I go here at least once a month and always recommend this salon to my friends. Usually I asked for whoever is the best and the front desk always places me with the right person. They also have an app where you can earn points for your service. Highly recommend that! I am always offered something to drink as well, which I appreciate. I love how the owner always comes by and greets me and all the other customers. The customer service is great.

100% the BEST nail salon I have been to since moving to Town from FL last April. The staff here is always extremely friendly, have incredibly speedy service, and I always leave extremely satisfied! I come here regularly, but every technician is phenomenal and makes sure you walk out with a smile! The amenities are top notch, and their products are the highest quality.. Definitely my #1 recommendation for anyone looking for a great manicure/pedicure experience in town! (They also do waxing too!)

The owner is amazing!!! First off they had no wait time on a sunday after brunch time... that is amazing in itself. I brought in a picture of what I wanted and she did excellent. She asked me if I liked the shape, what color on which nail, tested out the color on me before using it. Honestly I am very picky about my nails, the tech and the shop and this place is worth 5 stars. My friend had a picture and she used gold flake perfectly to make her nails great and tested the matte on her nails before doing all them. It was a great experience, will be back.

First time here. Very friendly welcome. Came after work at 6pm after making an appt online. They were very busy but sat me right away. Did a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. Was overwhelmed with so many colors to choose from. Showed Rachel some pictures and she took care of the rest. Very happy with my summer nails!

Excellent service, I went today and I left really happy because I wanted a design and I got the exact same thing that I show on the picture. I recommend it. Also the staff is really friendly and polite.

Great pedi and nails. Reasonably priced for what you get. Lots of technicians so I have not had a wait both times I went. The SNS nails are the best ones I have had in town.

I have been looking for a reliable nail salon I can go to thats nearby, and does exemplary work. I made an appointment and arrived to the location, which is stunning in and of itself. The beautiful aesthetic of pink delicate flowers on the wall really complimented nicely. My nail tech was resourceful and kind. I showed her a picture on how I wanted my nails done, and she did that, and beyond. They are gorgeous. The woman who did my pedicure also did a superb job, although I didnt get her name. Overall an amazing job! I cant wait to go back.

Been trying to find a luxe nail salon and Im so happy I stumbled upon this place. Reasonably price, great colors, and great service. Ill absolutely be back! Only did s fill and pedicure this time, but want to try the gel extensions next time!

Let me tell you that I moved and I came back to the area just because of their work! The place is really good. To begin with, they are very punctual, so you will not be waiting hours as other places. After picking up your color, the nail estheticians do whatever you need (acrylics, deep powder, gel, regular or gel manicure, and pedicure) very fast and efficient. They got this massage chairs which makes your experience even more relax. They do other services as well as waxing, which Ive never tried before but I bet the service will be the same if you are thinking on having it. Additionally, they offer you something to drink for free during your session. Lets talk about how clean these ladies work, yes, they are very clean and use a lot of disposable tools which keeps me in peace lol. Prices are not as cheap as other places but just for a couple of bucks and it is worth it.

Wow Im so impressed! My tech was amazing, so gentle + kind, incredibly detail oriented and a perfectionist. She took her time while still being thoughtful! The receptionist was also very professional. Found my new nail place!

This place is in a beautiful location and has great ambiance. The owner did my nails using SNS dip powder and he did a great job! I love my nails. Im a hairstylist so Im pretty hard on my nails and they have held up great. Luxury prices, however the service does match (complimentary wine!).

I got a pedicure with callus remover and she barely scrubbed the bottom my feet.I still have my feet looking like I didn’t have a pedicure done .Nail polish could be applied on better. The massage was good though.Still wondering why they don’t accept credit cards and when I paid via Venmo I was told not to put any nail related item under the comment???🧐 questionable !

I had a good first experience here. On a whim, I wanted to get out of the house so I booked a same day online appt about 2 hours in advance. The staff was prepared when I arrived and my appt started on time. I went in with a literal picture of the nails I wanted. My nail tech was super polite and worked hard to give me the look I was going for.

Really great experience! This is my first time doing gel extension, the person doing my nails did a great job explaining. The interior is gorgeous, its a new San but definitely worth checking out! Ill definitely be back as soon as these nails grow out.

First time here and Im very impressed. I got a gel manicure and neck massage. The owner did both and she did a great job! I was in and out within an hour. The staff was very professional and courteous. As soon as I walked in, they started my nails and gave me some water. I would recommend this shop to everyone. I will definitely be back. Thanks!!!

VERY BAD SERVICE. The ladies tell you one price at the beginning and then charge you a different price then they lie about it and say they didn’t do that. They don’t clean their massage chairs at all, I sat in a completely dirty chair with clipped nails and dust. They don’t follow any covid precautions. And they talk about you and complain every time you say something. Used to go often but I’m never coming back again.

