Ombré Dip for the win!! 💅 Very lightweight, so much better than gel. Highly recommend this salon. All the ladies are sweet and polite. Salon is clean and has ample parking in the back.

My nails get beat up each day and more than two weeks later you can see they still look beautiful. This was my first visit and Su took great care of me. Looking forward to my next appointment and trying out the pedicures.

My mother and I went here today for my birthday, and I am a little disappointed, my mother felt as if the woman who was doing her pedicure, rushed the process. I felt like the woman who did my pedicure took her time, but she left some of the mask on my leg. My anger came from when we went to pay( my mother treating me) their website states that you can get a free pedicure with a valid ID. When I pulled out my ID to show them it was my birthday the lady said I think you must be confused how are you paying ? And then she said that she gave me 10% off for my birthday, but we did not get any money off. We are not broke people expecting handouts, but don’t false advertise saying that you will do something if you’re not willing to do it.

I had a great experience. Tina was very nice and did an amazing job on my pedicure. Definitely coming back.

Its been so long since Ive had a basic mani pedi and decided to check this place out since its walking distance from my apartment.Went early around 0915, employees were also heading in around that time sanitizing their work stations and prepping for the day.Walked in and signed in on the sheet of paper provided at the front desk, stations are maintaining the guidelines of 6 feet apart, employees wearing masks, sanitizers located at a wealthy amount throughout the up, dividers between when youre sitting on the massage chairs with the foot sinks and also the stations where you sit to get your hands pampered.My hands and feet are pretty beat up from using a lot of sanitizer on my hands, feet from wearing flip flops in SoCal for a majority of my life. Tina did a pretty nice job.Started off with my feet first, soaked them in warm water, used the buffer on my nails, cut them, cleaned any excess dead skin.I requested for the most basic mani pani, no lotion no massage and callus in addition. Mani pedi with callus coat a total of $60 which is an okay price being NorCal? Not sure haha but thats how much I paid.Manicure was pleasant. Gotta make sure I maintain my hands and feet better and am getting into a regimen where I go often. Hope this review helps.

They were really nice but she rushed doing my nails asked for ombré and they weren’t done how I asked. As you can see it was just not don’t right . You can see so many clear spots. I paid $50 when online it said $30. So I can have them redone or something please let me know.

I got the gel pedicure. They didn’t go all the way down the nails (by far), so my toenails look like they do after three full weeks of growth. Additionally they used only two thin coats of clear glitter, so I have a bruise on one of my toes that can be easily seen through the thin polish, which is also uneven in places. They were very nice, just didn’t do a good job. I will get it fixed in a couple days at another place.

First and last time I go here. I read the reviews and decided to give it a try despite all the negative reviews. I paid $55 for my nails for new set with shellac. The girl left one crooked compare to the other ones, but it wasnt noticeable unless you really looked at my nails. 3 days later one of my nails broke off,but it was Christmas eve so no way of going to get it fixed. 2 days later 2 more break off and my nail polish started coming off. I expected them to at least last till new years in ok condition,but by then half came off and took my real nail with them. Low quality nail polish and low quality service.

I have been coming here for years and love it. The staff is welcoming and friendly and they have made it Covid safe. I was thrilled when they reopened. Good quality and up-to-date equipment, relaxing music and massage pedicure chairs. Ahhhh...

My daughter and her friends went. I just drove them but after 2 hours...they werent happy with the nails..

Ivy did my nails, but i was told afterwards that she was new. She was nice, but very rough. Made me bleed on 4 different fingers. The polish/acrylic was sloppy, and pricier than the quality deserved. They took $5 off and applied a medicine to my cuts.

