So heres the thing. Ive always rented cars from places earlier in the alphabet than these guys. But then something happened, no I cant say what, so I tried something new. Wow. I mean I just walk over to a car lot, sit in five cars to see which one is the coolest and drive off. And the cars are all clean and in good shape and dont smell like an overcrowded elevator at rush hour. After three rentals, my new number one car rental choice.
Very easy return process in the rental car center and a quick elevator ride and walk to the airline check in counters for flights. Smooth return and excellent service from National, as Ive come to experience with each rental trip. Upon returning vehicle to this time I noticed that my final charges were much more from my initial price. Jason was very proactive and in checking in on me as I was unloading the vehicle I explained this concern to him. He immediately took it upon himself to look into the discrepancy. He worked quickly to figure it out, explain it to me, and then remedy the issue without any hassle, questions, or concerns. Amazing guy. Jason and his team at National SJC were fantastic. Very thankful for his help and will rent from National again of course

I love working with National. I arrive and walk straight to the car lot. I select my favorite looking car, get in, and drive away with a quick stop at the gate the check my ID. Renting could not be easier and the check in process is just as simple. The vehicles are always in great shape and I love the fact that I can select the car of my choice. Some time I want the smaller sporty feel, other times I need a little extra space for co-workers. It is great to know I will always have a great selection of high quality vehicles.
Lower amount of quality cars in executive aisle compared to normal. Still decent though.
I have been using National for a couple years now and they have been great. Upgrades have been consistent if I cant find what I want without any issue or price increase. The rates are great, the cars are always spotless, and ease of use is like being spoiled. Would recommend paying the extra couple bucks vs other options out there.
National is always the best car rental company. Easy car drop off for our one way trip.
Be aware, they close before flights stop coming in, and the website and app still allow you to book a reservation but they leave before the time on the reservation. Usually it would be listed “after hours” or closed, etc. Not here.Just an FYI for you business travelers
I rented a car at the San Jose airport for the weekend of 8/13. Ive always enjoyed the Emerald Aisle perk, but this time was very different. There were only two cars to choose from and the Emerald Aisle was essentially empty! Initially, I was only offered one car. But after voicing my concerns, another car magically appeared. It was surreal. Im not sure if National is selling off their fleet, going out of business, or both. The car I ended up with was fine, but it wasnt a confidence-inducing experience.
Worst customer experience they don’t understand how to set up the reservations and offer options and returning the vehicle is a hassle as well. They run their business at a very low standard with poor customer service skill.Do yourself a favor and try enterprise or use this place as a last resort!!
Easy check in process and friendly staff
Attendants are always helpful and courteous. Both on checkout and return. But the emerald level has lost a ton of its value. Smaller cars and very small selection compared to a year or two ago. I can rent a better vehicle for a lower price from other companies now. Too bad they have devalued it.
Very disappointing. I had called ahead to let the representative know the flight was landing a few minutes after the scheduled time. I literally was there at 10:32 and had even spoken with another customer loading up their family. Can you not wait 5 miutes after your closing time?? Wow...
Great selection of cars. The car pickup was so easy and smooth since I was an Emerald club member. The car was squeaky clean. The drop off was also very easy. Would recommend them.
What a fun way (man talking here) to start a new job that involves traveling.I have now been doing this for one year now and love National Car Rentals(no i dont work here).What more can you ask for than to pick a car out from all these choices !!Its quick, simple and that goes for pick up and return....When i have to go with another (no name) competitor it feels very antiquated.I am sold on renting cars this way and National is doing a great job in my eyes.Thank you.
*Member of Emerald Club* Ive only rented cars from National as an Emerald Club member, so thats what my review is based on. Since I dont own a car, Ive rented from a few different companies for moving, weekend trips, work trips etc. and I now only rent from National. The ease of booking a car on the app and just walking into the Emerald Isle and driving away within minutes is time saving and very efficient. The service is always friendly, based on the staff at San Jose Airport rental, and Ive never had issues with mysterious line items on my final invoice. Would highly recommend.
Absolutely the least stressful part of my weekly travel. It is very nice to be able to jump into a car and be on my way. The cars are always clean, comfortable, and ready to go. Being an executive member has its perks as well. Excellent selection of full sized vehicles, and a quick and easy check-out and return system. I would definitely recommend National Car Rental for all of your Professional and Personal travel needs.
We just recently rented a vehicle from National at the San Jose, CA airport location. We had reserved a luxury vehicle. They did not have a very large selection to choose from and only 1 upgrade option available which was a Tesla. However, we did receive a nice luxury vehicle. The process was very smooth and easy and the people were great. The only concern I had with the entire experience was the cleanliness of the car. The car was very heavily spotted to the point that it was difficult to see out of the windows and mirrors. I had a similar experience on my previous rental from National at the Sacramento airport location. I feel they should provide a very clean vehicle inside and out, especially when paying top dollar for a rental. When I returned the agent did not say one word to me while checking in the vehicle. She printed out a receipt and handed to me, again without saying a word. I brought up the cleanliness concern to her at which point she said I wish you would have told me before I closed out your ticket. Good experience overall but a couple of tweaks would have made it great.