Absolutely fantastic! I showed them a picture of what I wanted and then left it up to them and they gave me exactly what I wanted. Took time to perfect every nail as well. A little bit expensive for what I got particularly, but earned by the hard work. First pictures are what they did, last picture is what I asked for.

My girl does such an amazing job on my full set, her work is consistent every time. Im a regular client for full set and gel pedicure, I always leave with the most beautiful and perfect nails. All the salon girls are so nice and sweet, and the salon is beautiful. Thank you girls for always giving me the best service!

This has been my shop for years, Jasmine is a wonderful manager. Ive been seeing Michelle for my acrylics consistently for over a year now, she always does an outstanding job going above and beyond for me. Elisia does my toes she is fabulous as well. I would highly reccomend making this your shop the girls are beyond lovely and make my whole day!

0 stars! This was my first visit and they completely messed up. The female started to rush, didnt do the nails properly, didn’t clean my nails etc. I was very annoyed. She didnt even file the nails properly. This was the first time I didnt tip. They offer a hot stone massage and the lady took 5 mins in total. Complete waste of my time and money. Go to some better nail salon to save yourself from this bad service. If I could give zero stars, I would.

First time visiting this nail salon, it was right off the freeway and the moment I walked in everyone was so nice and exciting. They were able to get 3 of us in with a last minute appointment! I definitely recommend. The atmosphere is clean and bright with great music and vibes !

I went there with my daughter to get her a mani and pedi for her graduation. My daughter asked for a light pink color on both they ignored our request even while they were doing it. Her toes ended up looking like she did it herself with white out and her nails with a clear coat. We told them it was wrong and the nail technician looked at us annoyed and said she would have to start all over again to fix it. We had told her while she was doing it and ignored us too. They did not buff the nails and in the end the polish was messy and unprofessional. It was a low quality job.On my pedi, the nail polish is peeling after one day. They only put one light coat. I could tell they were just trying to get us out of there and paid no attention to us. Dont waste your money, because you could do a better job at home. Now, I have to go to a competitor to get everything repaired.If I could do no stars I would. This was the worst experience I have even had getting a mani/pedi, ever.

I was in the area and needed to get my nails done. I went on a Thursday weekday and roughly around 3pm. I called the salon first to see what the wait time would be and the manager said there would be no wait. She was right. As soon as we had checked in, she already had three chairs ready for my sister, her boyfriend and I. I would go back again just to do my feet again.

The owner is absolutely amazing and sweet! She is very time efficient which i can appreciate and is very great at paying attention to details. I recently started doing dip nails and its the best thing she could of recommended to keep my nails from breaking constantly.

I just moved here a month ago & have been trying to find a good nail salon. Ive been to two different places before I came across this salon. My toes are so cute. She shaped them so well. Im also obsessed with my nails!!!! I usually get really long ballerina shaped nails, Acrylics, The whole 9. Today, I went for a shape & length completely out of my comfort zone & she did an amazing job. I love how natural they look!

I was hesitant to start wearing acrylic nails again but I chose Diva Nails after seeing how clean the set up was. I feel that the manager and technicians care deeply about the safety of their guests and the quality of their work. I like how Jesse does my nails, theyre exactly how I like them. Ive never had to wait for an appointment.

This is absolutely my favorite nail bar in Town! No matter which tech provides you service, you will not leave disappointed! I love that all of the technicians that I have encountered speak clear English and generally speak in English to each other as well, I will continue to frequent here every time I get my nails done and I recommend them to all my friends.

Pleasantly surprised - the prices were reasonable (manicure with 7 min lava stone massage was $20 and gel lack is an extra $15 on their regular prices) and they were able not to cut into anything and the application of the lack was spot on. Good selection of colours as well.

Ive been to many nail salons before I came here, and its hands down the best. If you want a relaxing place, this is is for you, you have to come here. I only waited for about 5 minutes which was very nice, and the environment is very relaxing. Additionally, the staff offers refreshments, making the nail spa very lovely.

I only come here for my manicures and pedicures. The staff is friendly and remembers their customers. I always feel welcome and taken care of!

Then the female started to rush, didnt do the nails properly, left uncovered edges etc. I was very annoyed. She didnt even filed the nails properly. This was the first time I didnt tip. Go to some better nail salon to save yourself from this bad service.

Michelle did not give a good manicure. I had to remind them to cut my cuticles and to file my nails before putting on the color. The actual application of color was messy, and the final result was not good. They were very nice about going back and fixing their errors, but even then the job was mediocre. I will have to get it redone somewhere else.
