I had my first manicure done this past Thursday and I am very disappointed. I have very thin, weak nails due to a medical condition. I wanted something that would last. 2 hours after leaving I noticed that several of my nails had bubbles in the polish. The next day I had one nail peel off. Now half of them have peeled off. I will never go back to this salon again.

Friendly staff. Attention to detail is not there with cuticles, nail shaping or color application.

Relaxing atmosphere, beautiful interior. Easy walk in sign up. They do get really busy though I was lucky I walked in at the right time. My daughter got a gel manicure and Lavender Pedicure, I got the Lavender Pedicure. It was amazing!!! 10 Stars to the 3 ladies that pampered us!

I liked the service and cleanliness of the salon but i didnt like that I had to give them my credit card info to make an appt, im wary of leaving my card info so vulnerable. If they change that part, i will definitely go back.

Mimi did my nails and i loved every second of it . She made sure I loved the length and shape and design before she finished the other nails. They were ready by the time of my appointment. She didnt rush and the manager checked in and was very nice. Just be prepared to pay a little pretty penny because it is pricy but you pay for quality remember that. No complaints

Its closed due to the holidays but will open back up on Jan 4th. This is a great place to go. They give great manicures and pedicures.

As I type this review with these below pictured fantastic nails I cant be happier with them. I got the ombre powder nails so it was more expensive but worth it in my opinion; they dry faster, last longer because they grow with your nails, and are stronger. I feel like a new person with these bold nails and they are giving me the summer feel I been waiting for. I suggest Tammy who works there, she is nice and has good craft in her nail work.

Amazing staff! They always do a great job making sure my girlfriend and I are taken care of. We usually do the lavender pedicure. Its a great price for what you get.

Been coming to the other location for years. I love this location, and the other location! Many people work at both, so you will see them cross. I love the work they do here, the gel work is amazing. I get the dip powder and pedicures in the summer. So friendly, I will always be back!

Enjoy this place. Busy on a Saturday morning 11am. I wanted the express manicure. I couldnt understand what the manicurist was saying and ended up paying $5 extra for a buff shine on my nails. Its fine but perhaps a little irritated that I was charged for something extra. Especially for a $60 pedicure after.

Nice, quality and professional service. If not the communication and language barrier would give 5 Stars.

Update from 2 years later. Still 5 stars, great service. As a man getting a pedicure you can be intimidated but great time. Found out they even have a happy hour. They took care of my rough feet and my wife has a great time with me. Its a good couples date experience.Nice place, great staff, took my daughter on a daddy-daughter date here and she had a great time. Staff were awesome.

Amazing service, if you dont like to speak to your technician. I personally do, and she couldnt speak to me in English. It was ok, others could translate my requests to her. Its quite a communication barrier. But they make up for it in quality services I suppose.

I love the way my nails came out and my pedicure was amazing. I did get cut a few times though. Twice on my toes and twice on my hands. Other than that it was a very nice experience the ladies were really nice and we were laughing majority of the time. I will be returning for a fill.

Wish I could give them a negative star. The esthetician cut me so many places and my nails started lifting on the very second day. Its been exactly a week and I have lost 3 nails. They rush so much its unbelievable. Please choose another place and save yourself some money.

I called last minute on a Saturday after work for a fill and they told me that they had time for me to come in. Chow was amazing, she fixed my nails perfectly from the last nail job I had when I was working out of town! She is wonderful and I will definitely be making an appointment with her in 2 weeks for my next fill!

Ive had about 10 Pedicures at the Branham location. Consistent quality of service regardless of person doing the Pedi. Very small variation in work style for each person. Always starts on time if I make an appointment. Recently renovated and clean. Will continue to go there.

Been going here for over 5 years, great staff, really clean, always love my nails! Owners Linda & Ken are there a lot and you can tell they put a lot of love & care into their business. Would highly recommend :)

Where to start. Well they are okay. One nail broke 3 days after getting a fill. Aside from my nail tech Emmy rushing my nails to go do someone elses. She rushed so much she missed some spots. Not only that, i asked for a glitter nails polish &she used a diff one. Yep i noticed. Additionally when shew as painting the glitter on she did it so quick & carelessly i had a glitter bump on my nail. Others were uneven. Back to my usual nail salon it is. I guess if ur on top of their work there is nothing to worry about. Untill someone walks in & your rushed out the door. People got offered wine or coffee while i wasnt. Honestly first & last time. No more blossom hill nails for me.

The customer service here is so inefficient, the owner is so disrespectful to her customers and needs to have manners, staff don’t know how to communicate well here! please don’t come here you will not be satisfied! i’m so disappointed!