Worst National Car Rental Car experience! No one was here when I arrived & when the service person came she wanted me to upgrade to Ford Expedition for extra $70/day. I spoke to the manager and he said an Executive Elite doesn’t mean anything here. The manager on Friday night was lost. Disappointed in National today. Also, there were limited selection of cars.
I did a last minute walk up last week and was told at the counter the agent could not see my member info including the free rental points I had.I ended up paying full price, why can they NOT see member info?it would have been nice to use some of my benefits for that rental.other than this, my experience is always great with National.Thank you.Jim

National is my go-to car rental company. When you are planning a big vacation there are so many moving parts and things that can go wrong. It is a huge relief to be able to know that my rental car experience will be quick, painless, and stress free. Knowing at least one part of my vacation will be easy makes dealing with the other parts better. Their employees are always helpful and knowledgeable. Great cars. We will defiantly be using them again.
I travel a lot for work and the company has a deal with this particular location that a reservation is NOT needed. Repeat NOT needed.As long as I give them the corporate credit card, as validation, Ive gone through the gate no problem.The managers dont seem to get the memo on this and each time, there is a 50/50 go/no go.The employees, managers included treat me as I am trying to pull a fast one and get away with a car, even after they have swiped the credit card.This company gets a lot of business from my company, they need to train the employees about in place contracts and how to treat customers with dignity and respect.
It was very easy to pick up and rent from National. The car was a dream aside from the fact that it was set to km/h instead of mph. Everything went very well with my rental. Thanks, National.
Ive so far only had good experiences with national car rental. Best rental car company in my books. App is easy to use, so is their website, the staff has always been very helpful and and very accommodating. Was able to upgrade to a Tesla in under 10 minutes at a reasonable price thanks to the workers. Highly recommend !
As Emerald Club member ordered on line took me 5 min to pick the car from the aisle and go, car was with great features, was clean and sanitized, return took 1 min total
Great experience!! The lines were long at the other rental car companies, but we got to go straight out to the Emerald Aisle and the associate there let us pick between about 6 different vehicles. We chose a 2020 Jeep Compass with only 50 miles on it! When we returned there was a bit of backup in the garage with many people returning at the same time, but the associates were so helpful and friendly and doing their best to get everyone in and out quickly. National was the cheapest option for us, but even if it wasnt I would choose them over other companies due to the time saved, quality vehicles and overall great experience.
National Car Rental...San Jose, CA.I rented at the airport over labor day weekend. I pre-reserved and so only had to go straight to the Emerald Aisle to pick my vehicle. Pros: absolute minimal time to get in my car and on my way. The email exchanges preceding my arrival were just fine. Car was clean, fueled, etc. My only check in was at the exit gate to present my drivers license and credit card to get cleared to leave.Cons: Literally, too fast! As I left I realized I had nothing except my email confirmation to show I was renting. Generally Im expecting a copy of contract to serve as my registration should I be asked for by police. My only real complaint was that the person checking me back in spent a considerable amount of time looking at something on the roof on the passenger side; he even called over one of his colleagues. Implicit in the action was that there was some damage? When I got the car, it was freshly washed, still some water in places, and the rental garage is not brightly lit. If National wants to be customer friendly, they will have a current inspection ready or do one on site prior to the renter driving off.Nonetheless, Ive given max rating to this experience. When I have the option, I always rent through Enterprise/National.
Car i rented from Denver .DIA airport.. 2020 Dodge Charger.. power steering went out. Wasnt able to exchange it same day due to the holiday but they took Care of me at the Colo Sprgs Airport. Swapped out cars and only charged me for 1 day instead of the 4 i had it.
Picked a car at San Jose. Selection was garbage. Had to wait almost 20 minutes for shuttle bus, which they blamed on Covid. As usual, cars windows were all spotted up. I’ll never understand why National cannot clean windows in their cars. No matter where I go, I guarantee the windows will be filthy.
We normally book with National because theyve consistently performed for us over the years. Our rental experience in San Jose was no different...National is located right across the street from the San Jose Airport in the Rental Car Center building. They had stanchions setup anticipating long lines but our early flight was early so no lines at all. I loved how they had a check in kiosk as well to assist with lines.The gentleman helping us was friendly and worked at a leisurely but professional pace as he looked up our reservation. We ordered a 15 passenger van and it was waiting for us. An elevator ride up a couple o floors and we were loading up. Drop off was just as easy as the inspection was quick and we were on our way to the gates for flight home.National Overall provided a very drama free van rental experience and we would use them again without hesitation should we need to rent a car out of San Jose. Buckle Up!
The attendant at the San Jose airport garage was excellent and very accommodating. The vehicle was very clean and ran well. Return was easy.
National has mostly done me right. With your profile filled out, you dont get the hard-sell tactics common at some unscrupulous car rental shops and instead just stroll straight to your car and roll out. On the flip side, its often not the cheapest on straight price. SJC location has exceptionally friendly staff, and a usually a decent stock of rides on the Emerald Aisle.
Normally I’m pretty satisfied with National, I use them every week for work and typically their customer service is on point. This time when I picked up my car there were only minivans, extra large trucks and SUVs and sedans. Looking for a smaller SUV I went over to the manager on duty and asked if he could assist. I was absolutely disappointed in the response I received from Chris. He was disinterested in helping me find something else after enthusiastically helping the person in front of me with what they were looking for. Not the service I expect to receive as an executive elite member.
Interesting experience this time. Chose a car and went to the checkout booth only to find out that the car I was in was a Hertz car that had somehow gotten into the Emerald slot. Got a different car (a National car this time) and all went smoothly. Found the whole incident amusing given that I have rented hundreds of cars over the years and this is first time anything like this has happened. :o)
You make it so easy to just bypass all of the waiting around! Its so nice to just jump in a car and go. I think the biggest decision is what make/model you want! Returning the car is the same - great Customer Service.

