The girl at the front desk was so rude I wouldn’t even bother getting my kids haircut there. You’re the first face the customer sees when they enter the shop. Do better!

This makes the 5th Sport Clips Ive been to and the 5th time I waited an extended amount of time (after checking in online to avoid the wait) and left before even getting a haircut. Not sure if its policy to have people hanging out in the store for ridiculous amounts of time. Its a haircut. For men. It should not take 45 minutes to do a mens haircut. Well, at Sport Clips it does apparently. Ill go pay triple what they charge for fast, on time service.

This sport clips has been my favorite for a while but after today I will not be back. The wait times are ridiculous although today the online check in said it was only 15 minutes but after 30 minutes of being ignored I left without a haircut.

A friend of mine I worked with from the hospital referred me to this place to get my hair cut which Im so glad that he did. I had my haircut at a cheaper price which I am happy with the value better than my other barber. I was referred to their best barber, Brittney. Her station is always clean and She did an awesome job shaping up my hair.

Manager was nice. Bad hair cut. Cant fix it when they cut it to short to start. Not going back to that stylist again. Why tell them what you want if they dont listen.

I performed the online check-in with the app...first available stylist....the app calculated about a 5 minute wait time. I get there, let them know Im there and notice 2 people ahead of me. No big deal I can wait. 2 others come in after me and get placed behind me in the que. At this point I have answered the Covid questions and had my temperature taken. All of a sudden my name dissappears from the screen and I get a notification from sports clips ...sorry you didnt make it in. I say something and get put back at the end of the que. Coincidentally, the gentleman behind me who requested a specific stylist, then gets called back by said stylist. They obviously know each other from their conversation. I feel I was bumped for a preferred customer. Spent my whole lunch hour waiting and left without a haircut. Very disappointed. Oh, and when I asked to be removed from the list because I was out of time, the stylist replied oh....i said I really didnt have the time to be moved back on the list. Her reply was well you didnt get moved all the way back.

Leslie is my preferred stylist and the chosen one! She’s been cutting my hair for years and It’s been the best experience. Every time I visit Sport Clips, she’s got someone in her chair, but the wait is worth it because I won’t let anyone else touch my hair. See Leslie, she’s very pleasant and knows what she’s doing!

Booked an appointment online, twice, for the same exact stylist. First time she asked if I wanted to see someone else, not entirely sure why but she made it somewhat obvious she didnt want to perform a service for myself. The last time I made one for my son just to see if it was a coincidence, not the case. Booked online, missed the first opportunity... that was on me. However, my son was next on the list and she claimed to have asked for his name, never heard a single peep. Actually looked at us both directly and then changed her demeanor. I have no idea what happened.

Did not listen when explained how i wanted it cut. After messing it up, a second person came over did some more. But did not correct it, no apology or anything and still charged full price. A bad look when I didnt tip. Now I have to find somewhere else to fix my hair and pay a second time for a haircut. Great start to this business trip. Bad service worse customer service.

I visit this location fairly regularly but I only stay if Leslie is available. She is hands down, my favorite stylist of all time. Shes been styling and cutting my rapidly receding hairline for years. Shes a consummate professional and always delivers exactly what I expect. Ill admit Im a little distracted by the place. Its a family friendly, well lit, clean environment with a great supply of product that doesnt make me feel all girly to purchase some hair product. Im not a super handsome guy but when I walk out of there after having my hair done I feel like a solid 4 out of 10 instead of a 2. The VIP treatment is definitely the way to go. I mean who doesnt want a hot towel wrapped around his head along with a head massage? As much as I enjoy Sports Clips Id honestly follow Leslie to a different salon if she decided to move. She also offers to take a selfie with my new hairdo if Ill allow which I always do because lets be honest who doesnt want to take a selfie with Leslie? Did I also mention that shes easy on the eyes? :)

I was at the McCain Sports Clips last night (10/17/19) to get my regular 4 month hair cut. Leslie, who has been my stylist for some time now, and for whom I waited 30 minutes to see, actually made a total mess of my hair. She cut it to short, the sides were uneven, and the back basically is balder. I was so disappointed when I made it home and saw the devastation she had caused to my hair. While at the shop, I observed other stylist buzzing their way through haircuts I guess to reach a quota. They didnt spend a lot of time working with their clients. I would have gotten a better haircut at the barber college for 1/4th the price.

