Great, clean, friendly salon. Im from South Florida and VERY picky about my nails. I’ve had nothing short of exceptional service with Lily she takes her time, she does amazing and straight filing and pays a lot of attention to detail. She did that flower design by hand, no stencil! I love going in to see her I always leave with the biggest smile on my face she is just so thorough. The salon is busy and it seems like most technicians have a following so even if it’s your first time I suggest you call ahead and make an appointment because this place is in high demand. Highly recommend!

This pace is amazing. Everyone is super nice. I came in for a pedi & was in pain with an ingrown toenail & Randy had so much patience with getting it out. Oh & the massage!!! OH MY GOD!! AMAZING!!

As I live and breathe: I am head over heels with this place the staff is amazing and inviting they follow a strict procedure on rules and regulations on taking the time to sanitize the area after each service. I brought a picture from Pinterest I just wanted the color scheme with stilettos but with a twist and they were spot on and that hot rock leg massage to freaking die for you will be escaping the kids to have your (me time.)

Came in at 5:00 pm on Saturday. Was told 2 minutes wait time for three pedicures. Really waited 38 min. Pedicures where super rushed. Person polishing feet kept insisting in doing gel, instead of just regular polish. He made a face, and polished with regular polish, however did very fast and polish was patchy. Simple, never will return!!!! Oh, almost forgot. Man upfront charged me before our pedicure was done, stated “I need to close register “! . Poor customer service! Felt ripped off!!

This was my first visit here. I had an appointment at 2pm, I was barely spoken to and just told to sit down ( not told where to sit down). I sat for 30 minutes without a word or a glance besides a scowl from some older lady that sat at the first booth. After waiting so long and not being helped I figured they must not want to help me, so I left. I will never return because I was made to feel uncomfortable. It was not busy at the time I arrived nor the period I sat there.

Great place! Lynn has given me a pedi twice now- amazing! Takes her time, very detailed, massage is fantastic. I get ingrown toenails and she takes the time to remove them. Im also in the process of losing my big toenail so she does a good job of trimming it and taking out what is no longer needed. Highly recommend her!

Fairly good service, but it depends on the technician. Expect to wait for up to an hour to be seen by someone, even if you make an appointment. Best in the area, but service isnt perfect.

Went for a pedicure and manicure and I had a new arrival by the name of Amy. I was told Amy has been on board for two weeks. Dont know her background but she did a great job on my pedicure and manicure. It was a spur of the moment decision to go but the shop was extremely accommodating and my wait time was only 15 minutes with a fixed appointment. When I go back again, I will set an appointment and request Amy. Thank you Amy for a job well done.

I just moved to the area and was skeptical of going to a different nail salon. When I asked if they can do sculptured nail they right away said yes, they did not make any excuses like other salons. I was blown away with the work they do it’s AWESOME!!! They make me feel very welcomed here. I will continue to come.

Ive been here many times and like their service. Today my mom took my daughter and my niece to get their nails done costing her $240 for pedicures thats ridiculous they totally ripped my mom off her first experience going probably her last now

I had beautiful nails until i went to this salon. They ruined my nails, they were extremely rude and wanted to charge me to re-do a bad service. I let them and they filed my nail beds off so much, my nails are raw.WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER had.STAY AWAY.

Never had my cuticles cut-up like this at a salon before. Nice people, good prices but I felt rushed and unimportant. Even paid extra for DELUXE Spa Pedi, not good. Wont go there again. 😥

If I make an appointment at 1130 don’t try to say it was at 11. I worked until 11 so why would I make an appointment for 11.... horrible customer service.... better off just walking in since those were the people getting help before me.. not that I got helped at all. If I could give no stars I would.

So if you Google the things to look out for in a nail salon, this location will fail lol. .. if you only want to get your nails done and not care about customer service or personality then go for it. .... ive definitely had a much more pleasant experience elsewhere but much worse experience elsewhere too..... I dont recommend to get your nails done by the men as they are not happy people.... make sure you are aware of what you are buying and the quality of there work before you leave....i LOVE my slightly deformed pink almond acrylics... my boyfriend bought my mom and I a certificate for this place, and now that we used it all, Im trying out another local nail salon.

