They service our apartment complex. Very nice person. Very little roach activity, but I also use baits. I owe these people my life a few years ago, and Ill leave it at that.

The woman who answers the phones is very rude and offers little to no help. It’s every time we call, not a once in a blue moon thing. (I’d be fine with once in a blue moon seeing as we all have off days.) The technician that we’re scheduled for is also rude and scared of dogs to the point he acts like he can’t come in our home even when they’re in the bedroom. We have multiple households we use their service for but that doesn’t seem to matter.

Chandar is the best technician we have ever had. He is so friendly and is very thorough with his work when he services our home. He is extremely detail oriented and very good at identifying bugs and using the best pet safe remedy to get rid of them.

Our lawncare technician Chandar Freeman has been excellent. He is super friendly, attentive and explained the spiders and bugs to us (the palmetto bugs aka roaches), being from NJ. The NC spiders here are a whole new thing for us, especially the furry Wolf spiders and millions of babies they carry and being not so good with spiders he ensures that he takes care of that for us. He works with our crazy work schedules, around my 90 year old mom, our 3 doodles, and our 2 cats so that we now see far less WOLF spiders, no roaches in the garage and just today took care of our earwig colony in the garage. He is like having a close friend come by, we are extremely pleased 100%. EXCELLENT A+ service.

I had a terrible gnat infection for about three weeks and tried everything from homemade traps to buying light bulbs and nothing worked! Then a call was made to Dobson Pest Control and they sent out their tech, Chandar. He came and put down some treatment the first week and was very honest to let me know that he might have to treat it one more time. During the days in between the treatments, he check on the status of the gnats and was very professional and detailed! He let me know every step he was doing and came back for the last treatment.
