Totally overpriced, my feet still hurt from how hot the water was.. in the picture you can still see the redness but it was worse. I’ve never been one to rate a place but this time I just had too, I will definitely not be going back, I know life is getting so much more expensive but they are ridiculously expensive for what they do. I will stick to my nail tech in Riverside!

This was my first time going here and I had an amazing experience. Hani was so easy to talk to and gave me the exact nails I wanted. She did a wonderful job! She definitely has skills and I will be requesting her from now on. The salon was clean and well kept. It was busy but understandably so, they have great service. This is my new go-to nail salon. This is the absolute best nail salon Ive ever been to. Ive never had a bad experience ever. They do get busy on the weekends so make an appointment ahead of time. But Jenny is the best for acrylics and dip. And everyone does a great job with pedis highly recommended this place! Id give them 10 stars if I could :)

Honestly.. its just such a mixed bag.. great service one time then terrible service. Timely one time then.. over an hour wait for my appoinment scheduled a few days in advance. ... some techs are really careful others just do poor work, no excuses.. so yeah i guess come at your own risk?

I made an appointment for 11 and they had me waiting for over 45 minutes. at 11:30 II told her how long it was going to be and she said it shouldnt take long but it did so I stormed off. why take appointments Nd make someone wait a long time, i understand maybe 30min but 1 hour especially because I had somewhere to be!

Worst experience ever got my nails done two weeks ago nails are perfect no lifting no chipping but I started getting fungus under clear coat. I called to make an appointment a day in advance I show up and they say I don’t have an appointment.

This will def. be my last time coming here. The shop overall is clean, and the technicians I’ve had do a good job. But they are very unorganized. This is the 2nd time I’ve actually made an appt and still waited an hr for my service to begin. Previously when I came by to get a pedicure, the lady at the front desk told everyone they had 3 techs working and she will take our # if they have an opening. It’s just always a dilemma here of some sort. They need to respect ppls time and have better time management.

Horrible experiences. Ive been here 2 times & got treatment done from 4 people. Each person did at least 1 thing unprofessional. Ok no big deal....until it gets worse. The 1st time I got a clear set w/ pink heart glitter the experience with staff was worse than the fact that my nails were just bad and was the product of an inexperienced nail tec. Not that bad to make me not come again though.... wish I hadnt cause the 2nd time was worse. Let me add each time I came it was crowded. 🤔 so Im like ok maybe its just me. The 2nd time was a disaster, almost translucent pink & white Ombre w/ 2 clear nails marbled with pink and speckled with gold, almond shape but I like my nails thin is what I asked for. Not with a big bulb at the bottom because the way she set the acrylic and I dont even like how the nail & Ombre itself looks. I know it doesnt look bad in the pictures but its not what I asked for. I sat quite because I just thought she knew what she was doing. So the marbled nail she does next and omg its horrible, it looks so tacky. For the marbling she put polish on and dipped a brush in acetone and blotted it 🧐😥😩😩 and then put the big peices of gold on and painted a clear coat over it. 🤦🏾‍♀️ I was expecting a coat of acrylic to go over It. Plus its supposed to be a clear nail & its not. So once she was done I kindly let her know the set is not what I was expecting. She offered to redo it even though it didnt seem like she really wanted too. I had already been there 2 and a half hours for a pedi & full set. So I said I will come in today (the next day). However I dont want them redone there again. I want them redone RIGHT! 🙇🏾‍♀️ plus my toe nail polish is already messed up so it was an all around bad experience for me and I wouldnt recommended coming here. Altogether I spent $80 something on my 2and trip.

I called ahead to make an apt and was told that I was calling too far in advance (1hr and a half) whatever! Thats why you call to make an apt in the 1st place! I was told to come in as a walk in. When I arrived the wait was over an hour long, I was told to put my name on the list, and go shop around intill they text me...there were only 2 business hours left in the day. Some of the staff was leaving for the day(which ment that now they were short handed). I left for half and hour and when I returned the names on the list had NOT advanced and they were taking MORE names over the phone to be added to the wait list, (knowing good and well how long the wait was and that they would be closing soon) I wasnt given that option! I was told to just come in needles to say I left, that place didnt deserve anymore of my time. They need to be honest with clients and simply say, we are booked for the remainder of the day... come back tomorrow OR make an appointment. Otherwise the nail work will be rushed and result in crappie workmanship!

Admist Covid-19 and all the strict guidelines this salon is doing amazing!!! Leah was so sweet and took really good care of my pedicure!!!! She even gave me some advice on how to take care of my toes between visits!!! Definitely recommend the deluxe pedicures... Theyre pricey but I believe theyre worth it!!!