I set an appointment for 2pm for a pedicure. I was taken back fairly close to my appointment time. However, no one was prepared for me. I sat with my feet in the water for an hour without a single person approaching me. The water turned cold and people who came after me were having a tech work on them, but I somehow was forgotten. It got to the point the bubbles stopped I was left waiting for so long. I ended up just leaving.

I was very disappointed with my experience here. I brought my daughter here this past weekend and despite all the reviews, I thought I would give it a chance.... But I should have listened.... They rush you through. They make you feel like cattle being heard around. I could have given myself and my daughter a better manicure and pedicure at home. Needless to say, I will not return. I will make the drive to a further nail place next time.

They took me in as a last minute walk in. My normal nail place closed early at 5PM (for Chinese new year.) And Ive not had my nails done in 4 weeks due to hospitalization and work. They where so sweet, very quick, and my nails look and feel amazing!

I never write reviews but I used to really like this place but the last time i was here they told me one price that i signed and paid for but when i checked my banking statement an hour later they had charged me $20 extra than what they said. I called and confronted them about it and the guy said he didn’t remember me at all and asked if i had a receipt when they dont even really give you one. They have you sign it then give it back. I waited for an hour after my appointment and then he stopped in the middle of doing my nails to fix someone elses and i was extremely patient the whole time for them to do that:/

I very rarely (maybe once since I’ve been a guide) give one star reviews; however, this is one of those times. 😞My very first experience with this shop (a verbal recommendation from one of their customers) was pleasant, except for the ‘nipping’ of my cuticle during a simple manicure. There was a little blood, and a little discomfort, but nothing that I thought wouldn’t go way after hand washings (the remnants of blood). Unfortunately, it took two weeks for that to happen. The blood spot disappeared; but, the pain/discomfort still remains today.With much hesitance, I was not going to bring it to their attention, but the pain and somewhat deformity of my nail propelled me to say something to them about it.I stop in today, and spoke with a gentleman by the name of “Duke”. I explained to Duke what my experience was, and the issue that I was having. I also let Duke know upfront that I was not looking for a “freebie” because of the issue (this shouldn’t have to be the case, but I did so anyway so that there wouldn’t be any confusion). Again, I was just bringing it to their attention, and also, to see if they/Duke, had any suggestions on maybe some remedy (a cream, ointment, or some type of solution). He absolutely gave me nothing but a blank stare (after he put in his glasses for literally three seconds, and then took them off.)To make matters even more awkward; Duke, spent more time during our conversation looking out the door/window as if he could careless about what I was saying; or, seeing who may be waking up to spend money (or at least that’s how I felt). No hospitality or customer service whatsoever. Which is why I’m writing this review, as well as giving them a “1 Star” review.The main purpose of this review is to bring to the of the owner (and anyone reading this) that Customer service/hospitality is not everything, it the only thing! Trust me, good customer service/hospitality goes along way in certain situations. And when you give neither, it make the consumer feel unappreciated, particular when you’ve been paid for a job, service, or product. 😑😞😒******Update******I went back in to let them know about the review, and way I wrote it, and Duke did the exact same thing. He stared out the window as if I was not even there, or my Concerns didn’t matter.Neve let a customer or client get/have this impression of your business (even if you think they may be a misunderstanding about n their part). 😞😞😞😞

My girls(who are 5 and 4) and I came in for gel nails with Tony. It was a last minute appointment; I called 45 minutes ahead and they worked me in. They did a phenomenal job! Tony was super nice and got my girls to laugh. They were nervous for their first visit, but everyone was so nice and took the time to let them pick the colors they wanted and get the whole experience. The work is superb and I was impressed with how well it went.Thank you!

I got a classic pedicure, and I felt like it could have been better. There was no scrubbing my nails or cleaning under them. But other than that I enjoyed myself.

Went in two days ago to get a gel full set and a gel pedicure. I enjoyed their service which I considered good and it was a friendly environment at the time. Fast forward to the morning of the second day, one of my nail just fell off. It didn’t break or anything, it just simply slide off. I took the nail along with my two little kids back to the shop. I showed them the nail and was told to wait 15 minutes for the guy that had originally did my nails to finish with the client he was working on. I waited and waited, meanwhile 3 new clients walked in after me and were immediately worked on. Long story short, I ended up waiting for almost 30 minutes for them to fix one nail which was done in a rush and with an attitude. They never apologize for the wait nor did they apologioze for the nail falling off. Instead, my finger was mishandled and the new nail is clearly way shorter than the others. I will never go to this place again.I wish I am given the option to include a pictures...