Im giving this place 5 stars! I had my nails done at a different nail spa, and they were AWFUL! I googled highly rated nail spas in San Jose, CA, and this one popped up. I figured Id try it out. My technician was Emmi and she was SO sweet. I kept bumping my nails on the UV machine that cures the nails. She would just laugh and fix it. No biggie. She took her time, and really listened when I told her my preferences. I accidentally told her I wanted my nails matte, and when I realized my mistake she corrected it quickly and efficiently. I really wanted 3 glossy green, and 2 chrome. But I accidentally said Matte. Anyway, she did an AMAZING job. I am in LOVE with my nails. Literally can not stop staring at them lol the only downside is that there are spots on my nails where there is no chrome. Its 100% *not* her fault though. Under the lights where she was doing my nails they looked completely chrome. It wasnt until I walked into sprouts and the lighting changed that I noticed the chrome-less spots. Its no biggie though. Ill just go back and see if theres anything they can do to fix it 😊 Ill be recommending this place to everyone from now on!!Also, on Wednesdays, there is a happy hour where they serve glasses of red and white wine.

Tried Blossom Nail Spa for the first time. I was happy to get an appointment right away for the time I wanted, but it’s a bit overpriced for the service received. I came in to get a gel manicure/newset and waxing done, while my mom got a facial. They had a great selection of colors which was nice. The lady who did my manicure (Mimi) did a good job, but I’m picky with getting my corners painted all the way, so the finish wasn’t too great, she was also a bit rough when she was cleaning my cuticles; I flinched when she got really close to my skin. On the other hand, the lady (Ella) who did my eyebrows, lips and chin did a rough job. I was in there for maybe 5-7 minutes max and when I got home I saw spots of hair which she missed and ended up tweezing them out myself. In addition, when my mom got her Facial it was supposed to be for 60 minutes but she felt that it was shorter, since there wasn’t a timer set and when she asked what products they were using on her face they kept redirecting the conversation to other topics. Overall, a nice and clean place to relax and get your nails and facial done, but service could’ve been better.

Got the most rushed, rude clumsy pedicure service here. After a pretend foot massage and brush of a scrub (barely 10 seconds), i got the most uneven coagulated nail polish. Had to argue for a minute that my nail is cut unevenly and finally got it straight by basically cutting it myself. Then was rushed out of the chair, putting on sandals with absolutely wet nails. of course, 2 of the nails got smudged and she couldnt fix it afterwards. I still have the foot mask residue on my foot.Do NOT recommend this commercially busy station

My first time was an okay experience, very pricey. My nail person was Nancy, she was very nice. I had gotten a new set (chrome). My nails were beautiful and sadly they didnt last on for long. One broke within the week and as I booked an appointment for a repair, whoever answered the phone was very unprofessional and the lady who repaired my broken nail was rushed and I ended up leaving with a crooked nail :(. Wasnt worth my money. The place was beautiful and clean but, just wish I didnt have to spend so much money on something that wasnt going to last.

I had a pedicure with Chi on Saturday and she is a fantastic massage therapist and nail tech. I say massage therapist first because she knows how to give a fantastic foot massage! And, my toenails look fabulous. That seems to be rare these days when you get a pedicure.I dropped in this salon on a whim and was so impressed. Super clean, quiet and a great place for a GROUP pedi appointment. I was very impressed and plan to keep it in my pedi rotation!

The decor is very nice and the place has a very serene vibe even though it was fairly busy. I dropped in on a Saturday afternoon and was able to get my mani/pedi right away. The women are friendly and do a wonderful job. Im glad I went!

I wanted to try a new salon for a regular mani/pedi, the lady who did my pedi was very nice and even recommended a different color, which I ended up really liking.(I believe her name was Chau)On the other hand.....Tammy, the manicure lady, could not get my manicure done fast enough. Not even a smile. Nails were not buffed and the polish dried uneven and bubbled.

I want to like this place for the ladies who do the pedicures but this is the second time I had a bad experience with management. I just can no longer support a business who treats customers arbitrarily and in a deceiving manner and is disrespectful to their employees. I paid cash and they didnt honor the discount they advertised on window for those who pay cash. Poor customer sevice. Their yes doesnt mean yes and their no doesnt mean no. Which leads me to believe they are not a business I can trust.Long story: I called ahead to make sure they were open and to make appt. No answer. Walked in. She said they had time but I would need to wait 30 minutes. They fit me in pretty quick. Awesome. They advertised on Yelp that they closed at 4:00. I arrived at 3. The woman who checked me in said yes to a pedicure and manicure. I wanted my gels removed. I got the $50 pedicure. When my lady ( who did a great job with my pedicure) brought me to manicure chair the original lady said I needed to leave and come back because they no longer had time for me. I told her she said you did and she said she doesnt know what she is talking sbout. ( That is rude) I said, well, actually you said you had time when you check me in. She said, I didnt hear you. (Not true since you repeated back to me the services I requested when I checked in. ) Meanwhile two people walked in without appointment and she told them it would be 30 minutes. I said, so you can fit them in and yet I am already here and you are asking me to leave? She just ignored me and walked away. Rude. Arbitrary. I wont be going back. Go to Perfect 10 nail salon on the next block. They know how to be kind to the customer.

They pressure you to get more expensive treatments then when you just want an express service they do a terrible job. One of the workers pressured me to get a gel pedicure instead of polish but I didnt upgrade to the deluxe treatment so she did a terrible job. The gel is coming up and its not even 24 hours old! Terrible work!
