2/5 because we were able to walk right in and get seen. Unfortunately for $80 I have uneven, bubbled, crooked nails. I also have sensitive cuticles and skin and mentioned it to the lady doing my nails. Tell me why she felt the need to sand my skin?? I have cuts around my cuticles due to this. There is no nail polish on the sides of the nails and the acrylic is set to my skin. I got short round nails and the length in nails vary as well as the shape is not even. The acrylic container she filled to do my nails said soiled as well. So cleanliness was a concern. Also, I got a pedicure done and everything was going great until she got to doing the cuticles. She went very deep to the point it was painful and I said ow and she did it again. I am now worried I will develop an ingrown toe nail due to this. I will update if that happens. Highly disappointed and want to get the nails off but my nails are brittle as is and I do not want to do more damage. Not worth $80.00. Do not recommend.

Don’t come here. They don’t listen, are super pushy and everyone is super abrasive and rushed with their work.The pedicurist forgot to clean and cuticle my toes. When I told her, she argued and everyone instantly backed her up and just incessantly waved the cuticle cutter at me saying there was nail in it. Three against one was a bit too much.The manicurist kept slamming the cuticle pusher into my cuticles and tearing away at my cuticles to the point where I stopped her and showed her how to cut the cuticle fully before pulling away. I asked her to stop using such an abrasive buffer on my nails and she insisted despite telling her to stop 3 times.I left with nails not cleaned, shredded cuticles, barely any top coat, and just a very bad taste in my mouth.I went to target next door right after and paid $3 to out on a proper top coat.The headache of dealing with these guys isn’t worth it.

LOVE this place. Always prompt and friendly. Ive been a dozen times and only had one person ever cut a cuticle (which is a good ratio in my book and that person doesnt even work there anymore). Clean, bright and not intimidating.

Madam Sunshine always does great job. Beautiful hair cuts, Manicure, pedicure, hot oil treatments and coloring. She really spends time on each clients.Great job Madam sunshine!

Charged me $80 for my powder blue nails. One hand was really good and the other A MESS! The nail tech did work late but DID NOT execute my nails properly. She definitely charged me $80 for a $55 job!!! #honestly

I really didn’t like their price range especially with the results. I paid 60 bucks and came out with bad nails. Ok the lady was trying but if you’re gonna work at a salon you have to know how to do what people ask for. Feedback is never bad so just work on your skills plz

My acrylic gel nail literally broke off as I grabbed myKeys. Waste of money charged me $80 to do both mani and pedi. Not even 24hrs. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

This place is garbage I just started paying for my own nails and I wish i had a better first experience, totally overpriced me probably because they heard me and my friend have a conversation about the prices, she messed up on my nails and dont really have nice colors, HORRRIBLEEE paint job, messed up on three nails, poorly filed, I really do wish this place will go out of business because no one should be over priced for a horrible job on whatever they get, my friend got a pedicure, and that wasnt even impressive, also both of the ladies working with us got the wrong colors for me and my friend, but one good thing about this place is they are friendly most likely were talking about us in their language like usual, but they didnt discriminate, and I didnt sense prejudice or racism, but I strongly advised not to go here, I will never return there, sad. (Sorry for the long review)

I got Acrylics done here for the first time and was pleased to see how they had turned out. 3 days after I got them done one of my nails broke off and I had to go back to the salon to get it redone and had to pay $7 for somthing that should have been done right the first time. Then the next day 3 more of my nails broke off and I had to go back AGAIN. The woman fixing my nails picked the remaining acrylic gel off off with ANOTHER PLASTIC NAIL and did not soak it in acidtone at all like you are supposed to. After that for about a week it seemed like no more would break off but in my first day of school another one did and I had to go back. I dont know what the lady doing my nail that time did but once she put the top coat on the polish crackled, but not enough for it to be actual crackle polish. My nail looked horrible with all sorts of bumps and chunks sticking off of it but at this point I was so done with this place that I didnt care so I just paid the $7 and left. Needless to say I will never be going back there and I would highly advise to stay away from this place. I lost a whole hands worth of nails in the 2 weeks since I got them done the first time and acrylic nails shouldnt do that. Also should mention their pricing. On their bored its says that Acrylics cost $28 but I was charged over $40! When I asked about it they said that it was extra to get my nails shaped and painted even though I brought my own polish. Do not go to fantasy beauty spa unless you plan on waisting your money.

Worst service ever, the manicurist did a rushed job and my nails got mushed hours later, they never dried, and they chipped off easily. And I got gel polish, which is supposed to last 2-3 weeks. And it lasted hours... I wish I could give 0 stars!!! I’m warning guys, never Come here!!