This place is amazing. I came in wanting a both a manicure and a pedicure and the workers were outstanding. So very kind and really did a good job. When I went to get my manicure, the lady was phenomenal. She made sure everything was done perfectly and I really love the outcome

Worst male tech ever! This guy moved from BQ nails to here - worst hire ever. I vowed to never go back to BQ nails because of how unprofessional he was not to mention how rough he was too. Now hes at Estrella Nails and unfortunately had the same encounter Needless to say Ill never go back to Estrella Nails but maybe Ill go back to BQ nails.

I made an appointment with Annie at the suggestion of my friend. She is AMAZING. She took great care in filing my previous set off and took great care in ensuring my comfort throughout the process ( no flying sharp acrylic pieces). In the 3 years that i have lived in Buckeye she is the first to truly make me happy with my nails. She is now my go to gal. Thanks do much Annie!!!

The hair dresser did a great job on my hair. Told her exactly what I wanted and she made it happen! Would definitely recommend her to anybody! She’s a professional.

I stopped in here 30 minutes before they closed, thinking they would have to turn me away. I was pleasantly surprised when I was told I could get a mani and pedi! The staff are very professional and kind. They were happy to stay late to get me taken care of at the last minute. Their work was very high quality, regardless of the fact that they stayed almost an hour past closing time.

The girls and guys at Estrella Nail & Spa do a great job. You tell them exactly what you want and they will take care of it. Prices are reasonable and setting up an appointment is easy and they are very accommodating.

Linda did a pedicure for me and was great!! John however did my manicure and was watching his phone the entire time because basketball was on. He left little bubbles on top of my nails. Completely unprofessional to have your phone out and because of this I won’t be going back.

No effort was put into my pedicure. The only tools that they used for my $40 pedicure were a pumice, a cutilce scraper and a nail file. Hot towels and nail polish were applied. Nothing esle was done. She didnt clean my nails or trim any skin or cuticles around them. No massage. Ive never experienced this poor of service in a salon.

Awesome nails

I usually never write reviews but I disagree that this business rates 5 stars. After reading reviews I decided to give them a try. Worst nail experience ever! I went in for a gel manicure and it took the guy over 2 hours!!! He had to remove and redo the polish on about 4 fingers because it didnt dry! Two days later the polish started chipping! I always get gel polish and this has never happened! Waste of my time and money, wont be returning!

My Husband & I Are New To The Neighborhood & Decided To Give This Place A Try(After Reading The Reviews)...When My Husband Walked In & Greeted The Receptionist @ The Front Door...He Got NO Reply. I Told Her We Were There For 2 Pedis & 1 Mani...After Looking @ Us Like WE Didn’t Belong She Strutted Down The Isle Conversing With Her Coworkers...They ALL Acted As If They Didn’t Want To Service My Husband & I...The Receptionist Then Strutted Back Down The Aisle Towards Us(With A Sour Look On Her Face) & Stated That It Would Be “Maybe A 30 Minute Or More Wait”...BYE FELICIA!!!! I love my experience ever time I come to Estrella Nail and Spa. Always satisfied with the service and socializing of the workers. Ive moved out of Buckeye a few months ago but will continue to drive the extra miles every 2 weeks for my salon fix! You guys are awesome!!!

So this was my first time here. Nail guy preoccupied, on the phone, never said hello rushing stopped working to do whatever on his phone. Then I asked about the little blue tab he said you want that as if it was a gift, no thats normal practice. Then got an attitude.So needless to say I Will NOT be returning.

Horrible service, walked in and said hi nicely and they stayed quiet & looked at me like ugh more people and started conversating with a customer about how people keep coming in when there was only 2 people there and started looking at my family and I rude, walked out and never coming back. I would give 0 stars if I could, I really thought this place was going to be nice.

Been here three times. First time was great, second time my nails were not done all the way to the cuticle and grew out too fast, last time it was about an hour till close. They said it was a 15 minute wait and it was more like 30. They rushed doing mine and my daughters nails and asked us to leave before hers were dry. My nails are awful, I noticed after that they had ridges near the cuticle from not being shaped and one week after one nail popped off. I will not be back.

