Too much acrylic very bad work an they charged me 50 dollars an took almost two hours applying them!!!

The owner is so flexible and willing to do whatever she can to assist her customers. Being from out of state, she was more than happy to make time for me on a Sunday afternoon!

Service is bad !!! Completed the pedicure so quickly and did not do it well.

There customer service was great! I got the time wrong and was about 20 minutes late. They still saw me with no issues and I did not feel rushed. I am super happy I tried this spot and will be back for more manicures!

I asked Muy for a gel overlay on my nails. Perfect job as always. Thank you Muy!

I been going here for a long time now.. everything is perfect every time I go here I really love how Donna does my eyebrows, she takes her time doing them with detail she makes sure they look good never doing it with rush!! I really love her job. Today Monday she wasn’t there so I really needed to get my eyebrows done so I decided to do my eyebrows with someone else I thought if this place is always good to me then all personal should be good and do a great job just like Donna so I go in and get my eyebrows done with this old lady I don’t really know her name but she has done my Nails before and nothing was wrong with that until she touched my eyebrows today I knew something wasn’t right because she was done in less then 10 min when I got out my sister told me one of my eyebrows looks longer and thicker than the other so I go ahead and tell her about it she got really mad and said I didn’t have hair there and that she only took some hair off which is not true because I have hairy eyebrows before I went in so I just told her I wasn’t going to pay her the whole money and she didn’t even apologize instead she got really mad took the money and starter talking to other workers in her language. I got really mad she was rude and not even sorry for what she did! I hate this place if I ever go back I will go with Donna only. Now my eyebrows look so ugly because of her! 😡

If I can give ZERO stars I would. This is a place I had been going to for 5+ years and the experience I had there yesterday will NEVER take me there again. When I arrived yesterday for my appt. I was looking for a color. As most of us do I would shake the bottle of polish to see the color.. well one bottle I shook had a lid that was not placed on properly.. now who knows if the person looking at it before did not put it back on or if an employee forgot to put the top on properly but the color went all over my blouse.. ruined it. Muy the lady who Ive been going to for all these years helped me take the polish off my blouse with thinner and it did lighten up but NEVER completely came off.. my blouse is ruined. If anyone has shopped at Victoria Secret for clothes knows their clothes aint cheap.. I paid $80 bucks for this shirt and its now ruined. NOT once did she apologize for this happening to me if anything made it seem as if it was my fault... I kept asking her what they are going to do to compensate me for this and all she kept doing was talking to the other workers in their language and telling me I dont know.. youre going to have to call the owner. So the whole time Im sitting there I was PISSED and when she was done again I asked her what they were going to do.. so she wrote the owners # down on a card and gave it to me.. I told her you need to call him and deal with it, I know hes not going to take my call and of coarse I dialed the number she gave me and it went to voicemail.. I knew that was going to happen so I told her you call him and deal with him.. so they called him and of coarse he picked up she explains to him in her language what happened I have NO idea what she was saying and she hands me the phone.. I asked how are you going to compensate me and he said were not. this wasnt our fault you shouldnt have shook the bottle He said they are not responsible for this kind of stuff and he is not going to do anything for me. That just made me even MORE pissed. I told Muy she should comp me todays visit and she said Oh no thats my money I cant do that I did the work and I said wheres the customer service So in the end I paid my full bill and was not compensated anything for my blouse! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! She lost a loyal customer for $58.00 I hope it was worth it!

This salon is small & cluttered, but the service is great! Lisa is one of the best nail techs there & the fastest! I get a mani/pedi there in 1 hour!
