I’ve been looking for a new nail place and found Niki nails very close to home! I requested a booking online and was received a response in about 10 min. Went in for a fill and a shape change and I am in love with my nails!! They are beautiful and much better than my previous nail place. I will bring my daughter in the future for pedicures!! I’ve found my nail place!!

Loved it definitely coming back next time gorgeous pedis and manis but the lady cut me a lil bit she went to deep and I felt bad so I said oh it’s ok it’s my bad or whatever I said but other then that very nice and best looking manicure and pedicures I’ve ever had and I got the shape I wanted coffin just lovely 😊 🌺❤️‍🔥I highly and recommend anyone here especially for being in sanjose they are perfect ❣️

I never realized how important a really good nail designer was until I met Niki. I used to think it was okay to get burned sometimes or have mediocre designs but then my friend introduced me to Niki.I went to her for many years always knowing I would have professional service and of course the most amazing hand painted designs. Then one day I called for an apt. and she wasnt there and they wouldnt tell me how to reach her. I had to go back to mediocre quality nails... until today!I FOUND NIKI again and she remembered me! Now she has her own salon! If she ever has to move again Ill know where -- and believe me, Ill follow!!! I have been to Nikis nails so many times now in the past few months, and this review is long overdue.I love Nikis nails! She is so good!! I always get gel acrylic over my natural nails. I think its called an overlay? She is great with me, because I am super picky, and she does exactly what I want but better! My nails always lasts for over 3 weeks! And she is thorough and quick too! :)She takes only 30 minutes! Thats half the time it takes other nail techs to do my nails. :-DAnd I get pedicures there too, Thuy did my pedicure and she is really good!! If youre looking for exceptional customer service, reasonable prices and amazing nails, I would highly recommend this salon. ;)

I decided to walk in and check out this salon since it had just opened in my area. I had such a great experience! The place is clean, everything seems fresh and new. Niki was very friendly and personable. I showed her a picture of a manicure that I liked, and she did exactly what I wanted. I was in and out in 20 minutes! Great prices too. I literally only come to Niki for my nails ever since I found her through yelp. The fact that she genuinely cares about her clients and the work she does makes this place worth way more than 5 stars. She does amazing nail art and enjoys what she does. I promise you won’t be disappointed!

Niki is fantastic! The salon is very clean and modern. This has been my go to place for months now because of their outstanding quality.

I got my nails done and I was pretty happy with the results. The paint in my daughters fingernail peeled off 3 hours later, so I took her somewhere else. Ive never had my nails professionally painted but the paint lasted 4 days before it peeled off from one of my nails. Theyre reasonably priced compared to where my daughter has gone before to do her nails.The salon is clean, the staff are super friendly. I think my daughters experience was just a bad day based on the reviews here and we will be going back a second time to give them another chance.

9 month update:I have been going here pretty regularly for 9 months now and my 5 star review still stands. When my family came to visit from NY I brought them here and they loved it. Customer service is outstanding and everyone here cares about you.Initial Review:I originally stopped in because I had an interview nearby and had time before going into work. And because I saw a 3D Nails sign outside. They did a great job. I went back the other day to get a fill and a pedicure. This time, I came prepared with a photo off of Instagram for a 3D nail design and crystals (I brought in my own Swarovski crystals for my nails) and asked for that picture to be the inspiration.She started doing the 3D design from the picture onto my nails, but she felt like it didnt look right so she took it off. Im happier with how my nails turned out than the picture. She was concerned with my nails looking right for my hand/nail size and took the extra few minutes to re-do it, which I love. We all need that person in our lives to help us not look like a hot mess.Speaking of hot mess, I havent had a pedicure in about 10 months. I kept up on basic toe nail hygiene, but nothing extra special. When I sat down for the pedicure, I was handed a menu with extra ad-ons which was nice. I cant remember the exact thing I chose, but I think it was callus softening and a scrub. It smelled and felt wonderful.Having been here twice, both times Ive been here everyone has been so nice and they really care about making you happy and looking and feeling your best. This place is clean, bright, and happy. Definitely worth the drive for me!