This used to be my favorite nail salon, Ive been coming here since I moved to Buckeye 2 years ago. However, the last 2 times I have gone have not been great, felt super rushed. Last night my husband and I both had appointments at the same time for pedicures. The same lady worked on my husband first and then me. My husband got the Deluxe Pedicure and myself just the classic, and the same lady was done with BOTH of us in less then 30 minutes. She was very nice, but was very rushed, did not do anything with our cuticles. Disappointed I now have to find a new nail salon and disappointed we paid and still tipped her fairly for a service that was not done fully and correctly.

I had an amazing experience. Linda did my pedicure, she was fantastic and very nice! The prices areh not bad, you will definitely get what you paid for. I will definitely go back and ask Linda to do it again! :)

I came here a couple of times but I can guarantee I wont be returning. This is the second time they charged my incorrectly. After my manicure the total was 45$ as they said after I payed I checked my bank account and they charged 54$ on my account this is the second time they have done this and i can honestly say Im pretty disappointed.

Had dip done on my real nails. She filed one off with the drimal, she never stopped just put a fake one on! Never said sorry,kept making phone calls and charged me 45. After I was quoted 40. And they were late opening!!!! You be the judge!!!

I have tried this nail place twice. Both times two different nail techs went at the speed of light and nails were uneven and they had rough edges. I had one pedicure and she did an amazing job.

I liked the staff, however the water in the pedicure tub was lukewarm no matter how much they tried to warm it up. Also they cut my big toenail wrong and gave me a really bad ingrown toe nail. Ive tried to get it fixed elsewhere but will end up needing to go to the doctor to get the ingrown nail surgically cut out. Thats how bad it is. Never in my life have I had a nail salon give me an ingrown toe nail. Every salon I have been to are usually careful about cutting the nails carefully and straight.

I went in for a manicure, showed up as the doors opened. Signed in and was told he cant do manicures, second tec comes in and tells me I need to wait for a tec that can do manicures, 3 tecs later and a 1/2 hour wait... The customer next to me ask what the deal was I just wanted my nails filed and polish??? I finally was seated and the tec starts to FILE MY NAIL POLISH OFF THE TOP OF MY NAILS!!! I have long natural nails. I asked her to use nail polish remover, was told this how nail polish is removed, really!? She gets a metal cup and puts remover in it, the cup was so dirty and she wanted me to put my fingers in it!? I had to ask her to clean it out three times before she did. Never ever go here and matter a fact I have made a call to the health inspectors office. This salon was dirty nail clippings on the tables and ground dirty utensils, as I did not see a autoclave nor any tools soaking in sanitation liquids. The tool that my tec used came out of the draw dry, and all she did was but nail polish remover on them. This is not proper sanitation.

ESTRELLA NAILS I believe the name has changed? At any rate, I LOVE this place!! Highly recommend!! Grandma is just the Sweetest, kindest, most ADORABLE person. They ALL have such a keen eye for detail!! I have had manis, peddies, and foot massages done, they are WONDERFUL in all aspects. The nailtechs are fast and efficient, with beautiful results! There is something amazing about the full foot massage/Peddie package. I have extreme back problems, and unable to walk/stand for more than a few minutes without passing out. My husband- who is on his feet all day, and up and down stairs....would never even CONSIDER having someone massage his feet-not even ME! My back, feet, and legs felt SO wonderful after just a half hour!! My husband actually said Wow, these dont even feel like my own feet anymore! We have to go back at least once per month!!........ I had to laugh. In all actuality, life and bills got in the way, and after a couple of months, the pain started coming back more every week. I knew we HAD to make time to get back in for another appt. I cannot say enough about this place, they are simply AMAZING!!!

Definitely will not ever be going here. They are definitley not into customer service. Ive been going to the same place since I was in high school but moved to buckeye and need a new place. I have 4 kids so not easy to get out so was late getting there however when I got there (6pm mind you) she told me they were closed with 5 employees inside. The sign and website says 7!!!! So either change it or actually work till then. A fill takes less than $15 mins; well I mean 15 mins if you know what you are doing that is!!! I guess they arent good at what they do. Just count your money and shuffle customers out the door. Definitely lost a potential customer. My salon would have taken care of you even if you walked in at 6:55pm!!!!
