effectively slave wages, for techs who also have to pay additional taxes, fuel, maintenance, tools, and equipment costs simply to work at Duggers. On the upside, some techs get a commission of $25 per battery sale even though the batteries are overpriced garbage. The pay structure is a breeding ground for toxic workplace behaviors that adversely impact customers, including but not limited to: (1) unnecessary battery replacement recommendations, pushy sales tactics, and price gouging; (2) politicking with dispatch to reassign unfavorable and less profitable calls to a different tech; and (3) delivering a lower quality customer experience so techs can hurry up and get to the next call. In summary, your call will be serviced last if youre too far away from a group of other calls and/or theres no potential for a tech to make a commission off of you.Also, having too many service calls and not enough techs on shift plays a part in suboptimal call prioritization. Staffing wouldnt be a problem if the techs were paid better than Walmart and fast food wages. As of now, the staffing strategy is: hire anyone and burn & churn.

Girl who was on the phones today should really be retrained.She is illiterate and has horrible phone skills..She lied to me..llPut me on hold for 20 minutes..Then just hung up ..I tried to call back 7.. yes 7 times and each time she said hold please I kept telling her no.. She did it anyway..When I called the first time the estimate was for 28 minutes..After 45 minutes I called and was put on hold for 20 minutes..I then called Geico roadside service and was told 15 more minutes..So after 2 hours sitting in 110⁰ heat in Phoenix AZ..A very nice man showed..After 2 hours.The Driver was great..But the girl answering your phones was the most illiterate rude girl I have spoken with in a long time..Called Geico roadside service and told them the story...

Its been more than 5 hours since I called to get my dead battery replaced. They are still not here. I have called them 3 times and they keep pushing the arrival time by 90mins. Dont ever count on this company to help you in time of need.

I have a dead battery. They sent the 1st tech out to jump start and he said the battery needed replacement. They sent a 2nd tech out with a battery and he said they don’t deal with my fleet provider. I have wasted almost a full day with these clowns. It was my fleet provider that called them in the first place. This company is a complete waste of time!

Better hope its not an emergency with Duggers.....waited for over 2.5 hours, finally cancelled after I called them for a 2nd time asking where they were, told me another d0 minutes.....just dont take the call if you cant handle it.....

I called my insurance company, Progressive, and they sent the Roadside Service Professional straight to my front door (I was at home when my tire went flat).They arrived fast and was more than courteous with me also sharing information about service fixes that could come in handy in the future.They changed my flat tire to the spare and checked that the spare was filled with the right amount of air. The were done in 10 minutes time, pretty fast.Great service!!

Scam! Waited 60 minutes than another 30 mins just for them to show up and say they can not put my spare on because is older than 6 years! Its 8 years old never been used. But they will bill geico for service call. What a scam! Ive already called geico and filled a complaint. I would not let these people touch your car.

After being called they arrived pretty fast and gave me a printed report of my battery status. He was able to show me which battery I needed, sell it to me, install it and dispose of the old one all within only 45 minutes and with a great attitude. I love that he was able to give me a printed breakdown of my charges. The prices were very comparable and the service was worth every penny!!!