When its time to pick up your rental - you literally get off the plane and walk straight to whatever car you need. The key is in the car door and youre ready to hit the road! I am blown away. I use National for my work trips and this is one of the best Ive ever been to.Im an Emerald club member and reserved a mid-size SUV. When one wasnt available we received a free upgrade to a really nice, full size SUV. This would have justified a 5-star review already.My wife left her wallet locked in the glove box when we returned the car and only realized it after we got back to San Diego. She called the office and the people were amazingly helpful and kind. They contacted the person who had rented the car right after us. They found the wallet and shipped it back to us upon the return of our car. Everything, including cash, was still left in the wallet.Im so happy I went with National and I will continue to be a customer for my work trips because of this branch. Thank you so much SJC crew. You are the BEST!
The Emerald Aisle Program was incredible. We couldn’t believe how easy the process was, picking up and dropping off the car. The car we rented was perfect for our trip across the country. We drove 4,700 miles in complete comfort and security. The price was unbeatable and the service was exceptional. I will definitely do this again, and I will recommend it to everyone!
We had a great experience with National. We joined the Emerald Club and it was so nice to bypass the lines and go straight to the Emerald Aisle and pick whichever car we wanted! I will be using National from now on if it is available in the airport I am flying into. We also thought we may have left an item in the car... reporting a left item is super easy and their customer service has been so great.
I really like the straight forward rewards program. Cars are usually great - I rent about 14 times a year or so. I would give them 5 stars if they had the emerald isle in more airports.
Worst customer experience ever. The team could not clearly explain the difference between the emerald club aisle the executive club aisle and the premium club aisle. When I question them they got angry at me. This is after I spent an hour on hold on the escalation line to have an upgrade. I was significantly inconvenienced and no compensation whatsoever was given this is after investing lots of time to become an executive elite member. The entire customer service team could use lessons on customer service.
The process seemed pretty smooth until I got a low pressure tire. Called National and they told me to bring it the rental center for exchange where I expect someone come over to fix on the road. And its taken almost 2h to get new one due to the long line! The next day I got a phone call to update the license plate#, I cant believe their system was so broken!
I use National Car Rental service a few times each month and I am always satisfied. Their online reservation system is so easy to use. As part of the Emerald Club - its so convenient to walk up to the car, scan the code on my phone, and drive out with a quick stop at the exit.I typically always have a great selection of cars, its convenient, cars are clean and in great repair (many of them are new!), and its quick.As a frequent traveler for work, I know I can rely on National!
Ive traveled for business most of my adult career and have been with National for over 18 years. Its been nice to know that no matter where I go there is usually a National Car rental facility at the airport. Theyve always been polite and professional. Makes my travels easier.
I was pleased with the service, although initially they couldnt find the car I rented. I wanted a luxury SUV to drive in California around the time of my sons wedding to help haul things.The car certainly was luxurious and drove easily--great acceleration and an overall fun car and experience.
Generally the self pick-up is good. One time I arrived late and there was only one car available. The previous driver smoked in the vehicle. There werent any replacement available, and they didnt offered a discount. Given that I requested non-smoking vehicle, and the vehicle was clearly marked No Smoking, and they stated in the vehicle that theyll charge $200 for cleaning if someone smoked inside the vehicle, least they can do is offer a discount.
Once one gets set up in the Emerald Aisle program getting and returning a car is simple and painless. To get a car, wander the aisle and pick the car you want. Simple.When returning, at least at the San Jose Airport, there is almost always some ready to check you back in and hand you a receipt in just a couple of minutes. If there isnt someone waiting, you can just leave the keys with the car and youll get a receipt via email. Painless.
Initial 2 star review - revised to 5 stars:Inaccurate billing - charged for 2 gallons of gas, when I filled up within 10 miles of the airport, with the receipt to prove it.Emailed customer service 2 days ago, used their online form yesterday, still no response.Great car & pickup experience.5-star revision:The customer service got back to me and corrected the issue and refunded the gas fee. They were a bit delayed but made everything right. I went on to rent the following weekend in charlotte and really enjoyed the rental experience and free emerald club upgrade offered in the aisle.
Was going so well... When you leave a item in the car. GOODLUCK getting a hold of a live person at the facility. Its like pulling teeth trying to get your item back. They have a piss poor lost item policy.
This was my second time renting through National and my first time as an Emerald Club member. The experience was fantastic. I got to skip the line, walk to a row of cars, choose the one I wanted, and drive to the exit. Returning the car was just as easy. The car was clean and in excellent condition. The limited human interaction I did have was great too. Customer service was top notch. I will definitely be using National again.

