Came in to see a 1 bedroom the front desk was super friendly and answered all my questions. Seems like a nice place to live especially with the prune yard so close!

I have lived here for 3.5 years and will be leaving very soon. My car has been vandalized twice in the carport (window shattered and items stolen, and my gas line was cut in a second incident) and my apartment has been broken into while I was sleeping. Security is nonexistent. Management does not seem to care, nor are they interested in working to make the community safer. There are no cameras on the grounds. The maintenance staff is very friendly and great at their jobs. If you value your safety, you should look elsewhere.

Very bad place! Unsafe and management has no clue of what they are doing! Lived here for a while and moved out.

Bad service starts at the office door, due. pandemic the person didn’t want to open the door was thick and answered me without the slightest desire, even so I insisted on asking and knowing about the apartments, so I said that I wouldn’t have it available until the beginning of next month.I applied because I liked the condominium, apply the deposit to insure the unit, they paid 4 days and not later I went after the Answer and asked me for a high deposit and as I didnt accept the offer I decided to give up, then the problem came, 2 weeks to return the deposit to me, and they didn’t give a damn about communicating via email or in a more formal, terrible service on all sides, don’t waste your time look for another condo

I locked myself out and asked kindly for help. Unfortunately, Brenda was sick and her husband was the one to answer the door. I understand that it was past office hours, but he did not have to be so rude and cussing at me. I was not helped and very disappointed.

Nice amenities and the ladies who work there are super nice. HOWEVER, the pool is not heated (as they claimed during initial walk through). Tons of homeless people coming in and out of the complex due to the creek being right behind it. THERE IS NO SECURITY.

The management and the owners/company have complete disregard of the renters and will make your life hell.

Rude with an incredibly bad accent..this lady should look for another line of work! 7-31@1:20pm