It was the worst nail job Ive ever had. Over charged for a simple manicure $35! Ny nails were left looking like a child did them. Dont go there if you want the job done right!

I came here for the first time, for a gel manicure on a Wednesday and by Monday one of my nails started chipping. It only got worse as days went on. No I didn’t use any chemicals or did anything with my hands that could’ve possibly contributed to the chipping. $30.00 for a gel manicure for this quality is way overpriced. That’s not including tip.

Staff is very unprofessional. You can tell they have problems within there own staff, and it felt hostile. Two workers kept talking while doing another clients nails and took longer then needed for regular polish and coffin nails. The worker even answered her phone to talk to a friend while doing clients nails. As for my nails, Because of the language barrier, my nail lady wasn’t able to meet my requests, which isn’t something that can be helped, but it took almost two hours to leave with work that wasn’t what I wanted: AND when I asked why it was $71 dollars for a fill, they tried making up prices and even GOT STUCK when they couldn’t explain were the rest of my money was going. co-workers are only welcoming upon entrance but forget customer service throughout the rest of the process.

Not a long wait but their sign says eyebrows are $8 and upper lips $6 but the lady charged me $18.00. I passed math and that dont add up to 18 but if you go there watch your charges. Also I ran into an old customer of theirs and they charged her for a kids pedicure and manicure with a full set and spa pedicure $225. Prices are crazy just watch your totals people. These times money is tight. Have a Blessed day.

My review is strictly on customer service and not the quality of work they do on nails since I did not get a chance to actually get my nails done. Let me just clarify the meaning of the word appointment: by definition is, an arrangement to meet someone at a particular time and place.With this said, I scheduled and appointment days in advanced so I can get a full set. When I arrived the place was packed with customers and there was a gentleman at the counter so I let him know I was there for my 12:30pm appointment. He seemed lost and didn’t seem to know why I was there. He said okey to wait and so I did. Because the place was full with customers I decided to wait right outside until I was called in. That never happened. After waiting a reasonable amount of time (for someone that had an APPOINTMENT) i went ahead and let the gentlemen know again I will be waiting in my car a little longer he flipped over a page front and back and still seemed like he did not know why I was there. Because I saw his confusion I decided not to go wait in my car so he wouldn’t forget me. So I waited a little longer in plain sight to be called. After realizing I wasn’t going to be called anytime soon I decided I had been patient enough and left.My point to this review is this, There are hundreds of busy moms that their time is accounted for every second of every day just like ME. I had to move thing around so that I was able to get away from my responsibilities to have a moment to do this for me. I expect the establishment where I spend my money to respect customer’s time. Sadly, I was never called or I don’t even think they noticed they had lost my business. I hope they improve on this aspect of their business.

My mother went here and had a bad experience. She was the first customer of the day and the entire time the lady was complaining about the amount of coats the Polish needed. She messed up the nails when putting on her sandal and complained about having to redo them. When they were done she had to ask them to clean up because she left her toes a MESS. Theyre also crazy expensive. She got glitter on 2 of her nails and they charged her an extra $10. For only 2 nails!! Overall the job was not good and she was not happy with her money spent.

My mom came 2:30 for her appointment @3:00 they started on her pedicure. After her pedicure she waited an hour and half and they hadn’t started on her nails. The nail technician started on another client after finding out my was first. So rude my mom is oxygen and waited way too long. We just left because I was so angry. Never again! They need to treat the elderly with respect!!!!

The first time I had a bad experience at this placeThey messed up my eyebrows and still tried to charge me for it. I walked out of there in tears and half of two eyebrows. And they were mad cuz I refused to paySo now I came back for my nails for me and my daughter. And they asked me to have my daughter wear a mask. I went to my car and got her mask. The mask was not exactly fitted and was a little loose. So they kicked us out. They said she wasnt wearing the mask. I told them yes she is its a little big but its on. And then they said they have a no kid policy. Go back home leave themcthem there and come back. I thought they were joking . This was after she already took off half of my nails. She said we were trying to be nice what dont I understand.. I said if thats the policy you guys could have told me when I was waiting and before u took off my nails and decided to kick us out. They left my daughter in tears. The rage I felt.Extremely rude. And over priced. Absolutely no customer service

