Very poor customer service. The guy at the front-desk has no knowledge of anything and whatever someone asks, he hands over a hertz flier and asks to call those numbers and figure out. Moreover, he is too slow in processing the customers and when asked for a better car, just nods no. Another representative was good enough to help and did provided me with a better car immediately.

Reserved my car on-line and when I showed up it was ready. Car was clean and free of odors (I have a sensitive nose). Staff was friendly and very accommodating since I called 3 times to extend the return date. Had the car for almost two weeks and the return process was super easy. The hours of operation is reasonable since it’s a local neighborhood branch and I appreciated not having to go to the airport. Will rent from them again if need arises.

Great rates and great cars I subtracted 1 star because I was handed a car wash voucher to take the car to some place (a few miles away) to get the dirty car washed. I didnt account for another errand and the other disappointment was that I stood there waiting far too long while the two employees helping one lady as they both scrambled with the phone and some mix up, no one even greeted me ..but when he did he was nice and efficient. But clearly he does most of the load....The lady was in the back office, which was odd that she would ignore the line of four people and not help the poor guy!!

Have rented here twice, no more. First time about 20 minutes to pick up the car. This time over thirty min just pick up the and I had a reservation each time. Given my first experience I tried to the office. Five tries no answer. Same issue when I was there phone kept ringing and ringing. I expected better service from hertz

The two employees there I worked with me and my hypersensitive allergies, and I was able to change out the compact car I got for another rental the next day. Both cars were clean and detailed nicely, I just smelled someones cologne and I kept sneezing. I will be going back to this Hertz location again for another rental car, when I need one! Very nice, helpful and understanding staff!

Convenient location but its closed on Sundays and open half days on Saturday.Pleasant staff and very accommodating. The occasions we needed to rent a car, we never had a issue.

Had an appointment to pick up a car, got there and they literally did not have a car there that we could rent. The employee helping us, Frank, took clients behind us in line while he was talking to us. Took so long that I was able to go eat breakfast and come back. Just go to Gilroy.

I always have a great experience at this location, the manager does her best to make sure every person is greeted and helped. Upgrades when available (free!) and kind and friendly attention.

I rented a car from this location through my insurance.In order to leave it was $77 that was put on hold on the card.The following week $110 was taken out the card that was unauthorized.when returning the vehicle it was $289 which was paid that day. Three days later they took $290 out my account unauthorized.If you are looking for a place to rent a car DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION.

Not recommended, we booked a car and no car were available! we ended up renting car from another place.

Tried calling this place for 10 minutes straight I never answer the phone thought maybe I had the wrong number but when I got to their office I tried again and the phone rang immediately get better customer service

They were rude saying it was a 24 hour rental when it was not and also not forth coming in providing a ride. Also-we left some wine in the car which they refused to return. Id go to fox.

The staff is always warm and friendly, my agent Mrs. Jahilian always goes the extra mile,to help me an my family feel special. This is why I choose Hertz as my transportation company and when me and the family visit San Jose, we always choose the Bottle road location,thankyou and Aloha

Terrible service and rude, worst experience renting a car. Ive rented from other Hertz locations before without problems but this location is just terrible.Like another reviewer mentioned if I could give no stars I would. Do not go here.

I prepaid for a rental here with a scheduled pickup time of 12pm. I arrive to pick up my vehicle only to find that they close at 12pm. Why the hell do you allow customers to book a reservation with pickup times when you are closed?

I returned car before the store open and drop the key in the box and they keep charge me money and think I am still using the car.and called them, no body know why?I would give no star if there was an option

I wish zero stars was an option. The customer representative was very rude and she seemed like she didn’t want to be there.
