They did a great job with our nails and not too expensive either! They even did my boyfriends nails and did these specific designs based on a picture :) great service

I love how Attentive, Nice, Happy and always complimenting their clients. They make sure we are always happy when I come visit Cali this is my spot I still go to just like when I moved here. First time I came to Protip Nails. Service was fast when we got there so that was good. A little disappointed on their nail art not very good at it. So my daughter showed them a picture of the nails she wanted the color was blue and instead they gave her a purple like color. My daughter should have said she didn’t like the color right off but she was to embarrassed to say anything so I did. The lady I don’t know her name because she wouldn’t tell me started arguing and telling me it would be a additional 10.00 dollars to change the color. I said your kidding it’s a simple color change and she argued and argued . She was so unprofessional she gave me every excuse in the book to not change the color. At the end she told me I would have to wait another 30 minutes if I want the color changed. She was so rude and unprofessional to treat her customers this way. I will never go back again the services was horrible and unprofessional!!!

I personally use their outstanding services 2 times a month. The customer service is important to both the consumer and the spa workers. Everytime I walk in whether I have an appointment or not, I am attended to immediatly and its that type of quality services and the calm setting which I appreciate the most. Each of the ladies is skilled in nail design as they start the nail process it will turn into a beautiful completed set of nail art, all workers have a entimate of appox.50 mins .

They’re amazing. Fast but pays attention to detail. Cheaper than any other place I’ve been in the bay.

Ive been going to this place for many years now ownership is new and staff is really good, but be aware when they give you a waiting time always add another 20 minutes to it. A bit frustrating !
