Super relaxing they really pay attention to detail & as previously mentioned they make sure its the right color,shape& size. Today has a new acrylic nail set done 💅 came out really nice will definitely be returning

Nice attention to detail in ambiance and service, with good prices and wide selection of colors for nail art. A pleasant surprise was upon sitting down in your chair, they bring you a lemon&cucumber spa water and some mixed nuts with dried fruit on a stylish silver tray.Bring cash at least to pay the tip, although they do accept credit cards for the payment of your service.

Really wanted to like this place. My friend and I went there and we both got the deluxe. Kimasked if I wanted a callous scrub for $5 more and I originally said yes, but at the end, because we were both finished at the same time, told her no because I didnt want to keep my friend waiting. Next day i was charged for it and when I went back to get my $5 I was told to come back tomorrow, which I did. I was given the run-around. I said look at my heels, does it look like I got a scrub??? They said they would give me a credit...NO THANKS. I wont be back, BAD BUSINESS.

Update! Again #4, pedi #2 Mani! I live it here. Its clean, the ladies are very gentle. I have been cut a few times at other places. They have all kind of colors a dip powders. Excellent customer service. They dont rush, they let you enjoy your time! I will be back!I got the number 3 Mani and number 4 pedicure. It was amazing. The place is clean, the massage chairs are amazing! Gives good massages. I didnt get cut like I normally do, the massages on my neck arms and legs were delightful, hot stone treatment was just awesome. When I went it was a little slow and they let me chill on the massage chair for another 10 minutes. I love it! But again I didnt get my nails done done, but for the Mani and pedicure, I loved it. Oh and they give you space water and nuts to Munch on!

Worst service and quality in the area. I have lived in south San Jose for over 20 years and nothing compares to the service I received here. Took my mom for a bday pedicure and was rushed start to finish lasting less than 20 min, leaving her with no base or top coat before we were quickly kicked out of our seats. I proceeded to get my gel removed with a standard manicure. I was left with my fingers soaking in acetone for over 30 minutes even after reminding them twice that I was sitting there with foil on my fingers. I would recommend so many other quality salons in the area like Perfect 10 Nail Salon across the street or Blossom Nail Spa around the corner.

I would give it less than one start if i could!!! The worst nail experience I ever had that it left me shocked and speechless! It was my first time going to the salon since i was recommended by my family. I came in, it wasnt busy in the afternoon. Everything was going well my pedicure went well and i really enjoyed the experience but then I was placed in the care of a man who didnt bother to present himself and just asked me to sit downbeat without offering me a drink or water. I asked gel nails to be done since Ive done my research and know gel is better for nails. While doing my hands he was very rough, and cut me several times!!!!. His job was sloppy as you can see in attached pictures. I looked at my nails and it was horrible!!! My nails were a different shape, very wrong, just UGH!!!! My cutixlea wasnt cut, my nails looked upward and uneven. I also had powder residues all over my fingers and some acrylic jamming Into my skin because he didnt bother to file properly. This was my FiRST and last time going there! Its totally unnaceptable! Im so disappointed because i was looking forward to it. And hoping to have great nails ! Please dont do your nails with this man, Van which I believe is the manager apologized and told me that it was a misunderstanding because I had to tell him to make my nails upward or downward? So unacceptable and I believe there should be employees who actually know what theyre doing. ALSO, price is over the top.

Refused to let me in the salon for eyebrow wax because I have a service dog. The reason at the door was because we have people in the business. This is illegal.