I have gone to this Sports Clips for years, and I specifically see Leslie. While aive never had a less than great experience with any of the other stylists, she was my first stylist there and Im a loyal customer when I get great service, so I ask for her if shes available. She knows what ai like and doesnt even have to ask. Shes always quick with the cut but takes her time with the MVP which is so relaxing and my favorite part! The salon is always clean, and the staff friendly and I love the sports on TV, if they are busy the wait flies by thanks to the big screen TV! I cant recommend Sports Clips of NLR enough!

Went in on a slow weekday, had no wait at all. After getting what was undoubtedly the fastest haircut Ive ever gotten in my life I was, admittedly, very skeptical. Upon looking in the mirror I was pretty satisfied with the end result, but of course you dont have a concrete opinion of your cut until youre home and more closely observing yourself in the mirror. Upon a second take I think I can say this is hands down one of the best haircuts Ive gotten in a long time, despite my somewhat vague instructions when describing what I wanted. Ive been a patron of Sports Clips for many years. I have always ordered the triple play, which included the hot towel. I was in Monday and ordered the triple play, as always, and it now is only a haircut and shampoo. I can go other places in town far less expensive. I have been a return customer for the hot towel. Without that, I will not be back.

The haircut was great and the service was quick. I had to be in to work at ten that morning and they opened at nine. I got my haircut quickly and was at work on time great job. I love my sports clips.

They are always so helpful fast and so nice. If I had hair thats where Id go. It is however where we will always take my son.

You can get in and out quickly and the stylists are all super friendly and skilled.

Pretty unassuming from the outside, but a well-trained and knowledgeable staff. Usually no waiting and calling ahead isnt needed. Not to mention their hours work a lot better for those of us that have jobs and cant really take off work to get a haircut.

My stepson and I went in to get haircuts here and they were so bad, we had to have another salon fix them. Two different stylists and they were both like they just picked up scissors for the first time that day. High price on top of poor skills is a terrible combination for a business plan.

When i got there everything was normal. I told the lady that i wanted the top to be the same length and a fade on the side. She left the top alone, but decided to ignore what i said and took a plain 0. Without a fade. I have never had any problems there before.

If you go here youre basically rolling the dice. Ive had one haircut that was excellent, one marginal, and the other two are in the top two worst hair cuts Ive ever received. I wish I knew the girls name that cut my hair last time, because she did an amazing job. This time, I asked for a medium fade, and the stylist took the fade all the way on top my head. So now both side of my hair have a sunken in look because she faded it to a point and apparently didnt know what to do from there. There are notches, nicks, and random patches of long hair. I went back and asked to have it fixed and was told basically I would have to have my head shaved and let it grow back out. So looks like I get to wear a hat the next few weeks, except Im not allowed to wear a hat at work. I would highly recommend going else where.

Never had an issue with any sports clips before this one. Just moved to town and needed a haircut so went it. Was not greeted at all, signed in and sat there for 30 minutes as 4 different people that came in after me passed me up to get their haircut. When I got up and walked out, the lady tried to tell me the latest guy to skip me requested her, like that makes it ok to make me sit there while everyone else gets to get there haircut. I was getting my haircut for military duty this weekend, please believe everyone I know will know to not waste their time in this place. Ill find somewhere else in town.

Me and my 4 year old son got haircuts today. The dark complected girl took us both. Son was first and the girl had to call over another girl to fix his hair cuz She jacked it up. Well i should have got the other girl to fix mine too cuz i got home and realized she really jacked mine up too. I told her to do a medium fade and blend the top in. Both of us ended up buzzed way up past our part lines to no return, and i had to cut the front of my bangs when i got home cuz one side was about 4 inches long and the other side was about 2 1/2. Will not be going there again. Ive been there about 6 times and get a different stylist everytime to try and find a good one. The only descent cut i had was the from the dark headed eldest girl thats been there for awhile, shes the one who fixed my sons hair. I would go back to her if i had too.

Friendly workers, but overpriced. I asked for a medium-skin fade. Upon completion I asked for the cut closer on my skin fade. The reply I received was, thats the closest my clippers can get. If youre military go somewhere else. You get a comparable cut for half the price.
