They do not care about the customer and the customers time. I had an appointment at 4 oclock. When I went there, someone else was fixing her nails and no one else was doing fixing my nails. This is rude behavior and it is a kind of disrespect to me. They ruined my time and schedule.

My gel manicure lasted longer than any other Ive had. Thats saying something considering I am an active girl and these past two weeks they theyve hung on Ive been swimming in the ocean 9 of those days for 2 hours or more. They just started chipping last night. My gel pedicure is still going strong!

Been getting my mani/pedis here since they opened in 2013! Oahn (pronounced One) is amazing! Tiffany is awesome and fast. I get my nails dipped by both her and Oahn. A+++. Boo is a great manager and keeps the salon in top shape! Friendly service and prices are great for the quality.

I believe the lady who did my nails was called Oanh, she was great, very professional and definitely knew was she was doing as I’m so happy with the result!Thank you and I will come back for my next set!

I haven’t had my eyebrows waxed since March! 🙄 I have been trying to maintain on my own because of the “virus”. Today, I was driving by this place and looked in my rear view mirror and thought really lol... so I stopped by. Lisa was amazing! I love my new shaped brows! Only 12 bucks too! I tipped her well she deserved it! Feelin brand new! Thank you Lisa!

Covid safe! Pretty empty on a Monday morning. Lisa started doing my nails it was a builder gel refill. Did such a good job. However Im super picky and I mean really picky about how my French tips look. I love them sharp edged and super curved and thick. So Huan helped out with painting them and doing the nail design. She has my triple check them before curing them. I apprecuate her patience 100%. Many nail techs would normally get frustrated. She was very kind and expressed how she just wanted me to love my nails. I also liked the owner, he was very friendly and knew what he was talking about, and suggested huan to finish after seeing i wasnt loving my nails. (Thank you for your descrite suggestion). I will be coming back even tho they are 40 minutes away from my house.

I LOVE CHI!!! She takes such great care of my feet. So gentle and thorough.... she knows exactly what to do. When shes done my toes look beautiful.... and she knows how to handle in grown toenails too. If you want a great pedicure go see her.

The only place I go for my eyebrows because Lisa is the best! I drive from San Francisco because of her. She’s quick and I’ve always been happy with her work.

When calling you never know if you are talking to Luxury Nails b/c he doesnt give you the friendly acknowledging answer. Also you cant always understand what they are saying. Once you get there they are friendly and clean. I love my usual lady and only go to her. She has moved to another salon and so have I.

Prices are not expensive and very close to my house. I tried different salons before, but here my nails are done perfect. My nail technician was Lisa. She was amazing.

Love this place, Ive been seeing Tram for about 5 years now and she makes me feel right at home. Shes also very friendly, which is a plus. I highly recommend her for both nails and pedicures.

With many spas to choose from in the surrounding areas Luxury has to be in my top 3.Place is almost always clean, the girls are nice and sufficient and quality of their work show.You definitely dont want your nails coming off, chipping off after paying 30-40 per set . Hasnt happen to me once here, hence the main reason why its one of my go to.

I havent been here in a while. The place is still very busy. I can see why. The service is great. Pedicure & manicure was great, shellac is awesome. Dont forget to ask a red 🍷.

Ive been a good customer for over a year. Tonight in the length of time to put on pedicure sandals my spot for my nails was given to someone else. Mind you...it took about a half a min to put on pedicure sandals. Then I was treated rudely for No reason; waiting & reading on my phone.Ive always been very grateful for the work the girls do And a good tipper.I wont be going back.Make SURE you have an appointment.They say they take drop ins but they really dont.Guess they dont need MY business.

Very clean. Very friendly. Technicians really take their time here, its not a rushed over-crowded, get in, get out type of salon. Come here if you like to relax. I do have my favorites, but I always see someone different and have not been disappointed by one yet.

This was a pampering experience, not for a quick in and out job. A little pricy but you get what you pay for! $95 total for an amazing pedi with a 20 min massage ($50) and a gel Mani with heated neck wrap, wine, arm/ hand massage and a mini neck massage to end ($45). When closing time came around they did not rush the job or experience. I usually go to Dash right by this place but I think they just lost a loyal customer!