I love National, it is so easy to grab your vehicle check out and I am on my way. No stopping at the desk, no lines to deal with, just an easy way to rent a vehicle. The return is just as easy, drive in the garage the attendant looks at the vehicle, checks the gas and sends you an email receipt before you get your bags out the car.

The Emerald Club process is quick and easy, which is why I rated my experience 3 stars. The selection of cars, however, was not good, and consisted mostly of pick-up trucks and compact cars, and 1 or 2 standard size. The one I ended up with was very dirty inside...which I didnt notice until it was too late to switch. There were food crumbs in the console and on the floor, and the passenger seat had stains on it, and overall it was just grimy. Normally I dont feel I have to pay much attention to the details like that since most companies are good about making sure the car is clean and ready to go, but if I rent from National again, I will be very sure to check the cleanliness.
Seamless, easy, fast, efficient. barely even spoke to a human from start to finish, which is great. highly recommend National, especially if you can get elite status with the pick-your-vehicle and grab-and-go capabilities. very little time is wasted getting the car and getting on the road.
Far from the normal National Car Rental Experience!As a business traveler that rents various vehicles when traveling for work several times a month, one looks for ease of use, customer service and consistency. This was not the experience, sadly, this weekend at San Jose airport. As a member, generally, you can move from App to Vehicle check out with limited challenges. When we approached the in-garage assistant for directions and assistance, she was engrossed in something on her phone and did not look up to answer any of our questions. When asked about vehicle options, she gestured over her shoulder and we blundered and choose a vehicle outside of the executive elite row. The type of vehicle generally beyond functioning and smelling clean is not really of great concern but this business trip happened to include our 12yo. Job performance and respect are something that is essential to role model to young women and this clearly was not the case. Trying to explain to our daughter, that not everyone took pride in themselves or their job performance was not a reflection of National or their employees. This was such an unusual experience, perhaps there is an opportunity for learning and growth?