Went to Neo Nail Spa for the first time. I called in the morning and made an appointment for 11.45am for the same day, and they took me right away when I arrived. The store is really nicely decorated and very clean; the massage chair worked well, I was very relaxed. Im super ticklish, so I cant say the callous removal was easy, but it WAS extremely effective, as was the paraffin wax treatment. The tech did a very good job applying my polish, Im happy with how it looks. The pedi packages are a nice variety -- all hover at $45 as of 5/24/2018.Since this was my first time, Im not sure how long the polish will last -- Ill add an update in 3 to 4 weeks, which is my expectation for a pedi. Ill very likely return.______________Update: The polish lasted 2 weeks before a minor chip appeared; 3 weeks till something major was obvious. Id say thats okay, but not great. Pedis Ive received from other places that do lotion & oil AFTER applying the polish, the color just grows out on my nails. Keeping the ratings at 4 stars-- I would give 5 if the polish had lasted closer to 4 weeks.

I love love love neo’s nails! Every time I come in I get wonderful service, amazing nails, and wonderful staff. Their COVID polices are amazing. Everyone is wearing a mask and they always disinfect after each person and they use clean tools. I never have to worry about anything and I am comfortable having my nails done here in the time of COVID. She did these amazing Halloween nails for me with matte ombré nails and I am absolutely in love! Come here for your mani and pedis!

I came here for a pedicure on a weekend morning. Theres a parking lot in the back that usually has space. There was no wait time and I was told it gets busy after 2pm on weekends. They offered me a drink as soon as I sat down. It seems they serve teas and coffee, have easy to access restrooms, and seats have massage. They have a variety of services and go a lil more in depth than other nail salons Ive gone to. I chose the lemon scrub pedi with a black gel color and had a really relaxing good time. All the technicians were very nice and hospitable and most wore a name tag. Ill definitely be coming here again. ^u^

I am surprised to see this place has such a low rating, I have been coming here for around 3 years now and the new management has made this place very inviting, have increased the numbers of services available, such as dip nail, and created a more relaxing ambiance.

This place is pretty awesome... they are always courteous and that goes a long way with me.I use to only come occasionally when my usual place was close. To be candid the service, attention to detail has made become more consistent. Recently they reccommended a Dip process claiming to be healthier way. I pretty apprehensive, but decided to try, and OMG Im soooooo happy. This is only my 2and application and progress. Ive able to finally get off acrylic nails and grow my own. Hallelujah!!!My nails are coming along slowly but surely. Super excited!!

I got a mani, pedi, and eyebrow wax. The wax was painless, which is a big deal for me since I have sensitive skin. The pedicure was also incredibly thorough, something Ive struggled to find elsewhere. The manicure was... a little rough. I have sensitive cuticles so they cut a little close a couple times and it resulted in me bleeding. Im sure this can be corrected if I let them know ahead of time.Theyre one of the most conveniently located places for me, so Ill probably be going back.

I come here every other week. The staff is very friendly and customer oriented. Their nail work is consistent and solid.

What’s the point of calling for an appointment? It’s really about first come, first served! Went for pedi and the young male employee was horrible. Sniffling the entire appointment, couldn’t understand anything he said, pedi is below standard, polish and trimming toes poor and it’s probably my last visit there. I had set the massage chair on “knead” and he took the remote and changed it to “tapping”-which I hate. I asked him to do my heels and that lasted maybe 1 minute. Very disappointed

As much as i would like to give better rating, this place is overpriced and the pedicure are poorly done. The girl Susan did a.poor job of painting my toenails and left streaks. Then, after completing my service, moves on to the next and doesnt even check back on me. After gettimg agitated the owner asks me of im ready to leave. She doesnt check if.my nails are even dry which they were not, and then asks me how much i want to tip the girl!! really???!!! Nope, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! For $50 you best give better service with better quality.

I love Neos; have been going there for years. The owner is always there and it is a very clean, pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. They dont rush you in and out and they use quality products. I have never left there with my nails looking anything other than perfect. And they have OPI gel which lasts forever!

This place is a rip off, I filed a complaint with the bbb, I went in for a color change and ask for OPI gel, they put regular polish and then put a gel top coat, that started to peal the next day. They charged me $40.00 buck ? its only 20.00 at the most in all other places. I will not stand and let this rip off place take advantage of me like this, I wonder who else they did this too. If I could,,,,, I would not leave a star, but you have to to submit the rating on this dump. I file a complaint with BBB.....
