Fantastic service, very helpful, polite, and quick. We were on our way across country, spent the night in Billings. Our car wouldnt start in the morning, they had it fixed by 3 in the afternoon. A rodent chewed air filter was the problem.

They fixed a screw in my tire. Vince was a awesome guy and his helper they also fixed my two front tires and good prices!

Every time I need something in an emergency these guys literally drop everything and make it happen. I was literally pulling in as my tire was going flat and they were able to get me taken care of in 20 mins. The guy who runs the used tire department is super friendly and always willing to lend a helping hand. Their service is top shelf and their commitment to customer satisfaction is extraordinary. These guys will always have my business.

I have used Edams tired and automotive for many years. I have always found them to be honest and a very good value compared to the large dealer repair shops in Billings. I have always felt like they have my best interest at hand and I dont feel like they are ever trying to upsell me on services. I feel that they always recommend only what is needed. On a couple occasions they have even made recommendations of other automotive service shops to take my vehicles to after they have done an assessment because they didnt feel they had the right tools or expertise to do the job in the most cost effective way or the best quality which I really appreciate. They always have great recommendations for body shops and other automotive needs you may have. They are always on time with their projections of how long things will take. Finding an automotive repair shop that you can trust is not always easy but I am super pleased as I feel I have found that in Edams.

This review is for the Staleys downtown on 25th and 1st, but honestly as a whole, the entire company.I have a 2001 GMC pickup, 2500HD that has 113,000 miles on it. About a year ago, I started having trouble pulling hills with my trailer. I took it to the GMC dealer here to to have the 100,000 mile tune up done on it, and they did a nice job with that, but the problem still persisted. I took it back a couple months later to see if they could pinpoint what was wrong, and 2 of the mechanics told me that my truck was old and tired, and I needed a new one...yeah, because they have a whole ROW of new ones theyd love to sell me right? Well they lost a customer.I took the pickup to Staleys downtown, and the guys there were SUPER to talk to, very friendly and helpful. Since my rig wasnt throwing any codes, it was a trial and error for 3 days for the mechanics there to pinpoint that my passenger catalytic converter was clogged and was causing the lack of horsepower pulling hills.I didnt mind in the slightest because they were determined to help me out, since obviously the dealer wouldnt, and I think it was a fun challenge for them to try to figure out what was wrong with my pickup.They found it, called me, fixed it and now my pickup drives like its brand new again, no trouble towing hills, or accelerating. I feel like my rig will last another 15 years...and if I have any other trouble with it, Im taking it straight back to Staleys because I know theyll do the right thing and help me out, at (I might add) a very reasonable price too.Thank you Staleys, youve got a customer for life now. :-)

Helpful staff, reasonable prices, and they work quickly!

I called them at 7:30 AM to see if they could get my 2002 F-150 in. They scheduled me for 1:00 PM and I had the truck dropped off at 9:00. They called me at 10:00 with the diagnosis and asked for authorization. The price was less than I thought it would be to replace my battery and alternator. They called back at 11:45 to say it was done.I had it picked up by noon and very please with the service and communication.I will go back the next time I need work on my truck.

I bought my tires here about 2 years ago. With that warranty comes free tire rotation and repair. I then had these tires go flat on a monthly basis for quite some time. Now again in the -5 degree weather I have a flat and they claim to not have room on the lot to fix my tire.I will never return to this company again.