Rented a suburban so the whole family could fit in one vehicle. I was very disappointed in how it drove and its comfort. I had rented a suburban once before from a different company and it was great but is was a different model. I seems you have the low end model it is ridiculously bouncy when it drives and the seats are so uncomfortable. Not sure I will be renting with National again.

The choice of cars is good, the cars are clean, with lot of new features. The service executives are really helpful and kind. I had a flat tire and they were really quick to change the car for me. I had an overall pleasant experience driving with national.

The location itself was fine but the customer service experience and trying to get in touch with the location was horrible.
Overall the experience was really good. Very convenient getting to my car and getting on my way, as well as very easy returning the car when I returned to the airport. The staff I interacted with was very friendly and helpful. My car got a screw in one of the tires within hours of picking it up though and the experience of getting that taken care of could have been better, but they still assisted pretty well.
Switched from Enterprise to National after Enterprise always ran out of cars, gave me smoking cars, and forgot to save me car seats. Every single rental with National has been easy, smooth and great! Emerald is where its at! I even had my rental broken into and they were easy to work with, no hassle, and got me back on the road with a new rental in minutes with no additional fees.
I want to make National Car Rental aware of outstanding customer service by one of your associates. I dropped off a car at San Jose International Airport on February 13, 2018. I noticed while collecting luggage from the trunk that I had left an important business folder at the hotel. I asked if I could quickly drive back to the hotel and retrieve the folder, but that wasn’t possible since the rental transaction was closed. One of your employees, Edward came to my rescue. He drove me back to the hotel. I was able to retrieve the folder and catch my flight on time. This is the kind of service that brings customers back to National. Be sure to bring your reservation confirmation information. When I reserve a large/premium vehicle, I am always given a smaller/lesser model. I have to show them exactly what car class I reserved, to make sure Im getting the right one. This has happened at least 3 times. Ex. This last time I rented, I reserved a full size truck. They brought around a midsize truck. I let them know I reserved a full size truck. They tried to tell me their system showed a premium vehicle at which point I shower them my confirmation that clearly stated full size truck. At that point they puller around the full size truck. Im an Emerald member, so when I go to the aisle, thats never a problem. Its just with the specialty stuff. Cars are always clean with low miles. Cant go wrong there!
On 16-Sep-2019, I flew to San Jose and discovered that a rental car had not been booked for the trip. I walked from the terminal to the National Car Rental desk and was able to reserve a car on the spot. Not only that, but the agent was able to find my companys National account (the right one) and she signed me up for the Emerald Club, all within a span of about three minutes. She transformed a dire situation into the best possible outcome with a smile and without hesitation.
I discovered National about15 years ago, after using one of the other top companies. I have been completely satisfied. I seriously don’t know why anyone would use any other company. Every time I rent, and that’s often, your people are professional and accommodating. You are the best!Tom Carlson

Getting and returning the car was fast and easy. The price of it was a little high, but service was excellent.
I only use National because of the convenience and service. With the executive aisle, I simply choose any car (and there are great options!) and Im on my way to the office as if I had parked my own car in the airport parking lot. Drop off is instantaneous and just as easy.
I always love renting w/ National Car Rental as they are very fast and convenient to use. They have a great variety of cars and are very efficient in their process. I have had no reason to try other rental car agencies because I am completely satisfied. Thank you National.

