This was the best pedicure Ive had in a long time. Tina really did a wonderful job. The hot stones were not too hot, and the 10-minute massage was great! She even scrubbed my feet for a minute or so, unlike a lot of the other salons in the area who just barely scrub the bottoms of your feet. Thats the main reason I go to get a pedicure, is to get my feet scrubbed. Anyway, the only surprise was at the end when I paid, it was $35 as opposed to the $20 I usually pay in Santa Cruz. Perhaps thats why other salons only charge $20. I would definitely love to return to Diamond Nail & Spa, but it will probably be as a special treat to myself once in a while, because I dont like paying that much for a pedicure.

Ive gotten 2 gel manis and 1 pedi here and Im am beyond impressed! Most importantly, the gel/polish stayed on forever and did not peel off. I went to Hawaii and was swimming/doing active activities and the gel french manicure I got stayed on until a full month later when I had another salon remove it. I also thought the ladies inside were so nice, the pedicure is pretty worth the money with the foot soak and hot stone treatment/massage at the end. I will be back!

I have been a regular customer at Diamond Nails for 2 plus years. I personally enjoy their attentive service. And I highly recommend calling in to make an appointment especially on weekends because it gets packed pretty soon. I prefer their dip powder nail than the gel polish because dip lasts much longer and less likely to chip. Their quality can be inconsistent... like one time my gel got chipped in one week... but overall I am pretty satisfied with their services.

Came here for a pedicure. The place is reasonably large/spacious with message chairs. Observing the staff, they cleaned the tub after each use and the tools came in sealed plastic bags, assuming sanitized. My full spa pedi was about 45 min for $30 plus a tip which I thought was reasonable. Just wish they would spend more time on smoothing out the rough spots on my feet!

Stopped in on a whim for a gel manicure for the first time, and loved it! $35, done in 30 minutes and very quality. They had a ton of wonderful colors to choose from, were friendly and prompt. The massage at the end also included a hot stone.

4 days after my gel manicure, and my pointer finger is chipped. I was little frustrated because I had called and asked for the price of the manicure and they told me 20 on the phone and when I walked in it was 30. The inconsistency was sorta frustrating. My nail tech was nice and she did an ok with the cuticles. However the gel is the thinnest gel manicure I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t say this is worth the 34 I paid.

I got a mani a week ago, and it STILL HASNT CHIPPED. Massage was fantasic

I love my manicure. Usually I go to Michelle’s nail salon in Sunnyvale, but I was in this neighborhood and had some free time. My manicurist - Tee did an amazing job. She looked at every single nail afterwards making sure it was perfect.

The best experience ever.My wife, 11 year old son and his 14 year old sister have been coming here for about 5 years I think. Not really sure when we started.Whenever we get a mani pedi someplace else we realize just how good this place is.For some reason a lot of men aren’t aware of the health benefits of getting a monthly manicure and pedicure. Significantly reduces risk of infection that causes sore fingers and toes. Also dramatically reduces foot odors and fungus growth that usually starts in the calluses on the bottoms of your feet.Lately Nikki has been my favorite manicurist. But they’re all very good.Once Diamond Nail opened up after shelter in place was eased they went all out to make sure customers would be safe and comfortable. Everything is cleaned in between customers. Sterilized tools are taken out of sealed containers each time. Large plastic barriers with a little room underneath for legs (in front) and arms (to the side) between practitioner and customer at all times.I’ve only found one shop up in Menlo Park that even comes close to the service we get at Diamond Nail & Spa.Enjoy.[yeah. I know this reads like an ad. I just love this place.]

Every technician in this place does a great job. They are very thorough and accommodating. Renee does my nails and she can do any shape and she always makes my nails look great. When you walk in, the ladies will greet you right away and they can usually provide services promptly because there are so many ladies working but if they cant see you, they will tell you the TRUTH about how long it will be. Overall they have great customer service, a clean salon and a high attention to detail. I will only trust these ladies to do my nails now.

Renee is my go to and she knows exactly what I want every time. I never have to tell her to file them more, how short to cut them. And never have I had to have her redo them. I am super picky with my nails. I wouldn’t trust anyone or anywhere else. See you soon Renee!

Great work, clean place, & and amazing service! I especially recommend the pedicures, which include hot stone & lotion massages, a sugar scrub, cuticle care including hydrating oil and more. It’s well worth the cost & your feet look & feel great after. Great service too with patient, kind people and they’re super nice about things like redoing your nails if you smudge them on your way out.

The pedicures here are amazing. Hot stone and wax are included in the price, which is well worth it.

I’ve been going for my biweekly mani/pedi for 3 years now. They’re the best. I love every person that’s ever helped me, so you don’t have to ask for a specific person.Even when I break a nail I can go in and they’re more than willing to fix my nail and always refuse payment. So make sure to bring cash tip for little things like that.

I Love this place. Ive been coming here for over 4yrs now and will not go anywhere else for my hands or toes. Their pedicures are one of a kind. My nails and toes last over 4 weeks!! You have got to make a change and come here for all your nail needs.

~$70 + tips for the deluxe gel manicure and pedicure. Its like a factory in there. The work is often rushed and lacking resulting in the gel peeling in 2-3 weeks. However, if you let them know they will usually fix it. Its just a hassle though, when it couldve been done well the first time.And they do the thin gel nails (nail polish then gel coating) without that really thick acrylic(?) layer in the middle. I have that done someplace else and its at 1 full month and still going strong! They probably dont do that here cause it takes so long to apply.Also, they can only do very limited types of very simple designs... Nothing ornate requiring skill.

This is by far my favorite salon: its clean, the service is nice, great selection of color and manicure holds well.

The plastic liners they use for the foot tub are a plus for me, the cleaner the better, but be prepared for a wait. Also the paraffin wax is something I enjoy when getting a pedicure.

It’s my first time here. I needed a pedicure last minute when I got out of my doctors office and I called around 12. They confirmed. I walked in and waited only one minute.I’m impressed with the staff’s customer service and teamwork. Thu is very friendly and makes this place so welcoming. I will come here again.

The lady who did my nails was Julie. I came in with an idea that was kind of difficult and she made it work and made sure I liked the design, and it looks amazing!!

$30 pedicure includes sugar scrub, hot stone, 10 minute massage, paraffin wax, and polish. Massage chairs.

I want to start with, I really enjoyed the young lady who did my nails. She was very sweet. She did however cut my cuticle pretty bad while cutting them. She quickly applied the liquid to stop the bleeding and was very apologetic. My nails looked great but my finger that was cut hurt pretty bad. That cut quickly turned into an infection. Its hard to say if its from their tools being dirty or not, but sadly I will not be going back once my finger has healed.