Today I experienced discrimination while waiting to get service. I entered the nail salon and stated that I would like to get a pedicure, then instructed to pick a color and have a seat. Two women entered afterwards and I overheard them mention not having an appointment but would like pedicures as well. They picked a color, seated immediately, then two technicians began to work on them. I waited 10 minutes without the two available technicians saying a word or approaching the chair to begin my pedicure. I put my shoes on and started to leave. The technicians seemed perplexed and asked why was I leaving, so I simply explained that I had to go, no need to state the obvious. I left out without any regret. It was clear that they preferred to give service to two white women instantaneously while letting the African American wait. I will never tolerate or support businesses that treat me unfairly because of my ethnicity. I will be reporting this incident to the Better Business Bureau.

I walked in to get my nails done, and before I get them done, I asked them if they can do my nails like In the picture, they said yes!! However, when they complete my nails, they look NOTHING like the picture, different gems, different colors. Nothing ALIKE OR SIMILAR! Highly disappointed.😤 tip to the store, if you can’t do them! Then don’t !

The lady rushed through my Mani pedi and didnt do a very good job at painting my nails. My gel manicure was not painted on well, the edges of my nails didnt have Polish on them and there were many bubbles in the Polish which left tiny holes when it dried. The Polish on my toes chipped of within 2 days of getting them done (I got a regular pedicure, not gel, but every other nail salon I have been to I have gotten regular pedis and the Polish has lasted for at least a month if not more).

Ok. Nails look good. Pedicure not relaxing. I tried them on two different occasions. same experience.

They were gentle and kind.. the only downside is that it is a little pricey but I think it was worth it!

Did my nails there and it was horrible. The lady who did my nail ignored when I asked her to fix one of my nails. The quality of the job is so bad that I cant wait to get it fix in another salon. They charged more than any other place and ask you to pay cash to get %10 off. Wont go there ever again.

I wish there was a way I can give it 0 stars. This place is the worst nail salon in san jose. How I ended up pay 50$ for a pedicure I was forced into I will never know. I went there with a pic of what I wanted. I waited for about 30min, finally got a nail-tec, that had no idea what she was doingand. When I tell you she literally took 3hrs filing my nails. Long story short, I DID NOT GET WHAT I CAME IN FOR!!!. My nails only lasted till I got home 2 broke off smh. I wasted 70$ Im still angry. I will never be returning!!!

Wish I could give ZERO stars. Happy birthday present to myself...Got a manicure fill one of my nails was broken and needed to be replaced the first time she replaced it it was SO MUCH shorter than the rest. Whatever no problem mistakes happen, she redid the nail and it SOMEWHAT resembled the rest of my set, I shrugged it off and let it go. FOURTY dollars I paid because SHE couldnt get it right the furt time maybe? I dont know. But I shrugged off the price as well until my nail broke the SAME NIGHT, I hadnt been to work or done any chores this thing just snapped right off! And when I called the guy on the phone insisted it was my fault! What the heck. -__- he argued with me for thirty minutes while I told him all I wanted was to replace my nail before my birthday dinner.. He said Id have to wait until the end of the week.. Smh HORRIBLE service and quality ANOTHER nail broke by the next day. If youre looking to pay fourty dollars for cheap work all because they serve drinks for Free well then be my guest, Little tip to this place change your name because Luxury isnt even close to what you provide...

I got my nails done here on Saturday i work and i got natural mail polish and spent 20 dollars and the nail polish on my left hand 1 of my finger is coming off. Tina was working with me.

Its an okay place, I just didnt like how the person doing mine and my daughters pedicure kept pushing for us to get the high priced item when we already choice what we wanted. Also this same person became rude when we changed our minds before she had started on our nails, to get build a gel instead of a plain gel polish. Also just make sure you keep track of what you get and cost because if you dont they will try to charge you a price totally different. Plus take cash with you because if you try use a debt/credit card, theyll try to charge you extra for using it.

Ive been going to Luxury Nails for over a year now and have always loved the way my nails look.I usually book in advance with Oanh and she does a fantastic job with both my pedicures and manicures (I sometimes get gel or acrylic or natural). Definitely a repeated customer every 2 weeks.