The folks at National went out of their way to ensure that I had a car I liked. I travel for work, and I am always concerned about finding the car that allows me to use my phone map and contact list. National went through a couple of cars with me and explained which car would probably work best.
No problems with picking up or dropping off the car. I had freedom to select any car I wanted from a specific aisle, so that was nice too. Car was clean and well-maintained. Staff was polite and quick in completing the rental process.
Let me start this review off by saying that I still havent been able to rectify the situation with National after multiple conversations with the Customer Service team which frankly never follows up. I received 2 free rental days from a family member (who is an Executive Elite member) but never received those from National. This was after multiple calls with National to even set up the free rental days. I reserved a vehicle online (which they didnt have of course) and opted for a lesser class vehicle the day I picked up the rental. I was still charged the amount for reserved vehicle (way more expensive) and the free rental days were still taken from the family members account. An absolutely terrible experience from start to finish an hours lost dealing with customer service with a still unsolved issue. I will definitely not be using National in the future.
I rented a car in San Jose. I chose to make sure to have it in case my plane was late so I chose noon. I got in at 9:30. I chose to make sure I had turned it in early. I was told that because I did those things that the additional 3 hours cost me an additional days charge. I chose a car size, but when I got there, no cars of that size were in sight and I was told to take any car in the aisle. I did and was told I was charged for a bigger car. I challenged those things and was given a partial refund. But you should be clearer about your charges
Very quick service at the terminal. When picking up the vehicle they gave me the option to choose between 4 luxury SUVs that was very nice. I sure this will depend on supply and demand of course. Just nice to be able to select which vehicle. Thanks NCR team for the great work.
Though I lost my Executive Class tier, the experience in Emerald Aisle is still excellent. The staff at every location Ive visited around the country is consistently polite, courteous and go out of their way to ensure I have a vehicle meeting my needs for each trip.
5 stars because I have zero complaints. It was easy, friendly, no hassles i was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Great cara to choose from. Will definitely rent from them again.
The car was very good and service was great, as usual. My one complaint is that it was the one car left in the Emerald Aisle, which had several full sized trucks and mini vans and a handful of mid sized SUVs. If I dont have any passengers, I prefer something small.
National Car Rental makes it easy to check in and check out. As a Club member, I simply walk in, choose my vehicle and show my drivers license at the gate! The return is just as easy!My one objection is they do not have anything indicating the return address. Leaving from an airport (which is always my case) National Car Rental is right there, returning is not so good when Im not from the area and I look the address up and get multiple locations and not sure which address is the one I want. My suggestion is to place a card inside the vehicle providing the return address for that particular location.
I turned executive 3 weeks ago. The whole staff here is friendly and helpful! They always are happy to look for my car preference. Last 2 visits they have hooked me up with a great car!
The SUV worked out fine; however, I am finding fewer and fewer sedans and more SUVs and Crossovers. 90% of the time I prefer a sedan with a trunk so that my bags are not exposed. This seems to be getting harder to do all of the time.

I have always had positive experiences at this car rental location. The only complaint I have is the layout of the airport, which is not the fault of the car rental company. But since this issue is related, I must warn future travelers to pay CLOSE attention to the airport signs and do not be afraid to ask the airport staff for directions. When arriving at the airport to pick up the car, DO NOT follow the green Ground Transportation signs. They are only referring to shuttles and taxis. These signs will take you past baggage claim and out of the airport - far, far away from your intended destination.You must walk forever and a day to take the AirTrain to terminal P3 and then to get to Alamo, Enterprise, and National all tucked into a small, neglected corner on the ground level. When you are dropping off the car, listen very carefully to your GPS. With the myriad of diverging and converging lanes, you will feel like you are navigating a road race as you try to bounce from the left to the right to ensure you do not miss a turn. The airport signage is also tricky, but pay CLOSE attention to it, because they are more accurate than the GPS.Summary: great service by this agency but terrible layout of the airport.
The vehicle smelled of cannabis. I didnt request a new vehicle because I was in a hurry. I reported it to the attendant when returning the vehicle. For your customers that hold a security clearance and are required to take a random drug test. These types of stations make those who require random drug tests very nervous and may eventually force us to explain positive test results. The use and distribution of cannabis is unlawful at the federal level. If the smell had been stronger, I would have been forced to request another vehicle and delay my arrival to a business meeting.
Absolutely Trouble Free experience. Being an Emerald member through my company I got to choose from around 15 great cars. No time wasted in any paperwork. Just showed my Emerald card and Driving License. Got a very good price for a good sedan. And while returning the rental car too it just took less than 3 minutes to close everything and get my charge on the credit card. Thank you NATIONAL.
Ive been an Emerald Club memeber here for quite some time and rent with National often. This time I had booked a Sporty rental but was surprised when they said they just had one car available without providing me any choices. The car was also not clean, both inside and outside. I was told to either take it or leave it. Since I didnt want to waste much time, I took the car as-is. Especially when you pay more for such rentals, I expect a higher quality of service.