So this nail salon is convenient for me because I live close by. I like it because it’s new and I was excited to have a nail salon in the new shopping center. On the weekends the wait is super long. But expected, I guess. I’ve gotten my nails done here like 6 times. The last time I came I decided to get powder on my natural nails. So far two have cracked. That’s not the problem, the problem is when I went in to fix the second nail that cracked in the middle of my nail the girl that fixed it was super annoyed at me. Why? I’m not sure. I wasn’t asking for a freebie. I know I have to pay. I just asked that she fix it because I didn’t want it to bend and take my whole nail off because that would hurt like the previous one that came off at the edge of my finger. So she was huffing and puffing. I asked her not to leave it long and maybe she didn’t understand me. She seriously killed my vibe for a few minutes after my visit. I asked the reception to ask her, why she was upset with me. I told the receptionist the nail stylist seemed mad at me, for what? I don’t know. I promise I wasn’t rude at all. I even wanted to tip her because she looked so miserable. The receptionist and another nail stylist just told me that they didn’t like to see their clients come back for problems like this because it made them feel like they didn’t do a good job in the first place. 🤦‍♀️

This place is over priced for the service... I got a full set and it’s just awful... I don’t even want to go into detail. I think it was because I got thrown into getting my full set with someone that I believe had little to barely no experience and not to mention my pedi service was awful... I got it from the guy who works here and he’s just horrible... never again will I try somewhere new. I was so excited because they were new and close to home. Not to mention very unprofessional the “receptionist” looked like she just rolled out of bed and came to the salon and was just on her phone on the counter. Place is cute but looks aren’t everything. I have been here a couple times and each time I leave with the nails I ask for. I came when it was really busy & thought my nails were going to be rushed (as Ive experienced in the past at other nail salons) But they were not. I appreciated that Jenny took her time with my nails even though she had an appointment. That goes a long way with me & I will definitely come back!

I Am very upset with how they handle everything here they told me if I got here by 6:15 they would take me and I drive from super far when I got there they said no it was 6! Not 6:05 not 6:07 it was 6! How can you assure someone a spot make a appointment for 6:15 then say no! I spend my valuable time and gas money and i live so far it’s upsets me that they think that treating people this way is okay. Horrible service

Since they opened this place I went there to get my nails done. I didn’t like the attitude of the people but I kept going there anyways. Two weeks ago i went there to get a full set so I payed $45 dollars, 3 days after 3 nails broke. I went to get them fixed and they charged me $30 dollars for fixing 3 nails. 2 days after another 2 nails broke and today I wen to get them fixed and they charged me $6, and they fixed them but had a bad attitude, and the shape and color were not matching the ones that I had got done before. I have payed $90 in two weeks to see a full set complete. I’m never coming back to this place 😡😡😡

Took my 7 year old daughter, her 7 year old cousin, and my mother in law to get mani/pedis for my daughters birthday. They had a great time, but even though we asked for the girls to have the same treatments, they didnt. MIL only got a pedicure and gel polish. It was CRAZY expensive. Im not sure why. Had a hard time finding a price list for services.Close to my house so I was excited. But its hard to know how much its going to cost, so I cant come very often.

Went on a Friday night expecting a long wait, but ended up only waiting about 15 mins. My service wasn’t rushed, nail tech took his time and made sure he put enough coats to match the color swatch. The hand and arm massage was 10/10. Some people think $30 is expensive for a gel mani but you get what you pay for. Friendly reminder: don’t forget to tip your manicurists.

The customer request is not taken into consideration. I asked for square nails and got some coffin shape which I was unhappy. I express my feeling and what I got in response was “well maybe next time because we cannot fix them”. Next time? I’m sure there will not be a next time. My nails look horrible because some of them are square and others are coffin shape. I’m so disappointed.

I came in for stiletto nails, dip powdered, the man doing my nails who wheres glasses was cutting my finger nails with mini sissors and kept getting too close to my finger tips and multiple times almost sniped my finger tips off. I Iitterly felt my skin between the blades. The nails came out shorter than I wanted,crooked, and the color was wrong.

I came here before the lockdown and the staff was so rude I waited three hours in total and I was not happy with my nails . The girls there are so rude and don’t any professional attitudes . Don’t waste your time

I wanted a manicure n pedicure n all I got was a maricure with no massage n she cleaned my hands with a dirty towel didnt put me in dryer to dry nails put my shes on instead of those sandrls they give out it was an unpleasant feeling being in there she took 2 n a half hrs

Rude lady kept talking about my nails and pointing at them and complaining to coworker that was working next to her and across in front of her and work very unprofessional. Sloppy work didnt use warm towels after the paraffin and didnt change to a clean towel after she had picked the wax off to start with the polish.