Very poor job i went in a friday they have a new older lady she did a really bad job by Saturday my nail broke and when i call them they said it was my fault very disappointed the manager fixed it that same friday but im serious guys try somewhere else or if you already know the girl who always does them keep her dont change or you will be very mad on the way they do them..#never again coming back👎

The lady who did my nails did a good job a quick job but way way over charged like double anybody else

The nail salonist, Vicky took over an hour and 45 min to do my nails in which I was late to my movie. She didnt shape my nails correctly and they were skewed to one direction. Furthermore, with her sharpening tool she cut my skin around my nails and didnt even say anything when they were bleeding. I have air bubbles in the nail polish and she didnt even use the machine to let my nails dry. Horrible quality. I was also told that fake nails was 15$ when in actuality it was 30$.

This salon is very poor quality. I gave the lady a picture and she made my nails look nothing like the picture what’s so ever. She also did my acrylics and they were “round” but they were really ugly. Whatever you do don’t go here.

I got a gel manicure and pedicure, which I regularly get at another Salon but tried this one today because I was in the mall. The lady doing my nails couldnt even bother to finish the manicure she was so distracted and lazy and falling asleep she walked away and the lady doing my feet had to finish. The lady doing my feet cut my toe open with a Dremel when attempting to take off my old polish off my toes, she continue to hit the spot during the pedicure over and over and I was bleeding. it hurts so bad I actually screamed out OW in the middle of the salon.Manicure and the pedicure in the end did turn out nice, a week later I have already had five nails chip halfway off. I have never had a gel manicure only last 4 days. During the whole manicure and pedicure both people were completely distracted by the TV by the other people getting their nails done and they kept getting up and walking away to do other peoples nails and things during my manicure and pedicure making it take twice as long. Being distracted also caused them to mess up and have to redo nails too. They have a great location that theyre wasting by not having decent nail techs.

I recomend to not going to this place. Its bad service because I wanted my nails gel,and I payed 40 dollars. And on the next day they took off. Then I went back the next day and they said it was not gel it was regular. I asked if they could do ir right and they said I had to pay 15 dollars more just to get my nails some gel. Its crazy that I have to pay 15 more dollars. then I said that just let me get regular,but they wanted to Charge me more. I asked if I could get my money back,but they said no because they didnt know if I did my nails there. And of the ladies that was there that night said that she didnt see anything. I recomend to go to perfect ten nail salon they have really good service and listen to what you want.

I get my nails done here and they are always done right, I recommend this place to my colleagues and they love my nail tech as well. Thank you.

False advertisement, on their list of hair cut purchases it says 20 dollars and I ended up paying 50 because I wasn’t a “student “ which was what I was told afterwards. Ridiculous.

First she was so rough she cut me in three places, the nail job was sloppy, and she got nail polish all over me, even my wrist. How do you do that?? Do yourself a favor, theres two other nail places in the mall, go to any other one.

DONT GO HERE !! I WAITED MORE THAN AN HOUR AND WHEN IT WAS MY TURN, THE LADY DIDNT EVEN DO IT RIGHT ! It was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had in a nail salon, when we first walked in they were eating and talking to us with food in their mouths and it was disgusting. While she was doing my nails (I got a fill) she took about 3 calls on the phone which is incredibly unprofessional. She never talked to me or asked questions or anything she was completely silent. I had broken the fake nail on my thumb and instead of filling it off she tried to pop it off with one of those stick on nails and ended up stabbing through my actual nail and making me bleed so instead of saying sorry and disinfecting it she ignored it and just put the acrylic over it. The nails also are terrible and look like complete garbage because she didn’t take off as much acrylic she should have from the nails I had on and so they became way too thick from putting on more acrylic and she didn’t even shape them the way I wanted. She put that Crome powder stuff on my nail and accidentally swiped a little off when trying to clean my hand and so one hand has more than the other, she noticed it too but just laughed about it and didn’t fix it. I do not recommend going to this place at all, the service was terrible and my nails turned out disgusting. Please spare your time and money and do not come here, go somewhere else!

Do not, I repeat, do not go to this salon. I spent $30 on a gel manicure and its the worst manicure Ive ever had. I wish I could upload a picture to share. They got busy so before my pedicure was done the shifted me to another station and never finished my pedi as far as lotion, massage etc and I had to wait for the polish. $60 wasted.

Their nail people are okay but these people have saved my hair. The first time they cut it exactly the way I wanted it and listened to what I wanted. The second time I went somewhere before to try to save money but my hair cut was terrible chunky choppy and uneven and they saved my hair by evening everything and I didnt have to lose too much of my length on my hair. Just tell them what you want and how you want things and they will do just that

A lady had head lice and one fell on my sweater 😤 they do good nails but thats the only thing that ticked me off.
