Very clean, they have a timer so you get your full 5 minute foot massage. Kim did a fabulous job. I will go back, but make an appt, while I was there 3 walk ins were turned away for a later time.

I went for a manicure and they did a good job. Their starting price for manicure is 20 bucks and if you want the one with gel, you will have to give another 5 to 10 dollars.

Had an appointment for 12 pm to have a manicure and pedicure. Unfortunately I didn’t get helped until 12:45 so due to waiting 45 minutes had to cancel the manicure. Didn’t end up leaving till 1:30 (JUST for a pedicure) Hopefully they can improve their time management

Zero stars if I could. The women are rude here! Please don’t be fooled by the good reviews and post attention to the bad reviews. This place and their service sucks. The manager doesn’t do anything to counter measure the poor/negative reviews. She just ignores them. The nail techs have little to no skill, theyre limited at what they can do, they’re sloppy, rude and take zero ownership for the customer experience and not to mention over priced..... there are better places near by, use your money elsewhere at a different salon. Don’t ever come here

Everytime I go to get a gel manicure, it lasts for a month or more. The place is very clean and relaxing. Both the manicurist and pedicurist were very nice and courteous. Ive been going here for months and havent had any problems.

At first I thought the salon was over priced, but after my services, I realized that it was well worth while. I had two ladies work on my hand and feet. The salon special pedicure was nice and the regular manicure was great. I think if they had water bottles, or tea, my experience would be enhanced. Overall, I think the ladies did a good job!

This was my first pedicure since Covid and I was so impressed by how clean and efficient they were. My feet are so soft and Ive missed being pampered like this. Will definitely be back

I visited this location two weeks ago for a drop-in gel manicure. I ended up getting the paraffin treatment as well (dang my hands were soft)!!. I was extremely pleased with how nice my nails looked. Nghi shaped them PERFECTLY and she took her time to make sure the polish was applied without any flaws. I am fairly tough on my hands and usually my gel manicures are barely hanging on after 14 days. They still look pretty good - no major chipping and still shiny! Ill definitely be back!

I’ve been here a few times for regular manicures and pedicures and have had good experiences. The nail techs are detail oriented and do a good job. Usually it’s pretty quiet and relaxing. I would recommend making an appointment because they can get kind of busy! You have to oay cash but have an ATM if you need it. I think you can also pay by card but with an additional fee.

Very clean, professional salon & staff. This was my first time coming to Diva Nails & I got a manicure w/buff shine & a spa pedicure w/gel polish. It was wonderful and reasonably priced. The atmosphere is very relaxing as the music is soft & they have signs requesting no loud talking on cell phones or eating inside salon. I enjoyed the experience much more than the other salons that I have tried recently & will come back again. NOTE: It is cash only but there are banks nearby & they have an ATM machine as well, however, I had seen the reviews & CashOnly sign & came prepared.

This nail salon is in a very busy parking lot, where parking can be scarce, be prepared to spend some time finding a spot during busy times. Parking aside, I made an appointment with Tracy for a “house special” pedicure. I sat in one of 8 leather massage chairs and selected which pedicure I preferred from their menu of services. I was offered both gel and regular polish colors. paid great attention to detail - shape and length of my nails all match (I’m rather particular about this). She also tidied up my cuticles beautifully. She also trimmed to prevent ingrown nails without being asked. The scrub, paraffin dip and massage were lovely and relaxing (I was so relaxed, I may have nodded off). I’ve scheduled my next appointment.

I typically come to this nail salon ALL the time but today is the worse experience I have ever had here. From the moment I walked in the door, there was a weird vibe. The services I requested was eyebrows, pedicure, and manicure. A lady took me back to do my eyebrows and she was so unfriendly. She never ask me how I would like the shape of my eyebrows, as a matter of fact, she never said one word to me. After she finished, she clearly shaped them way to short. When I addressed the concern, she wanted to argue and was LIKE NO THEY ARE FINE. I didnt want to argue so I didnt pursue any further. The pedicure, it was done fast and very unprofessional. A lady named Teresa did my pedicure and she was so unfriendly and rushed as if she had somewhere to be. Im not sure what was happening at this salon today but it was a horrible experience and Im not sure I will be back. Its unfortunate too because I really enjoyed coming here. I was also looking forward to my experience today as it was a long day at work!!Update: Since this experience, I have been back to this salon and a lady named Jenny provided my services. I had a pedicure and manicure done. Jenny did an exceptional job and was super friendly. I will definitely be back and schedule all my appointments with Jenny. Very professional and attention to detail lady. Thanks Jenny :)

It’s nice clean place. Went for classic spa pedicure that includes heel scrub but next time will go just for express because the heel scrub took about 5 -10sec each foot and that’s it! Nail polish looked good but after a week my 2 toe nails chipped.

Was waiting time in the area and a friend and I decided to go get our nails done. Eyebrows too, at least my friend did. They were very friendly. We made it right before the crowd. Sat us down quickly and offered us a glass of water. Tina worked on me and kim on my friend. They sat us next to each other and. Hit chatted with us the whole time. I would go back the next time I’m in the area. Thanks for a good job.

I had my toes done for grandsons wedding on Sept 20. Flew back to Oregon and promptly broke my ankle and had to have surgery last Monday. The nurses complimented my toes! 3 weeks later they still look pretty good!! Thx!! Diva!! I posted a pic. It is the one with the broken right foot:)

If there was a zero star review, I would rate this place with it. I scheduled with one specific manicure, when I got there the manicure was busy and they told me that I didnt request anyone in specific. After going to this place for over 3 months, weekly for mani and pedicure, it was ridiculous! Also there is never a manager or front desk person, so the manicurists are the ones picking up the phone and scheduling the appointments. No wonder why my appointment was messed up. Never heard the word ”sorry” on that day.

Prompt service on a Saturday, walked in and out within an hour for a pedicure and gel manicure. Amy and Nghia (née) I think, were awesome. They accept credit card for payment and only cash for tips. I used Venmo and it all worked out great. Gel manicure was $35 and express pedicure was $23

This salon is very suck！Dont come to this nail salon！Most terrible nail salon that I ever come！The stuff can not understand English and they dont want me to choose the color that I want，for I choose three colors from the color band，but when it on my nail it is different from the band，and they dont allow me to choose another one，and ask me to go home like the picture！With Unfinished nail！The most important thing is their attitude are really rude！Very Very rude！Terrible stuff！Terrible shop manager！I will never come here！If someone want to come that must be foolish！

They changed the price of how much it is to get your nails done there with acrylic nails manicure. It was only $20 the first time when I went there. Then I went there another time and it was $40 to do the same exact thing. I guess they can do somewhat of a good job but they can make it better by taking time to try and make your nails exactly how you want them to be. I would not go there again. They are nice ladies working there though.

Had a gel pedicure here and was treated amazingly! They gave me the full treatment, massage, a skin exfoliant, mask, and it was one of the best pedicures I’ve ever received! Especially for the price.

I had a very bad experience. The person who did my nails was very rude. I showed her 2 very simple options but she was like we have 1000 colors how do you want me to find these once from the samples.According to me that is what is their job and they have suppose to do it with pleasure.

This place is really hit and miss. This last time my nails were not done that good but I didnt have time to have them fix it since I did it at lunch. Everytime she tried cleanijng the sides of my nails with acetone and a brush, it would leave lint or hair on my nails. She would file muly nails and then brush over the particles that are on my nails, not leaving my nails smooth. And to be honest, Im not sure I got clear coating on my nails even though I asked and was told yes. Over all, nothing to write home about. I do like that they have alot of colors, but I dont like the way its set up with the color swatches.

Cash only. Meet customers where they are at. Post a sign or something. Nail colors are hidden away and you have to scroll through over packed nail cards only to find old color or out of stock. Eerily quiet and unwelcoming place. Mani was just okay. Towel was dirty.

This place is sucks! I called before close time and they would not take me in! Diva Nail Salon & Wax- you false advertise! If you close your establishment at certain time the you should be able to take customers before then! Otherwise change your business hours and don’t advertise “walk-ins welcome.”

Have been going there for 8 months The nails with acrylic and gel have either chipped or have completely broken off within 24 hrs....THREE TIMES. this last time I refused to go back. They get careless and cut you with the tools, refuse to oup on a base coat, or they leave your nails sticky. Definitely not going back.

Despite some mixed reviews, I came to Diva because its just a short walk from my home. I was long overdue, since the last few experiences I had (at different places) were less than stellar. I got the deluxe gel mani and pedi, and they are beautiful! The women who helped me worked diligently to get every detail perfect. They didnt hurt me (yes, Ive been cut and bleeding after leaving other places) and my pedicurist even did her best not to tickle me too much! I feel pampered and pretty, and look forward to returning in two weeks for another great experience.

Honestly, it was the worst pedi I’ve ever gotten. And I’m not super picky. I had an express pedi and gel mani done for my baby shower, and both nail techs did not know how to shape the nails. I couldn’t really see my toes until I got home (can’t bend down too far). Looks like they were just cut with nail clippers and my skin was filed. Realized later that she had gotten polish all over the edges of the skin, and my pinky toe had only the tips painted. I asked for a “squoval” shape for my nails, and the tech (twice) shaped them to Jersey duck nails. I had to take over after she cut them super short (which I didnt want). Also, noticed both techs left about a 1/4” of nail at the base unpolished. Basically, came home and reshaped everything, which is hard to do 8 months pregnant, and used a similar color on my toes to fix the mistakes. Very disappointing, especially because I love the Cottle location so much. The techs there really know what they’re doing.

I had my eyebrows waxed, they look amazing and it was nearly painless. I will most definitely be back!

This place has cheap prices for gel nails. Ask for Tracy, as she is the best manicure staff member there.

Im finding a spot for an eyebrow waxing like I do about every two months I walk into this place because its still open after 6 when everyone else is closed they turn me away after I tell them Im a man... this is the only time when I wish I had three thumbs, so they could all be pointed down.
